    Richard was amazing! On New Years Day at 7pm he came out and took great care of us! We called around and all the 24 hour service companies that we called were either rude or didn’t even answer.     We were so thankful for the 23.5 hour service! We had a fridge leak & since D&R was able to come out same day, it likely saved us some damage of our floors.     I am blown away by the excellent service I received from Richard. I called because I had an issue with my sump pump. He immediately asked some questions, asked me to send him some photos, diagnosed the problem, told me step by step instructions of how to fix it and followed up to ask if it worked (it did)… all for absolutely no cost. FREE! You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. He says he wants to help people save money and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Highly recommend!

    Richard Folks the owner of D&R Plumbing took my call right away. He said he would take my number and call me back and he did within 30 minutes. He came to my home the same day, found out he needed to clear his day to get my main water line fixed in my basement. He did a fantastic job and you could tell his experience and knowledge are what sets him apart from other plumbing businesses. He made sure before he left my home, that there were no leaks.     I called D&R and several others when I was having trouble swapping out a shower faucet cartridge that was stuck from 15 years of build-up. Richard from D&R was the only one of several plumbers who called back and was able to come out the same day. As it turned out, he offered to talk it through with me over the phone to help me complete my DIY job free of charge, which gave me the information and confidence to push through without needing a service call. But the next time I do end up needing a service call, I know who I will call!

    Talk about someone who is there when you need help. I called 4 24hr plumbing services and at 8pm no one was available until the next day. I find it hard to believe 4 supposedly 24hr plumbing services had emergencies all night but the moment I called D&R plumbing Richard answered my phone call and answered my prayers. He came to the house within 30 minutes and spent the next 2 hours fixing a water leak in the basement and brought my family some much needed piece of mind.     We were out of hot water for about a week or better. Our warranty insurance were taking theyre time with things. But Richard with D&R Plumbing took away from his day to make things right. Instead of waiting an additional 3-4 business days with our insurance company, he made some calls and got things taken care of right away. He even came after hours to put our brand new water heater in. Their customer service is AWESOME and they do not leave until things are done RIGHT.     D&R was originally assigned to my home warranty claim when my A/C unit stopped working correctly. Talked with Richard to try to get the appointment expedited since this was during a heat wave and I had no A/C at all. After going back and forth between Richard and the home warranty company, unable to have any technicians come out that week, and a bit of frustration from my end, we had decided it was best to release the home warranty claim and instead have it reassigned to another company. However, Richard still took the initiative to get me in touch with another local technician and they were able to get out to my house the same day and will repair my A/C unit. Not only does willingly passing up business to another company for the best fit for the customer say a lot about Richard, it also says a lot about his company as well. I will be using D&R in the future

    Our hot water heater stopped working on Memorial Day weekend. Richard came out anyway and diagnosed the problem. We had to order the parts, which we couldn’t do until after the holiday.     I called on a Thursday about our leak issue under our kitchen sink. Received a call back the same evening. I was told that they would try to fit me in by Monday. The next day I received a call that someone would be in the area but it may be later in the afternoon. He called letting me know he could take care of it after 5 if that would be ok and it was fine by me.He arrived, he was friendly, made sure to keep the area clean, showed me exactly what the problem was and repaired it on the spot. When checking his work he noticed another leak in a different area and he repaired that as well. I could not be more pleased with his work which was efficient and informational. We 100% will use him again and would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks for a great job and taking time after hours to fit us in!

    Let me tell ya about a great business. I called in after installing a new faucet in my kitchen ( after just talking to another business that quoted me $320 to come fix/install the faucet) that was spraying water under the sink after installation. After speaking with Richard and telling him the steps I had taken and the faucet I bought, he instantly knew where the mistake was made. Told me to return the faucet and spend the extra money for one that had hoses already attached instead of spending the money on him. So rather than charging me to come out and simply inform me that I did nothing wrong, he provided me with the advice that I needed and told me if I had already installed the faucet “ I didn’t need him”. Sure enough, returned the faucet, spent an extra $50 for the one with hoses already attached, 15 minutes later I had a new faucet with no issues or leaks. If I ever find myself in need of any service they provide, I will be certain to reach out to them. Five stars all the way around for me! Thanks Richard!

In just a couple hours, they were in my driveway. Just 40 minutes with a roto-rooter machine and $1895 after that, and we were unclogged and flowing again! So worth it that the nightmare is finally over!

    My expirence was great . I WAS REFERRED BY A INSURANCE COMPANY. When I called I was met with honesty of a delay . My issue was not a emergency. So I was ok with this. My concerns and non educated guess of the problem was heard . Then the day they felt they was going to come I had a 3 way call with the tec and the person I was talking with from the beginning Shawn and I talked twice befor he came from a hour a way . And because they did listen . He came prepared with the parts he needed I will most definitely use them again . He even took time to talk to me about a new furnce at my request .never pushing himself or his company to hire them. When the time comes I will seek a estimate from them.     Once again D & R have come through on helping me with another water problem. They looked through my pipes and found them rusted. They found them full of sediment. They found several breakage points. They found a valve that was nearing the end of his life. Without their help I would not have been able to get my pipes fixed and protect my house from being flooded. Thank you for your quick analysis and fixing of the situation. You rock!

    Richard is awesome! My garbage disposal went out and I called to get it replaced. He was able to come out the next day but told me I would save money to go get the insinkerator at lowes and try to install it. If I couldn’t he would come help. Turns out it was very easy to install after all and I saved the money. Richard called to check in and see if he should come through or not just like he said but I had it figured out. This will be the only company I go to in the future.
