    We contracted with Harmony Renovations to remodel our lower level bathroom and refresh our upper guest bathroom. From the start, Victor listened carefully to what I described as my ideal outcome and made himself available to walk through Home Depot as I made decisions about tiles, fixtures, hardware, lighting, paint, vanities etc.Victors crew always arrived on time and completed both jobs just a day or two outside of their projected completion date. They were respectful and clearly took pride in their work. We were extremely pleased with the finished results of both bathrooms. The renovated black & white bathroom was fantastic. The refreshed guest bathroom looked like it went through a complete renovation although it was only paint and fixture changes. And at the end of the project, Victor and his crew came back for any final tweaks that we requested. I would highly recommend Harmony Renovations, and we plan to use them again in the future.

    Victor and his crew are extremely professional and completed their work in a timely manner. We needed to replace our door and door frame. The not only replaced everything, but they made it 1000 times better than it previous was. They also repainted everything perfectly according to our ridiculous HOA standards. Were going to use Harmony Renovation for all our future renovations!

    I have used Harmony Renovations for several projects in the past year and couldn’t be more pleased. After my basement flooded last year, the team helped me quickly put it back together and add some much-needed changes to elevate the space. Being a project manager myself, I always appreciate people that communicate well, plan accordingly and provide excellent work. Harmony is all these things and on top of that the prices have been incredibly reasonable. I’ve loved working with them and can’t wait to tackle my next round of projects on my list. I’ve included some before/after pics from the basement and the after pic of a recent powder room renovation.

    Victor made my garage usable for more than just parking the car! There was a very small storage room at end of garage and I could hardly park my car lengthwise without hitting the wall so he removed the wall which increased the length of the garage. He insulated the walls, ceiling, wallboarded walls and ceiling, painted floor with epoxy paint and painted alls and ceiling -- it is so nice now and quiet - I am able to use it for storage now -- it is great. I has a place in the wall where the old fuse box use to be but it was basically a square hole in the brick - gave Victor a picture of an idea from an online site which showed a wood shelf with a door - he just built it for me from a picture -- it was a nice solution to an unsightly place in the wall now it is an attractive wood shelf with a door. Victor is hard working and honest and does a great job -- I met him through two neighbors who recommended him from jobs completed at their house.

    My wife and I live out of state. We are both real estate investors and have worked with many general contractors over the years. So we understand how difficult this project could be and things can go wrong especially living out of the state. I was referred to Harmony Renovations by my sister. To get started we were able to meet with Victor and explain to him what I wanted. I told him I wanted to convert my deceased father’s house from an owner occupied property to a rental property. During that first meeting he understood the scope of our project and was able to provide recommendations where needed. His estimate was thorough and very detailed. His prices were very reasonable.Victor was professional and very helpful through out the whole process. He was detailed and was able to provide guidance and assistance throughout the project. His crew was very friendly and stayed on task.Victor was easy to work with and he went above and beyond our expectations. Even when we changed our minds Victor was flexible and extremely patient.Victor would adjust his schedule no matter what time (with in reason) to meet with us when we came to town.By us living out of state we needed someone that was trustworthy, dependable, and could work without being supervised.My only regret is that I did not own another house in the city for him to work on. I definitely will be using Harmony Renovations in the future.(Note: I have added before and after pictures.)

    Victor and his team did great work in our home, transforming a small, old bathroom into something more modern and accessible for my disabled family member to use. They worked quickly, communicated clearly and often, were flexible, and priced very competitively. And they worked very hard to meet my deadline, often working until 6 or 7 or 8pm to ensure that the bathroom could be used for its intended purpose and that I was happy with it. Victors professionalism made the entire process go very smoothly in spite of my accelerated timeline. I am grateful for the excellent work done by Victor, Tito, Stephen, and Star.     If youre looking for a professional company that is responsive, arrives on time, can do it all, and is affordable, Harmony Renovations is it! I had several projects that needed to get done around the house, so I contacted five companies to get estimates. The other companies either didnt return phone calls, were outrageously expensive, and/or could only do a small fraction of what was needed. I was thoroughly impressed by Victors responsiveness and expertise throughout the entire process. His team was friendly and hard-working.     After dealing with many contractors to remodel our shower, a lot of them were over-priced or just never returned with a quote. We found Harmony Renovations and we are so happy we did!Victor and his team did a great job on our shower remodel. They were reasonably priced and finished the project quickly. Victor was highly communicative and very informative. His team was also communicative; if they had questions or suggestions, they were the first to let us know. He even came back a month later to finish a couple of minor details we are so grateful for that. We would love to use Victor and his team in future projects.

    I purchased my home 2 years ago from some people who didnt do regular maintenance. I needed a new house 🏠paint job on the exterior badly. Harmony Renovations came and looked at the house, and within minutes the owner was able to give me an idea for a free estimate. The next day I had a work order. During the day while I was at work Harmony Renovations took their time and did the most quality job on my home. My house looks brand new, better than when I bought it. My house has curb appeal and is more attractive than any of the homes on my block. The paint job I received looks like something youd see in a magazine. If youre seriously interested in painting your house but want a good quality job, then Harmony Renovations is the perfect choice. Like I said, they made sure the job was done correctly and of the highest quality. The job was not rushed, and looked like it was painted as if it were their own.     Victor and his crew are amazing from the customer service to the finish product everything was perfect. If we had any questions or concerns Victor’s response was always in a timely manner. His crew was dedicated to their job and did it with style and grace. Besides painting the exterior of our home, Victor’s crew also installed our new door and put up our new gutters and light fixtures on the outside.     My husband I could not be happier with how our home renovations turned out. Our kitchen cabinets went from old wood to brilliant white, our living room wood panels and trim had the same transformation, and our front steps are now safer with wooden railings. We also had two dry rot spots on the exterior of our home fixed. Harmony Renovaitions LLC was fast, efficient, professional, and their pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend using them!
