    My family and I just moved into a new place, and the bathrooms were outdated with some wear and tear. ProBuild ATL helped replace the tiles and cabinets and now it feels like a brand new space.     Following extensive water damage to our home, we had the pleasure of working with Whitney and the team at Alannis Construction. Our remodeled bathroom is beautiful, and I am not only incredibly pleased with their work, but also Whitneys incredible customer service and attention to detail. While I certainly hope to never deal with water damage again, if we are ever in need of restoration, remodeling or construction needs, I know. we are in good hands with Whitney and the team at Allanis Construction.

    Hired ProBuild to replace a lot of rotten wood on my outdoor shed. Pablo is very easy to work with, and the job was finished when he said it would be. The workmanship was great! The only issue I had was the cleanup. There was some construction trash/debris left, which Pablo took care of.

    We hired Allanis construction initially to remove and replace our water damaged flooring. These guys not only did an amazing job, but also helped push our insurance to compensate us for everything else that needed to be replaced. Pablo and Jonathan made it a priority to keep me and my husband updated and walk us through step by step on our project. They’re very good about responding to any concerns whether is was after hours, weekends, or holidays. It seemed that materials were causing some slight delays at first but the end results were well beyond my expectations. I was left with the kitchen of my dreams and the quality of work they delivered deserves to be recognized. I highly recommend their services.

    It was good working with Allanis construction. We worked with their Operations head Pablo Calvo. Pablo guided us throughout the entire process, acting as an anchor between us and insurance and got us majority of the damages approved. Pablo was swift with communication and provided us with the timeline of every stage of the project. Off-course there were delays, but the communication channels were open. The construction crew for flooring and paint were top notch and quality of work was great. The overall project delivery was good and we are happy with the outcome. Great work Pablo and team.

    I had a good experience with Allanis especially with the owner Pablo. I used their services to help with repairing water damage. They were professional and guided me through the process very well.The quality of the work was top notch and they even scheduled a cleaning service to come give the house a once over after the repairs were finished. Would recommend.

    We worked with Whitney for new floors downstairs, drywall and paint after a water leak. We were very happy with the work crews sent out to our house for painting the flooring downstairs. When we had a problem, Whitney had her team make it right which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the end result and how quickly they were able to get it all done.

    I recently purchased a 15 year old home. I realized I had 9 exterior doors and almost all had from minor alignment issues to others I was concerned they would have to be replaced. After pricing the doors I found they would easily be in the 5 digit price range. I was referred to Allanis Construction to realign the doors. They came to my home and thoroughly checked the doors and assured my they could repair and realign them. Two employees came out and in a few hours had all the doors closing square and parallel with the seals. I honestly believe the doors never operated this well. Doors that I had to lift and pull into place are now perfect. Doors that were dragging and had to force open I now have to remember to just open lightly with my hand. The Allanis employees did everything they said and delivered a great finished product. I promise you cannot go wrong with their services. Thank you!

Our insurance provided us with a list of several contractors to use, we decided on Allanis Construction for two reasons. 1) they were very communicative and punctual 2) the references they provided us of past jobs all spoke very highly of them as a organization.Pablo and his team handled our claim from start to finish. Having your home flood is never good, but we did work in some upgrades and overall had a great experience with Allanis. Very pleased overall with the quality of labor and above and beyond communication.
