I am very satisfied with Nordine Remodleling.They did a great job painting over my old discolered siding and replacing gable facia.The painters and facia installers were also very professional, courteous, and willing to answer any questions. The house looks 20 years younger!Casey...the salesman...was VERY PROFESSIONAL from beginning to end. Always willing to respond to any need in a timely manner.Overall a great experience!

We have had Nordine Remoding work for us before, they have put in new windows ,enclosed our front porch and put siding on our home. It was very easy for me to go back to them them with this project. I enjoy the friendly, professional banter. I spoke with Dorothy first and told her what I wanted to do. Then Dorothy and I met with Mike Kearns. Mike came out to our home, measured asked questions. I told them I wanted the clutter gone, places to put everything, a laundry room and a new bathroom. Mike and Dorothy set to work. plans were made and drawn up, papers signed. I was told the Nordine crew would be there are Nov 20th. to start removing all the old. The guys were very professional, friendly and kept me informed. As expected a few glitches arose , my home was built in 1912. each time Mike or Dorothy and the crew took care of it. The guys did everything possible to keep the dust and yuck from the other parts of my home, before leaving for the day all areas were swept and tools and stuff were out of the way. The carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters, and craftsmen I am thankful for your professionalism and pride in your work. Dorothy and Mike thank you for seeing, understanding and making my dream come true. I love the new kitchen, laundry and bathroom.. Believe me when I decide to remodel again, Nordine will be who I call

Dave and I are extremely happy with the remodel work performed at our house by Mike Tudder and Drew Wade. The quality performed was meticulous with attention to details. They were neat, clean , timely, and very helpful and polite. We trusted their input and honesty, especially with the rework of our island, which was the whole focus of the remodel. We appreciated Daves painting teams work. They were timely, neat, clean, and very professional. It was great having someone else paint with no worries. Cynthia and Matt, as the design team, were so helpful in helping us pick out the products for this remodel. The flooring, the countertops, backslash, paint, lights, light fixtures, and the apron sink were spot on. Cant forget the remodel of the hall bathroom! The walk-in shower, the flooring,lighting, sink, cabinet, and fixtures met our needs. Thank you so much!

After a massive hailstorm that damaged both the roof and vinyl siding on my house, I called Nordine Remodeling to make sure the job was done right. They worked with me and the insurance company in a very timely manner to ensure everything was covered. They completely removed and replaced the entire roof and all of my siding on my house with expert quality! I even took the opportunity to pay out of pocket and upgrade the quality of the materials installed based on Georges recommendations and it was the best decision as the house looks wonderful. Thank you to the entire Nordine team for everything!

Nordine completed three projects for me over the last couple of months. First they replaced my siding - did an excellent job! The crew worked very hard for long hours to get it all done in a week because I had guests coming out the next week. The owner, Mr. Nordine, came out regularly to inspect the work and make sure everything was being done up to the Nordine standard. During the siding installation they discovered several windows with completely rotted out frames and replaced all the rotted wood - a problem they could have just covered up and I never would have known about it (thats what Feldco did when I had them replace one of the windows earlier this year!). Im delighted with how the siding job turned out.Next they fixed an issue with my roof that was causing a leak. Initially I was worried that the entire roof would need to be replaced. Casey came out and said that, while it would need to be replaced sooner rather than later, he and Mr. Nordine felt the leaking issue could be fixed with a small repair instead. They did the repair and the leaking stopped. Excellent!Finally, Nordine just completed a bathtub replacement for me. The new tub and surround look awesome. A couple of very minor issues were addressed immediately, and they even painted the wall for me where they had to do some drywall for the new surround, even though that work wasnt in the contract. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with the work.I highly recommend Nordine for any home remodeling needs. This is the only company I will consider in the future (and Ill definitely have to call them when Ive got the funds for the eventual roof replacement!). Thank you Mr. Nordine, Mike, Drew, and Casey!

We hired Nordine Remodeling to oversee several interconnected projects on both the exterior and interior of our home, including a new concrete front walkway, front step, back patio, and back stairway, and replacement of all of our windows. George and his team were very communicative and responsive, keeping us apprised of any and all changes, updates, and timelines as the projects moved along. All of the subcontractors that George used for our project were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. We are exceedingly happy with the completed work, which was done well within the timeframe and price range that we were quoted at the beginning of our project. This was our second home project with Nordine Remodeling, and based on our experience, we will certainly seek them out in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends.

After a wind storm ripped about 20 sections of vinyl siding off my 2nd story, I first cold-called a different local business who wasnt interested in helping anyone but those theyd previously done business with. I then cold-called Nordines and spoke with Casey about my situation. He was quick to visit my home later that day to assess the damage. Not only did he give me an estimate but he also volunteered to run down a possible warranty claim with the siding manufacturer. After we had decided to move forward with the repairs, their crew was onsite in a few days and knocked out the work in no time. I came home to see that my siding had been replaced and that the color match was pretty spot on compared to some other siding repairs weve had in the past. Overall, Im very happy with the quality of the work, the speed, and the responsiveness & professionalism that Casey showed. I would recommend Nordines for anyone else needing siding repairs/installation!

We had a problem with an ice dam on our garage roof. water flowing behind the waterproofing and into our garage. George explained in great detail what the cause was and we discussed several ways to address the issue. We agreed on a plan forward and a baseline estimate. The solution required two different subcontractors to work on our house, one to fix the waterproofing, another to work on our gutters. Both were friendly and experienced in their specific roles. After the work was done George contacted me again regarding a final price. Due to the short time it took to address our issues, the price ended up lower than the estimate.All in all we were very satisfied with Nordines and the subcontractors the used. Found everyone we worked with to be forthcoming and fair.We will be contacting them again for bigger jobs in the future....5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Im very confident that this roof will last a very long time. They also fit our job into their late season rush before cold weather. Great job and would recommend them if you need a roof replacement.

Nordine Remodeling replaced our roof several years ago and did an amazing job then. Recently, we noticed some leaking inside our garage (the ceiling) and notified them expecting the worse. They had someone out the very next day and cleared some leaves and other debris that had collected around our chimney causing the water to back up and come in. They cleaned it off and didnt even charge us! OUTSTANDING service and yet another reason to call them when we have any other job we need done!

Called Nordine for work on a leaky sliding door and water getting in under siding. George and the office staff were great to work with. After the initial inspection and estimate we signed our contract and the work began. On the first day of the project major damage was discovered. Doug & John were able to get it fixed and put back together in just a couple days. The inconvenience was minimal and the craftsmanship was excellent. The are not the cheapest in town, but so few places are willing to tackle repairs and I wanted the job done right. I will use Nordine Remodeling again in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone in the Bloomington/Normal area needing work. The price will be fair, you will be treated with respect, and the job will be done expertly.

I have known George for decades. Hes been my #1 contractor when it comes to remodeling, roofs, etc. Ive stuck by George all these years for a reason, his company does quality work! I recently had his crew put a new roof on the main house and front porch. The crew were professional and cleaned up every night after work. In three days I had a new roof on the house. George put on the old roof that was 20 years old, and it needed replacing. Weve also hired him to replace windows, install new gutters, do some dormer work, put on a new back roof on the addition of the house, put in a new sliding glass door, design and build our garage, and put in a concrete driveway. I couldnt be happier with the new roof and it looks great. There arent too many remodeling companies that have been around as long as Nordines and the home projects Ive hired them to do have been outstanding! If I have any other projects I need to get done, you can bet Ill be calling Nordines as they have taken care of me all these years!
