    Aaron is very polite , knowledgeable plumber. Done exactly what he needed to do. Explained what he was doing. Even talked to the ETUtility District people.. which after finding out issues were on the city. Stayed right there with the job, and talked with them.     Aaron came out to our home at his scheduled time to assess a water leak. He figured out the cause was coming from the city’s connection to our meter box, so he called the city for me to explain the issue to them. I appreciate how friendly Aaron was and how easy it was to communicate with him.

    When it rains it pours or in our case no hot water. We had four other companies tell us the water heater needed to be replaced and there was no chance for repair. The quotes ranged from $10,000 to $15,000. We were also replacing our roof the same week our water heater went out. Sam at Mighty Dog Roofing (look them up) provided us a reference for Righty Tighty Plumbing. Aaron came out the same day, told us it could be repaired, and did not recommend a full replacement. We were told by three other plumbers it could not repaired even one attempted to light the water heater (incorrectly) demonstrating it was a lost cause. Aaron lit the gas for our water heater and temporarily repaired so we could have hot water that night. He came back the next day to made the repairs. He was honest and ethical about we needed without trying to sell us a costly tankless water heater with a water purification system. Aaron is the only plumber in my contacts now and I highly recommend him for all of your plumping and gas needs.

    Our on demand hot water heater was not functioning. We reached out to several plumbers in the area and Chris at Righty Tighty Plumbing was quick to respond and fair with his pricing. We needed a quick turn around time and they were able to fit it into their busy schedule and completed the install in just a few days from acceptance of the quote, whereas other companies were weeks out. Chris was transparent throughout the process and even went the extra mile to flush out all of the lines and fixtures in our home. We are happy we decided to work with Righty Tighty Plumbing and would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking for plumbing work in the area. 5 stars here!

    QUICKLY came to help. Lost hot water at midnight and wasnt sure why.RIghty Tighty responded and set up an appointment the next day.I was told once they were heading out and once they arrived.     Aaron and the team at Righty Tighty really helped me out of a tough spot. It’s can be hard getting good people out in the sticks of Seymour, but Not only did Aaron install a water heater, toilet, and sink, but provided a ton of information for me on other projects. On time… on budget..professional and will be called again next time I need a plumber. I’m picky… really picky. Righty Tighty ROCKED IT!

    We have had a really great experience with Aaron and Righty Tighty Plumbing. We were having issues with our hot water heater at our rental home and had another company incorrectly diagnose the issue and install a new heater (that wasn’t needed) that didn’t fix the problem with the hot water. Aaron came in on a weekend when other companies (including the one who installed the unit) told us that our guests not having hot water did not necessitate a weekend call. He correctly diagnosed the issue and worked on it until it was fixed, providing a temporary fix for our guests until parts came in. He communicates very well with me and is also very good with communicating with guests. He is very thorough and very honest. I cannot recommend this company enough!

    Fantastic experience! I called Aaron with a few small issues i was having at my house and he came to look at them the next day. He gave me affordable options, helped me decide what i needed to focus on first and fixed everything the same day (plus a couple things that financially i needed to wait on). A few months later everything is working better than it has since i purchased the house. I will never use another plumber. Great prices and great customer service! 100/10 recommend!

    Righty Tighty Plumbing is the best all-around! I had to have my Septic Tank pumped, and unfortunately, the company that came out to do it could not find the tank after searching for over an hour. I live in an old house, so there werent even records of it at the county. I was told to hire a plumber to search with their camera they stick in the pipes to see if it could be found that way. I called 7 Plumbers just to get quotes and see when the next availability would be. Righty Tighty Plumbing was the only company out of the 7 who was straightforward to begin with and gave me an estimate for everything beforehand and was available that same day! From the moment I scheduled the appointment to Aaron coming out and running the camera through the pipes to finding a broken pipe accidentally while trying to find the tank to working almost until 9pm just so I could take a shower and flush my toilet was absolutely phenomenal! I can not thank him and his company enough! Pricing is pretty reasonable! Explained its been a bit tight due to Christmas coming up and having other stuff go wrong that needed to be fixed. Aaron completely understood and even offered finance options! Again, I can never thank them enough for everything Aaron and Righty Tighty Plumbing has done for me and my family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    We have a property near pigeon forge and our water heater was leaking. We contacted righty tighty and Aaron showed up right on time. The water heater was under warranty so he picked us up a new one and got it installed. Very professional, quality work, and reasonably priced.     We discovered this company through a mutual friend. Aaron arrived at our home, immediately assessed the problem (with no consistent hot water) and while troubleshooting alerted us to a dangerous condition with our water heater. He provided the necessary materials to temporarily stop the problem until we could contact the original contractor. He assisted us with returning the water heater to the original plumbing contractor that incorrectly installed it. The situation was finally resolved and we can’t thank Aaron and Righty Tighty Plumbing enough. We strongly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing for all your needs. We appreciated him so much that we asked him to replace our garbage disposal. Another great job!!

After completing service on our heat pump water heater he made time to visit my 89 year old neighbor who is having problems with her water softener.     I had an issue with the drain for my washing machine. Water was not draining quickly enough, so the line would back up and water was spilling in our basement floor. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Righty Tighty Plumbing.Communication with Aaron was fantastic. He came and inspected the problem in a very timely manner. He was punctual and on time. He was very competent in plumbing. He explained every step of the process and made sure I was always informed of what was going on. They have very good equipment to do a great job.Aaron went above and beyond what was needed for the call. He showed me where the problem was in the line. He showed me before and after pictures of the work he did. I WAS SHOCKED at how clean the line now looked. Since then, I have had 0 issues with that line, and I dont expect any additional issues in the future.If anyone is looking for a great plumbing service, give Righty Tighty Plumbing a call. Their staff are courteous and professional. They keep their appointment times. They offer exceptional service at a very affordable and competitive price. You wont be disappointed. I have referred friends to them, and they have been pleased as well.
