Zack and team did an excellent job running the electrical for our hot tub. We had recently moved our AC from its original location leaving the electrical box in place. I fully assumed electrical could not be run to the same location and conduit would have to be ran from the eve of the house. Zack spent a lot of time in the attic doing his best to run the electrical to the original location to try and keep from running the conduit. It was unsuccessful however the effort he put into it was appreciative. He had to sit in his van to cool off because he had spent too much time in the heat of the attic. Overall the experience was great Zack and team were professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again.

Having looked around on the internet for electric car charger installation, I came across Passion Electric with my first search. After seeing the 4.9 rating for reviews, I stopped my search and I am so happy that I did. Bo contacted me about having an estimate done. The day of the estimate, Mr. Blair showed up to do the estimate. He was very professional, respectful and very easy to talk to. After he finished his estimate, I knew I wanted Passions Electric to install my car charger. He set up a date for the installation and showed up with a big smile ready to work. As you can see by the photos, Mr. Blair done an excellent job. I would recommend Passion Electric for ANY job needing done. Very Classy organization.

Logan and Charlie did excellent work in completing the install of a CAT6 cable. They ran it through the interior closet, attic, and back to the office. Charlie took time to show me where the cable was run and Logan was always very clear, honest, and friendly when he came to do the site survey and back to do the work order with Charlie. Passion Electric did a fantastic job updating our federal pacific electric panel to a new and much safer panel. We got the estimate the same day they came out to assess the job and completed all the work within a week of providing the estimate. The estimate was also 4K less than any other companies we had considered. They also installed some additional ceiling lights and new 220 outlet for us at the same time, again all significantly less than what others quoted. Shevon and team were extremely professional and we would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to have electric work done.

I work in quality and I know that customers typically will let you know when they are dissatisfied. Rarely will a satisfied customer make an effort to let you know they are happy. I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED by the work performed by Shevon and the team at Passion Electric. He replaced the entire outside service from where the pole power attaches to the house through the breaker box and outside panel. No more fuses on my old house woo hoo! The work performed was fast, tidy, and performed with professionalism. My dogs liked him too! (Winkey GRIN). He arrived on time and spent a couple hours to find some wiring in my attic had melted causing me to lose power in half of the room only. Zack found and repaired the problem. This place is awesome! I had one day off and after calling several other well know electric companies in the Moore area who were a tad bit rude and told me they couldn’t come out and do a same day service but that they would love to come on Saturday and charge me for OT service! So then i ran across the number and I called Passion Electric and they were so nice to me and explained that they had a full day already scheduled but if they had any changes they would get back to me. Well , they called me back 20 minutes after our first call and they had a customer cancel and they said they could come right over and get me taken care of. Being a woman and at home alone I was worried about men coming over to work but I needed the work done desperately. Shevon Blair called me and let me know he was at my home and I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to come and do the work for me . He was awesome and very polite and explained everything to me so that I would understand what he needed to do. Our case was a Saturday emergency, and Shevon Blair came to save the day! He arrived right on schedule, and tackled an enormous job- new junction and breaker box for the whole house, a new power line to the house, and grounding tied in to the gas and water. Had Passion install a standby generator on my house. Suuuper, very pleased with the outcome. I got a handful of estimates; Passion came in in the middle, but I felt like they were fully cognizant of everything that needed to be done on my mid-century home to make it safe and up-to-standards, and the lower quotes were not. They ended up replacing an old, fire hazard of a main panel and rerouting the power to an existing, newer panel, in addition to installing the generator and transfer switch. THEN they referred me to the plumber that I ended up using (after getting multiple quotes -- I should have just listened to them ;) ) to make the connection from the generator to the natural gas. THEN they came back, set up the controller app, fired it all up and tested.I am so happy with my new generator. My friends are asking me about who I got to do the work, and Im referring all of the local folks to Passion.⚡️

