    Water Main break at the foundation on a Friday evening....After a trying weekend to align a Restoration Crew to clean out the crawl space for a plumber the following Monday.Wasnt til late that Monday afternoon we contacted Brass Monkey (our 1st contact couldnt come out til next day).God Bless Alyiah, Nathanial & crew for their utmost concern for the customer, understanding & professionalism.Nathanial, came out within 1/2 hr. our call @ 4pm.     New to the area. I called Brass Monkey Plumbing and a person answered the phone, not a machine. I was very pleased with the customer service. I had Alex at the house on my schedule and he was very honest and did not try to price gouge me. The office made sure to keep in touch at all times. I scheduled the replacement of three toilets.There was an issue with one of the toilets due the floor boards. They even gave me the name of a person to fix the issue.I am very pleased and would recommend this company, very professional and the workmanship is excellent.

    Dependable. Affordable. Efficient.*leaking gas valve for a gas fireplace*The technician was able to come early and called to see if that worked, he was on time. He looked over the potential cause of the leaking valve and I was not expecting a one day fix but he was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a routine diagnosis, quote and to wait for another repair date, not this time! I recommend brass monkey be your first call. They are professional, honest and clear about what they are responsible for.

    Hi All,Today Brass Monkey Plumbing installed PRV and Expansion Tank in my home. My water pressure hasnt been this good for years.I was impressed because I called on Monday and he was going to schedule me out for Tuesday of the following week. Because I was so concerned; Nathaniel took into consideration the loud noises I was experiencing when I turned my water on, he scheduled an aappointment for the next day. Alex came out and had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes. He gave me more than enough information (Alex is very knowledgeable) that I felt very comfortable making a decision to have him proceed with scheduling the installation for the next day. They came out today and had it done in less than an hour. They also replaced some copper tubing with stainless steel at no extra charge when they installed the Expansion Tank onto my water heater.They emailed me pictures and the stages of their work (especially nice because I didnt crawl under the house). The quality of work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Freddy was great about laying down drop cloths to walk on and is very professional.Alex, Freddy and Nathaniel are great and really are personable. Couple that with efficiency and quality and I will call them again for future work.I am older and single and it can be daunting to try and find someone who is reliable and trustworthy. For any other women out there that are hesitant in calling someone; give them a call. You wont be disappointed.Thanks again Brass Monkey!

    We lost hot water in the morning, and determined the pilot light in our hot water heater was out. After talking thru the process w/Brass Monkey over the phone, I tried relighting the pilot myself. No luck, so Freddy & Elias came out at 5:30pm and installed a brand new hot water heater. They were incredibly professional, thorough & courteous, and I felt zero pressure to spend more than necessary. They were in/out in ~90 minutes. Weve definitely found our preferred plumber moving forward. Thanks!

    My 20 year old water heater went out over the weekend. I waited until Monday to call Brass Monkey about getting it fixed or replaced. Aliyah at the office was able to get me quotes quickly.I decided on one of the replacement packages and was scheduled for Tuesday. Elias was the technician who came to replace the water heater. This was the first water heater I had to have replaced. I wanted to understand the process of the installation. Elias answered all of my questions while I watched. He answered and explained functions and troubling shooting if any minor problems should arise in the future. Elias also explained the warranty. A 10 for Elias for being professional, personable, and his politeness.Yes, I would recommend Brass Monkey Plumbing if you need plumbing services.

    Nathaniel was fantastic to work with. He was thorough, kept me informed throughout the job, and charged fair prices. He replaced the plumbing in both of my shower/tub combos with new Delta valves and pex. The original plumbing from the 70’s was polished and left cleaner and stronger than it was before. He cleaned everything up before he left and left no garbage behind. I highly recommend Brass Monkey Plumbing.

    I had my toilet replaced by this company last month. I had two other plumbers in that did not correctly diagnose the problem I was having. The woman that answers the phone and books the appointment, Aliyah, was incredibly nice and helpful. Alex and Elias came out to check what was wrong and a second time to replace the toilet.This company was very professional and a real pleasure to work with.     Hired Brass Monkey to do a whole home water filter install. The communication from the office is excellent and very easy to work with.     Excellent communication from office staff, and crew about their arrival time. Fit our emergency repair into their schedule to get water back on to our house. Estimator gave us the option to do the digging ourselves to save us some $$. Came back the same day, after hours, to get it done. Friendly, professional, local. Highly recommend.

