    Just bought a house and needed some wafer lights, ceiling fans, and outlets installed. Carson was able to get me a quote in 1 day (as opposed to two weeks from another company...). He was then able to get the work done the following week before we moved in, which was great. Carson and Mason did a great job installing everything and only caused minimal drywall damage (they even put the drywall back up to cover the holes).You cannot go wrong with using Phase 1 for all your electrical needs. I was shocked how quick and responsive Carson was and how casual but also professional him and Mason were. What was really nice is the quote was a simple flat price. It took 3 trips to finish everything and I did not have to pay more than the quote said. I know who I will be calling in the future when I have any more electrical work.

    Called to get an estimate on installing a new outlet for our tankless water heater. They found that previous contractors had overloaded on existing electrical panel and they patiently showed me the old panel and why we needed a new panel. Came back and did the work the next day and ended up charging me less than quoted. Will definitely use Phase 1 Electric again and have been recommending them to others!

    Tom and his electrician, Brandon, are incredibly professional and perform quality work even on smaller projects. I needed a larger breaker and outlet installed in my garage to power a table saw. Tom went the extra mile to research the proper electrical requirements to for my specific saw. Tom was also upfront with the pricing during his free estimating, and even came back out to my house after he did some research to make sure the job would be done right the first time. Brandon went above and beyond on the installation - both making sure everything was wired properly for how I needed it and making sure my saw worked properly before he left.It was great to work with a company who put customer service first. Highly, highly recommend!

    Thanks Tom and Carson! Super fast! I reached out on thu night they were here by Fri at 11 am and prevented my bf from burning my house down! He likes a space heater in his man cave in my garage .. and Carson was able to update all my wires and outlets and run another outlet dedicated to the heater so my garage wont blow up. 11/10!     Phase 1 did an amazing job adding lighting and some additional outlets to my home. I reached out late Thursday evening after hours. Tom contacted me on Friday and stopped by my house to give me a quote on the job. I felt the price was fair and asked when they could do it and he put me on the schedule for that coming Monday. Him and Ben came in did the work and made my lighting so much better. I couldn’t be happier, will definitely call them for future electrical work.

    Tom went out of his way (40 miles) to help us fix minor electrical items for the house were selling. He was responsive, came out the following morning, and let us know he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, prepared, and worked efficiently. His pricing was fair and he didnt try to upsell. We will definitely use him for new house.

    Started with a beeping sound I couldn’t locate Phase 1 spent a lot of time texting with me what the problem could be, I thought it was a smoke alarm and since they were all over 10 years old I replaced them. When hot weather came and I started to use the fan ,which I installed, I recognized that’s where the beeping was coming from. I searched out the problem and it could come from a faulty installation so I called Phase 1 and they came right out a reinstalled the fan and everything is working great! They also installed can lighting in our great room and we have really enjoyed it. Very easy and pleasant people to work with

    I have used Tom and Phase 1 for two major issues with my house since I bought it last summer. Both times he came out same-day. Both times he identified major fire risks. Both times he fixed the issue on the first time out. Tom came out quick, showed on-time, and did great work at a price that exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend Tom and Phase 1 electric, and I will absolutely be calling him in the future for more work (lighting installs) to be done.

    Called Tom with Phase 1 in the morning, and repair was done same day. Had contacted 3 other electricians from recommendations and none of them got back to me. After the initial consult from Tom, Carson was there with in the hour and had our 2 master bathroom outlets re-wired and operational with in the hour. Great service and company!     Had a mast damaged in a spring snow storm. Tom came over and assessed the damage the same day as the call. After a very competitive quote was given and the work was awarded, he pulled the necessary permit, schedule with Duke for the power shut off, and installed everything to code, all within a week of first contact. Great guy, great company and great service. I will be using Phase 1 Electric for all my necessary electrical needs in the foreseeable future.

    I contacted Tom McNitt with Phase 1 Electric about some new lighting needs and service needs at my home. I got on the schedule and Tom was at my home within 48 hours. Phase 1 installed some custom LED colored lighting around my bar in the basement and updated my electric panel. The LED lighting is amazing and turned out better than we expected. Tom and his guys were respectfull and courteous of my property and they cleaned up the work space when they were finished. I know some of my other friends are planning on using them as well. I would be proud to refer Tom McNitt and Phase 1 to anyone else that is in the market for custom lighting and other electrical needs. Thank you PHASE 1!

    We hired Phase 1 Electric to add lighting to 3 bedrooms and living room that did not have any ceiling lights. In addition, they upgraded all existing lighting to recessed canless LED lighting, hung a chandelier, installed 2 ceiling fans, and added an outlet to wall mount our TV. The project went very smooth, great communication, workers were very friendly and polite, and most importantly everything looks and works great! Would definitely hire them again!

    Tom has been out to my house before for routine things like replacing a fan with a light and moving a light fixture. This time, I called him in a panick at like 6:30pm on a Monday night because the outlet for my dryer sparked this blinding light, smoked and singed the inside of my hand when I went to unplug it so I could move it to reattach the dryer vent hose that had worked itself loose. I was freaked out, to say the least, and went straight for his business card. When I could see properly, I called him. He wasnt immediately available but he got back to me within like 30 minutes and discussed what had happened. I explained, sent him pictures of the outlet and plug and he walked me through the steps to make sure I was safe until he could get to my house in the morning. He was there first thing and checked everything over. We discussed what would need to be done, the pricing, how they would run the new line (my basement setup is a nightmare), installing the new plug, removing the old line and replacing the plug on the dryer (and then testing it to make sure it still works cause my scaredy pants wasnt touching it until a professional checked it). Depending on how tough it was for them to get the wire in place, he quoted me $1500 for the job which I was fine with. He gave me a couple options for when someone could be out based on my schedule and their workload but we settled on 9am this morning with an electrician named Carson. Carson was at my house exactly at 9am. He came in, I showed him where everything was located, explained the trickery with running the line in my wonky basement and left him to it. Took him an hour and a half and if he hadnt had to go out to the truck a couple times, I honestly would have forgotten he was even there. He did exactly what we discussed, fixed everything, made it look as nice as possible and then fixed and tested the dryer (and laughed at me when I said I would test it after he did Lol). I am very happy with not only the work they did but how they took the time to calm me down, didnt belittle me for freaking out about the plug basically exploding in my hand and treated me like I was someone in their family that had an emergency and needed their help. I will call them for all things electric, big and small. Best recommendation Ive ever had.

    No job is too small! Tom showed up on the same day I called. . He was here for less than a 1/2 hour and fixed the problem. He was polite, kind and efficient. Tom wore a mask and quickly got the job done. His number is saved in my contacts! I will call him again. Best electrician around.

    I cannot say enough great things about Phase 1 Electric, Tom & his crew. We hired Phase 1 to correct mistakes that were made by another electrician. As they began the work, they realized the problems were much more than they originally thought. They had to rewire our entire deck! This was very stressful, finding out how many mistakes were made by that other electrician. Tom, Brandon and Carson were professional, and fixed everything!
