Being a first time homeowner, this was the first time I have had to call a plumber. Jim showed up earlier than scheduled. He was extremely polite, and went right to work after he arrived. Had our leak fixed in under 30 minutes in our crawl space. He took the time to explain what he fixed and I am confident it was done right. Did not charge near as much as local competition was going to. I would highly recommend using this local business for any plumbing needs!