We had an investment property this past week that needed what I thought would be quite a bit of electrical work. The fixture over the kitchen sink wouldnt turn on, the fan in the guest bath was shot, and the master bath fan was emitting little more than a hum.Scheduling with Passion was professional and simple, and both my wife and I received updates via text regarding when Bo would be at the property. I appreciate this added touch, especially since it gave me a 30-minute notice before needing to be there.Once inside, Bo went to work on the kitchen light fixture (that hadnt worked in years, mind you) and had it shining in minutes. The guest bath, too, was a cinch for him. I was particularly impressed with his speed (since I firmly said no to self-installation after watching a How-To video on YouTube).Additionally, his attention to detail saved us over $200! We thought the fan in the master bath would need a full replacement, but his professional opinion and diagnosis were the preexisting fan was operational. After clearing out over a decade of dust, the fan hummed to life with renewed sound and speed!This gesture alone was a profound testament to his integrity, which I highly respect in local contractors and businesses. Many are out to make a quick dime, but its obvious this is more than that; electric is a passion for Bo and his crew, and I can confidently say they will more than take care of you!

Im very glad to have stumbled upon Passion Electric! We had partial power in our home and had another company come out to to do an estimate on site, and they wanted $800 dollars just to do a diagnostic on another day! We called Passion Electric for a second opinion, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, went into the crawlspaces and diagnosed the damage, and offered a simple and cost-effective solution. Passion Electric came out twice and completed the whole job for less than $700 dollars. Very satisfied with the service.

He said he’d have to change out the entire fixture and mentioned coming back at a later date to fix it. He never showed up. I called Passion and was quickly set up with an appointment. Jonathan came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very detailed when explaining what he was doing. He got our store looking brighter than ever! We can not thank Jonathan & Passion Electric enough! I’ve used them for a few jobs but will now switch to someone else. The first job was installing lights and everything went great even though they were short handed on techs. Bo was very personable and did the job as promised. Second time I had outlets installed on my awning. They did not install the outlets to the original layout, and they left slivers of metal from the awning being drilled all over the patio. I contacted Bo and he came out and corrected the issues and cleaned up the metal. I suggested they got a rolling magnet for their trucks for jobs like this. Figured it was a lesson learned for the business and would use them again. I hired them a third time for a hottub. Job went well until again the metal slivers left on the concrete. Sweeping does not pick up the slivers, a magnet has to be used. They said they did not have that equipment and they thought they got it good enough. I have kids and pets that get the metal stuck in their feet, so I had to invest in a rolling magnet (you can get them at Home Depot) to make sure the metal was picked up. Today (Friday)I had a shed installed and a breaker was tripped. The breaker needed to be replaced, I had no electricity in part of my house. I called them and they were not able to come out same day. And wanted me to wait until Monday. I know I haven’t spent the most with this business but I have spent a lot and have been loyal to using them. But that means nothing when your in a tight spot. Between not adding a cheap simple tool to their trucks and not having the means for urgent calls Unfortunately they have lost future business . Bliss was able to come out right away and have the breaker replaced in 15 minutes! Yes they were here for less than 20 mins but passion couldn’t make that time for me.Update: I had them run the electrical for my shed including upgrading the power supply to the house, new breaker box for the house, and breaker box for the shed. This project was a 2 day task with two guys. It wasn’t easy or cheap but Bo really worked with us on everything. The installation went pretty good besides the tech trying to poach future business and having less than positive attitude about his employer but over all it was a good experience. Fast forward several months, our microwave starts acting funny, flashing, shorting out. We ended up replacing a fuse in it thinking it was just a cheap off brand microwave. We later learned that the microwave which is also on the same circuit as the oven was shorting because of the common wire in the breaker box wasn’t tighten down and arcing causing it to short out. So glad we were able to figure it out on our own before the house burned down. My husband was able to fix it and he went through all of them to make sure they were tight so we don’t have the problem in the future.

I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!“ I decided to start my own company… one that is focused on people over profits. Owners statement on Passion Electric website.I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passions business practices seemingly take advantage of customers limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

Great service from Bo and Daine at passion electric. I had a 220V outlet installed in my garage for my EV charger. Bo came and did the estimate which was simple and fast. After that I scheduled an appointment and Daine installed the outlet. Both of them were friendly, very professional and did great work.
