    Nothing short of awesome! These folks know the roofing business inside out. From the Holloway rep., Edgar, to the 9 person crew, the whole experience was great! The crew that did our roof were some of the hardest working crews I’ve seen. This crew was punctual, efficient, professional, hard working, and knew exactly what they were doing. They worked hard from nearly sunup until almost dark with only a short lunch break. They were skilled roofers in all aspects of the business. I had to have some extensive and specialized work done on my roof and this crew did it all. Recommendation #1: use this local company and if you need to speak with the crew members, brush up on your Spanish. I found it very refreshing.     We went to Holloway on the recommendation of a friend. They showed us various options and suggested a color and pattern that went well with our houses color and HOA requirements. Wanting to just the rear of the house prior to the installation of a solar system, we were given two quotes: one for that project and another interim one for the rest of the house, which we intended to do a year or so later.Holloway completed the first job well and on time. The yard clean up was really good.It was nearly 2 1/2 years later that we finally had the remaining three sides of the roof done. The updated estimate for the final job was understandably higher but well within reason. The work crew got right to work and completed the job in good time. Once again, their clean up was good.Throughout both processes we were met with a welcoming and helpful attitude by their office staff. Holloway also included a thorough wind mitigation inspection at the conclusion of each roofing job.We are very pleased with our experience with Holloway Roofing and recommend them without hesitation.

    Holloway did an excellent job on a new shingled roof for our home. They were timely and took care of several areas of wood damage and rot around our garage. They had cold weather issues as they were working in mid January but moved quickly when they were able to finish the job as quickly as possible.     We recently had a roof replacement done by Holloway Roofing, and couldnt be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and efficient. Edgar who was our point of contact was professional and answered any questions we had in a prompt manner.     From start to finish, Holloway was the right choice! They picked up on my first call, came out the next day to check my roof, sent out a quote within a couple of days, they were very responsive during the scheduling process and once the work started it took the crew just a day and a morning to re-shingle my whole house!     I had damaged to my roof caused by another company doing an installation. Holloway was prompt to answer the phone and send Edger out to the house to do an estimate later that day. I had the written estimate later that afternoon. The estimate was very detailed. They seemed like a good company, but they were also the most expensive estimate I had for the work to be done as well.

    I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Holloway Roofing on the re-roofing of my home. From my first contact with Edgar, sales manager, who assisted me through the entire process, the office staff who provided excellent insight in helping me to choose the right shingle type and color, to the roofing crew who performed an outstanding job everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. The shingle selection was even better than I envisioned. The roofing crew showed up on time and ready to work – they completed the job in 1 ½ days. They were very consciences in protecting the plants and other fixtures around the house and meticulous cleaning up after the job was done. All the debris was completely removed,, including nails, and they cleaned the sidewalks, driveway, and pool deck. This was the best clean-up I’ve seen at any roofing site. Holloway Roofing has knowledgeable reps that educate the customer on various options available to satisfy your needs, using only high quality materials. They use Owens Corning products which are among the best in the industry. Their crews are trained to follow manufacturer specifications for proper installation and pay attention to detail from start to finish to achieve the best outcome. The company uses a team approach for each customer and are always available for concerns or questions.You may find a cheaper bid BUT you will not get a better job by matching a skilled crew with quality materials.

    Last year, we replaced our 28-year old metal roof with a new one, along with waterproofing and new skylights. Holloway gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled us in 2 weeks after. Supervisors Mark, Oscar and Conrad were all very responsive to my questions and requests. The crew worked in relentless heat to finish in 6 days. Their clean-up and repairs of incidental damage were also very well done. The free wind mitigation report also significantly reduced my HO insurance premium.     Quality work. Pleasant work crew. While working hard in well-coordinated efficiency, crew members smiled and sang. It was a pleasure among all the tap-tap-tapping of nails. Indoors my husband accompanied the roof-work percussion with piano improv. We never knew reroofing could be delightful. Work completed, after a repeated, thorough clean up around the perimeter of our house, one fellow followed with a leaf blower, clearing our step stone walkway of pine straw. The crew noticed the hopscotch layout of our sidewalk and took turns after their hard days work. It was delightful.

