    My experience with Frankie was fantastic! We replaced a water heater for our barn and had some custom work done to the auto water feeders in the horse stalls. They came out right away, provided a fair quote, and got me on the books fast. They spent the time to make sure the pipe lines were exactly how we wanted them.     The team from Valley Plumbing are fantastic. I called and was able to get a quote with some pictures and setup a time for them to come out. On the day of the appointment I got a text saying they were on the way and arrived right on time. I showed them what we needed done and they got right to work.     I came home to a broken pipe after being gone for a week - This company walked me through how to manage this for the time being and were able to come out (for an emergency appointment) the following day to look into the issue. The other companies Id called were all days to weeks out. The guys who came out were super helpful, they were able to turn off the water leading to the source of the leak (was for the outdoor water) and get my water turned back on at that time. Was so grateful for their help and will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Our septic tank had been off gassing in our hall bathroom for months and I was certain it wasn’t coming from the toilet seal. Valley Plumbing came out, thoroughly examined all the pipes, drains and even went into the crawlspace. They gently approached me and said that after they did all their looking around, they thought it might be the toilet seal. They replaced the seal and reset the toilet and the smell has completely vanished. It’s really hard to put into words how relieved we all are that we don’t have to live with that smell anymore and it was refreshing to see the bill because their pricing is reasonable. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience from my first phone call, follow up, to their communication on-site and how quickly they got the bill to me with the option to pay online. I will be referring them to my family and clients.

    We were referred to Valley plumbing when we were scrambling last minute to find someone to complete plumbing repairs before closing on our house. The window was short, and the work complicated.     Frankie installed an instant hot water dispenser at my sink where none existed before. I had a hole pre-drilled into my countertop, and the dispenser, filter, and unit all ready to go. He had given me a fixed price so I knew exactly what to expect. I had originally wanted him to pull a toilet, but due to timing with other work in the house, that wasnt needed. He had a great attitude, was very careful with the work environment, and got it done in a little over an hour with no mess. He provided a new valve that was necessary without charging for the part as he had not told me in advance. He recommended that I keep an eye out over the next few days in case there was any leakage (there was none). A very professional job at a fair price with zero anxiety associated with having people working in the house for an indefinite amount of time. Ill definitely reach out to him again!

    We were having problems with our water heater and Frankie came out to take a look. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and in addition to fixing the original issue he even found an additional issue caused by the previous homeowner that we didnt even know about! We now not only have hot water, but because he fixed the recirculating pump we have almost instant hot water.Its never fun to have to call a plumber but the next time I do, I will definitely be calling Valley Plumbing Northwest!

    We had a leak in the main water line between the meter and the house. I suspected it was near the meter so dug out the 45 year old copper pipe. As soon as I uncovered the crack, I had a five foot high fountain so had to shut off the water at the meter. We had a large company come out and were quoted $6900 to replace the line. Since we will be doing major excavating and piping in the next three to four months, we asked them to do a temporary repair. They refused to do it. We could not find any other plumbing company to come out on an emergency basis. We finally contacted Valley Plumbing NW after a week and a half of no water. They immediately understood our dilemma. Jackie was on his way back from Beaverton so it was on his way home to stop in Aurora. He cut out the bad section of copper pipe and spliced in a section of Pex-A around it. We had our water back within 40 minutes. Great service!

    I was given Frankies contact information by another plumber because our issue in our master bathroom was out of their scope. I called and left a voicemail for Frankie in the morning and he called back later that day and apologized for the delay as he had just brought his newborn home from the hospital. He spent just short of 15 minutes on the phone giving me a number of things to try before our appointment to isolate the issue. He also requested that I send him a video. Our appointment was about two weeks out and the day before he called to see if he could come earlier in the day which worked out perfect for our schedule. He arrived on time and immediately got to work in our master bathroom trying a number of things to find the root of the problem. It turns out that it was not a plumbing issue after all but he did give me a contact, as well as a number of tips when we move forward with our bathroom repairs. Frankie was easily at our home for a hour, plus the phone time and when I asked him if I owed him anything he said no. I truly felt that I had ripped him off due to his willingness to go above and beyond both on the day of bringing home his newborn from the hospital to the day of the estimate. He was outstanding and I will absolutely keep him in my phone as a contact for any future needs or a referral.**Update** When I ran out of hot water he was the first person that I called. First Frankie tried replacing the thermoplile and after that wasnt successful he even called the manufacturer to validate that there was not another option besides the control panel. Turned out I needed to replace my 12 year old hot water heater. His communication was excellent and once again I felt like he went above and beyond. If I had to spend money on the replacement I was more than happy to send it his way. Great guy and he was consistently trustworthy!

    Our water heater was working intermittently and was on the way out when I called Valley Plumbing NW late Saturday afternoon. The phone was answered by a live person, no voice mail. After discussing our situation, we selected a replacement based on Frankies recommendation. The unit we selected was better suited for our situation and less expensive than the ones we were looking at from the large building supply centers. Frankie said he could order it Monday and install Tuesday. He called before arrival and installed the new heater before noon on Tuesday. Timely, reliable and thorough in all aspects.