    These guys are amazing. Came in at a low reasonable quote, did the job efficiently and correctly, and cleaned up after themselves. Unlike the rooters that quoted 3 to 6 times the price, they were, what I believe to be, right on the expected price.You cant go wrong with these guys.     Nathaniel installed a whole house shut-off valve inside our home, so we could quickly shut off water if a leak occurs - the outside shut-off is beyond inconvenient or we have to do it at the curb. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, was generous with his time as we talked about the project, recommended a great approach, and the value is very good.On the install day, Nathaniel was on time, finished quickly, and cleaned up before leaving. He also answered a couple of questions unrelated to the project regarding exterior water faucets. Again, generous with his time.Very pleased with the appearance and location of the shut-off and its ease of operation (1/4 turn vs a twist handle).So much better experience than my call to another plumbing contractor.     I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brass Monkey Plumbing, in particular Nathaniel (owner) & Jordan. I had an emergency situation come up with our water heater, where water was quickly leaking from it and I couldn’t get it to stop. Nathaniel and Jordan were willing to come out within 10 minutes to help fix the issue. Upon arrival and assessment, they were able to fix it within 10-15 minutes, tops. Their customer service is outstanding! They were prompt, thorough, kind, and unbelievably helpful when talking through the issue and how they were going to fix it. They also took additional time to show me where the water shut off valve was (both on the tank & for the city water) in case a situation happened in the future. The woman answering the phone at the office was also incredibly helpful and kind. Overall, I highly recommend Brass Monkey, and my husband and I plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

    We called Brass Monkey with a drain issue that we could not fix ourselves. Nathaniel and Elias came out and fixed the problem quickly.     So I dont think anyone relishes the idea of having an aging water heater start leaking, knowing the impact this will have on the typical home owners pocket book and time. A couple of nights ago that is exactly what my wife and I discovered. We were forced to turn our water off, and I elected to stay home yesterday to try and find someone that could provide service on our unit or replace it quickly without our being not having hot water for weeks while we waited for an appointment.Our google search for the best provider in our area resulted in Brass Monkey Plumbing being the team we wanted to address our issue. To say they met our expectations is an understatement. We did get pretty lucky on our timing as they are in high demand, but they happened to have a replacement unit in stock and were willing late (completing our job around 6:30pm) to ensure we werent without hot water for days on end.The price for the replacement fell within what we had budgeted for and anticipated, but the service was above and beyond both gentlemen were courteous, kind, and aware of their surrounds. At one point I was asked if it would be ok if they listened to music while they worked and reassured that they wouldnt be listening to anything morally questionable. This question caught me a bit off guard as most service providers Ive met wouldnt have give my thoughts on it any consideration.Needless to say I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Brass Monkey Plumbing to everyone I know.

They were able to get me an estimate, and then service within 2 days of that, in this tough scheduling market. I had two other potential plumbers (that would have been less), but were 2+ weeks out. They bill based on the job vs the hour, which makes it a bit pricey, but get it done probably quicker than those that would charge by the hour. Nathaniel is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.     I’ve used Nate twice but it was his first visit that pretty much assured he will be a plumbing “fixture” here. He’s earnestly polite, which is lacking in business in this day and age and you’re comfortable having him in your home immediately.His work is neat, thorough, and respectful.     Brass Monkey got back to us promptly, came out and did a plumbing inspection on our 70’s home. Many of our neighbors have had issues with burst pipes so we wanted the peace of mind with our copper pipes.     Contacted Brass Monkey Plumbing for a bubbling toilet and a stink under our garbage disposal. Elias came out and assesed the situation. He told us everything he thought it could be and we tried to re-create the bubbling. No luck on making the toilet bubble on demand. He noticed the plumbing under the sink was missing two parts. We asked Elias if he could fix the situation today. After a check in with his boss, hell left briefly to get parts and came and corrected the sub-par plumbing.Elias was so great, he explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions.     WOW!!!!! This company is phenomenal! I got a call from my tenant at a rental property saying that the hot water heater was leaking and I called brass monkey and they actually answered the phone and were at the property assessing the situation within two hours. Because of my busy schedule, they even offered to communicate directly with my tenant to gain access, so that I didn’t have to be the go-between. In our initial conversation, I had just advised them to replace the gas water heater but when they got there, they told me that it was something that could be fixed instead of just replacing it at a much higher cost. I decided just to have them replace it regardless, so I wouldn’t have to deal with it later, but so appreciated their honesty. Because my tenants were going to be without hot water, they made me a priority, and had the new water heater up and running within 5 hours of my initial contact with them. This team, from Aaliyah in the office to Nathaniel and his guys in the field are beyond professional and I just cannot say enough good about my experience. Will absolutely be recommending them!!!!!