    Update: When we decided to sell the house Meghann Stevenson and Mark Leitheiser came to our rescue. We needed a new roof for the buyer to get insurance (it was also time to be replaced.) I called them up and they made the process super easy and quick. They have now put on all the roofs for my family. There isnt a better roofer out there. They treat you like family and do outstanding work.Old Review from 2 years ago. Holloway Roofing is top notch. They have not only fixed my roof but they have put new roofs on my families houses. I was introduced to the company after Hurricane Michael. Being an insurance agent I was looking for a good roofer to help clients in need.     While my existing roof was essentially in fine shape, its age exceeded todays requirements, and my homeowners insurance had notified me they are pulling out of Florida; my coverage would end at the expiration of my policy. I knew I would need a new roof before another company would cover my home. A friend recommended I contact Jeff McDonald at Holloway Roofing, Inc. Jeff promptly came out, did a thorough review and gave me a comprehensive assessment and estimate. I later met with Jeff, the Holloway manager Meghann Stevenson, and Mike, their roofing expert. . I received thorough and comprehensive answers to all my questions and agreed on a contract. Work commenced on 8 DEC 22 and ended on 9 DEC 22. The crew was staffed to do an expert job in a systematic way that met all Owens Corning and Florida requirements. The work site was left clean, and excess materials were picked up with no charge. All the Holloway employees made this large undertaking from need to completion an enjoyable experience. They cheerfully and professionally supported me in every way.     My husband and I shopped around for a roofing company-we know of many since I am a realtor working in the area. Holloway provided the best quote because of my husband receiving the first responder discount for being a firefighter. They quoted us in a day and estimated a 4 week lead time, but got started early on our roof in approximately 3 weeks. The roofers were on time, respectful, and finished within a day and a half. Jeff was our sales rep and did a great job communicating and going over our invoice when we had questions. He also came to help clean up the yard afterwards.     Called Holloway for estimate, Cory was out in 2 days. Repair department sent me repair order with 3 days and got it repaired on a Saturday! I have to say Ronnie your repair guy is one hard worker. Showed up went straight to work. He had the bad wood replaced and new shingles on and area cleaned within 3 1/2 hours. It was so hot outside so i kept checking on him but he took care of everything in a professional manner. I would recommend Holloway to everyone. Thank you.

    Holloway did a great job, while we had some minor issues through out the process Cory and Mark were up front and honest about the issues or mistakes. Not only were they honest but they remedied all issues before final inspection.     Cory our sales person provided great service, from the initial inspection of the roof to always available and willing to find out any information needed through out the process. Megan was outstanding during our visit to the office, answered any questions we had and was able to provide a wide variety of different products to choice from. And the actual install team, what a group of professionals. They did a great job with the installation of my new shingles and cleaned up everything around my house making it look like they hadnt been there at the end of the day.     Everyone was professional and knowledgeable regarding reroofing my house. The materials came quickly and when the roofing was completed, the yard was cleaned efficiently.     Holloway replaced my roof, and I was really impressed with the final result. Ended up choosing Storm Cloud for the color and it looks fantastic.     I contacted Holloway Roofing for a minor problem with my shingles. They responded in a timely fashion and arrived an hour earlier than they had promised. The repair did not take long but, at my request, they also did a visual inspection of the remainder of my roof and determined the problem existed nowhere else. On their on volition they offered me an opinion that the shingles still had a significant amount of granularity (may not be the word he used) and that the roof was still in good shape overall.

Our roof was replaced July 22 and we have an eve leak. They came out and said it would have to be caulked first and it that didn’t work, tore out and replaced. Ok good. Then never heard back. Called several times and today was told they wouldn’t be out until August 23th. That is totally unacceptable. There is a storm headed this way and another right behind it. It is a minor fix and shouldn’t be this much trouble.
