I called just over 10 different roofing companies hoping to get someone the day of for a roof leak and all of them weren’t able to. Insert Scott and he was able to fit my property into his schedule. He arrived sooner than expected and conducted a thorough inspection and have a clear explanation of the issue. I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism, and expert knowledge on the issue as well as fixing it. I highly recommend him and UTR and will be using him in the future.

I have been in construction for 47 years now I can do anything myself but I am getting to old to do alot of stuff and honestly I just don’t want to do the heavy jobs anymore. I was referred to UTR by an inspector friend and right from the beginning I was very happy how easygoing they are I am pretty picky and overall these guys did an excellent job on everything I asked them to do in a timely manner too. UTR is one of the rare good ones. Given the high level of population turn over in this area, complacency and mediocrity is common among contractors here. Little effort is given to building a long lasting relationship with the customer, since there will always be new ones in a few years. UTRs work ethic & quality exceeds that, greatly. They were prompt and truthful when giving me a quote and a timeline. The execution of the job was flawless, and completed exactly when they said it would be.Cant recommend them enough.

We contacted UTR to give an old looking house an updated look. The project included a new roof, new siding and a new deck. Scott with UTR recommend Bluewater Roofing Company. The two companies worked seamlessly together everyone was very professional, and very customer service oriented. The job was completed faster then we expected, on budget and hassle free! The house looks wonderful! Would highly recommend both companies.

We contracted UTR Construction to give our old home an exterior makeover. Replacing siding, fixing the front porch, restoring the screened back patio, and painting. The entire process was a good experience from start to finish. Their customer service was exceptional, they were on time, on budget, and they took great care to make sure everything was done to our liking. The crews who did the work were experienced, hardworking, and very respectful while at our home. A special thank you to Scott who really represents the company with the utmost professionalism going above and beyond with his customer care. Over all, everyone at UTR Construction from management to tradesmen are good people who care about their customers and deliver on a quality project.

Our porch needed repair due to wood rot. After further examination the problem was much worse and complicated than originally thought. Gregg and his crews solved the issues and checked on the progress daily. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the communication. Great work!

We highly recommend UTR Construction. Every aspect of the service they provide is excellent. We had storm damage and were having issues dealing with our insurance company. UTR provided a Public Adjustor; Robert Malcolm, who worked for us in obtaining enough $$$ to properly repair our home. All staff that we encountered were professional and friendly. The paint crew did an outstanding job. They worked tirelessly repairing damaged siding and the house looks great. Finally, we had our gutters replaced and once again the work ethic and finished product were awesome. Dan was great. If you need any work done on your home, call Dion or Scott.
