    Overall experience was outstanding. Nate in sells, answered all my questions and made sure my generator requirements and expectations were met. The installers D.J: and Tayler were timely and efficient. DJ was very professional, courteous, and excellent at installing my generator. The electrician Taylor was prompt and fast. DJ is GREAT!!

    The Blackout Generators team is the best. I have bought generators from them, used their service, and most recently to relocate a generator.     I wanted to share the exceptional service experience I had with Blackout Generators service recently.My first indication I had chosen a good company to partner with started at the service technicians greeting and was cemented within a few minutes of the service performance.I shared with him some of the previous experiences I had for annual services. When I presented him with one situation around the green light having a yellow ting and the previous company said there was just water in it, his response was far from what I expected. He informed me that that was not “accurate,” and then he began to explain how the system worked regarding indicator light colors. He took the high road in regards to other companys service, this continued to build my trust in Blackout Generators.As I watched him perform the annual, I could tell this young man was not only a professional but enjoyed what he did despite the absolutely freezing temperature. He took great care to ensure no oil dripped on or in the unit and on the ground around the unit.This young man did twice the work as the previous company, in no more than half the time they took.I could continue relaying every positive interaction for some time, but I believe you see how pleased I am with your service.Look forward to our next transaction!Mike

    Dallas and his team at Blackout Generators are absolutely stellar. If you need a whole home generator system, this is the place you need to go to. They are so incredibly knowledgeable, the prices are impeccable, and they can fix anything that is put in front of them. They can service any make and model of generator, home system, RV, or portable. If its a generator, they can fix it. Generac, Kohler, Cummins, Briggs & Stratton, Onan, you name it, they fix and/or install it. They also sell and rent portable generators. This place has it all and also covers and services all of Oklahoma! Call them and you will not be disappointed. 110% recommend to anyone and everyone!

    Dallas was so helpful in getting us the right generator for our home. Granted it did take a while to receive it but that was of no way his fault. Cant get anything in a pandemic! When we did get it, they installed it quickly and have checked in to make sure everything is good! They were wonderful to work with.

    If you are looking for a backup generator, this is the company to use. Once they received my generator, it was installed, wired and hooked to the gas line in less than a week.
