I gave a one star review back in June. Which I’m just getting back to set the record straight. Jonas Hebert with Gridic Electric is a top both electric contractor. Sometimes computer systems can streamline your company’s operations. Well I got a call from the the owner Jonas Hebert .Explaining what happened and how he was sorry for the inconvenience. When dealing with computer systems. A simple solution can be made or fixed. I got a call from Jonas Heber offering a solution and discount on the work needed. Which is very rare in today’s industry dictate owner to contact you.Especially in a timely manner like Joanna’s Hebert did with Gridic Electric. That shows he wants and stands by his decision to bring great products and services.So if you need anything Electrical done contact Gridic Electrical Services LLC. We called Gridic with electrical storm damage to our electrical meter box and wites and pole attached to our home. Gridic took my long distance call(we live in Texas) Ms.Kim listened to the details of the damage asked me to text her photos of the damage and had the project manager view the photos and quoted us a price. She called me back with a quote and we agreed over the phone long distance to repair our damage. Needless to say this was the most easiest transaction on a repair on our home since we bought it . Gridic did a superb job on our repair. Hassle free reliable great service. Gridic will be and is the company we’ll call fo all things electrical when it comes to our electrical needs. Call Gridic you won’t be disappointed. Kind, courteous, expedient professional service!!!! I won’t be using any other electrical repairmen for our electrical needs. Our Dusk-to-Dawn light went out suddenly. It was located above our garage door, high on the gable. Having just seen Gridics award by the Better Business Bureau in the Daily Iberian, I decided to email them on Sunday night, and I advised them of my problem. They called at 7:30 am on Monday and said they could come on Tuesday; when I said I was going out of town on Tuesday, they said they would try to come Monday afternoon. They called and came out Monday afternoon and determined they would need a new bulb. Tuesday morning they came with the new bulb, but upon looking closely, they saw that the LED light was just disconnected, and got it going. With all that activity I was only charged the $150 for the initial visit. I was very impressed with their prompt and professional service! Gridic is my new first choice for an electrician.
