I am always skeptical of reviews for home services because the worker will often leave the job asking for a review — this is the review that our plumber didn’t ask for, this has in no way been encouraged or prompted.WOW. Our plumber, Craig, was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Craig helped us re-plumb our vintage clawfoot, our sink, our toilet, and our washer / dryer. He worked us in the schedule promptly, even calling to confirm parts and equipment needed prior to the installation so that he could show up (right on time) and get the job done quickly. We are over the moon with Hick’s and won’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs in the future. WELL DONE!!!

Everyone I delt with was very helpful and polite. Craig called to let me know he was on his way, then called and explained what he found. Then gave me options on repair and was able to complete the job the same day. Highly recommend!

Contacted Hicks Plumbing and they got me taken care of ASAP. Was told that they could possibly come out at the end of the day after their scheduled jobs and they did !!! I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out.. Craig was very professional and prompt. He explained the cost and made sure it was ok before he started. I will use them again.

Hicks Services provides excellent communication. They make every effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the job. I have a disability and am in a wheelchair. Craig was extremely helpful and in helping me get the rest of my accessible restroom set up. He was easy to work with.

I highly recommend Hicks Services. I had a leaky trap under a tub as well as leaky shower valves. They had to rebuild the trap around joists in the basement and rebuild the valves, along with a couple other things around that. It wasn’t cheap, but I wasn’t expecting that. What I got was prompt service, clear communication, and explanations of every step along the way. They are my first call for plumbing from now on.

I cannot recommend Jacob and Hicks Plumbing more. He has done 4 jobs for me now, and each one has been completed well, clean and reasonably priced. Today I woke up to a small puddle under my kitchen cabinets, and a quick call to Jacob he told me how to turn the water off, AND he showed up about 20 minutes later to fix the issue. If you are looking for an amazing plumber, who will treat you right and do a great job, dont hesitate to give Jacob and his team a call.
