    Andrew and his apprentice, sorry I forgot your name, but they did an awesome job. Not only did they fix the problem, but they explained everything through every process. They were understanding, punctual, kind, and experienced. Could guess what the problem was before they even had confirmation. Definitely saved into my contacts if I ever need them again and will recommend. A tad bit expensive, but problem solved and you cant beat an experienced professional. Great Job fellas!

    The two man team was very professional, they even had the little shoe covers on before entering the house. I told them what was going on with my pipes. We discussed several options and they presented several prices. I chose one and the work began. I was informed each time there was an obstacle before moving forward. They gave me a date the the work would be completed and everything was done in that span of time. Clean up for me, none. They left things neat and clean. Thank you Pipes and Plugs.

    I would highly recommend anyone to call pipes & plugs for any plumbing work or any other needs that they service . We called them out on a very rainy day and they came out and got the broken pipe under our house fixed regardless of the weather.     I was having trouble finding someone to come to my home in a timely manner as our water was turned off due to a substantial leak, I called pipes and plugs and the sent someone same day, Nathan Menard came out and found the problem within minutes of arrival, he explained everything that needed to be done in a professional manner and performed the work to perfection, before leaving he asked if there was anything else at all we needed, it was a clean repair no trash left in yard or in the work area, he even cleaned up materials that were left in the hole by the last company. Would highly recommend pipes and plugs and will continue to use them for my plumbing and electrical needs.

    Wow! Im totally blown away with the service today. Evan and Caleb did some amazing work. Evan said that they were aiming to finish for noon, and we were signing papers before 11:15. The aptitude of these young men, and their dedication to customer service, is incredible. Long story short, we needed a power wire run under the house from one side to the breaker box on the other side. We also needed a toilet repair as the tank wasnt filling properly. It was comforting to realize these guys really know what theyre doing. The quality of work speaks for itself. Thank you truly! Also, thank you Steven for his guidance with the project.     If I could give 100 STARS, then Caleb, Jordan, and Jaylin of Pipes and Plugs would deserve them all! I am so very grateful for their professionalism, courtesy, and superb work! Our ancestral home built in 1880, with so many of the original pipes, finally developed so many water leaks that the entire plumbing system required total repiping. Caleb master-minded the plan and, to me, worked a miracle with the awesome assistance of Jordan using PEX piping above ground throughout underneath this pier-and-beam house. Then, Caleb and Jaylin added a brand new underground PVC main line with handy shut-off valves for easy access when necessary, thereby eliminating the backyard’s mysterious horrific expense of an ancient leaking pipe that proved impossible to locate. Along with additional courtesy tweaks to indoor fixture leaks and a drain reconnection as well as installation of two new exterior hose faucets, Caleb, Jordan, and Jaylin completed this challenging project in record time!!! What a joy to now have up-to-date pipes with NO LEAKS and a superior go-to plumber in our lives! THANK YOU to Caleb, Jordan, and Jaylin of Pipes & Plugs for a job extraordinarily WELL DONE! 👏 Blessings to You All! 🙏

He went above & beyond to help me with my moms bathroom issues, never saying it couldnt be done, no matter how many times he had to rethink or readjust the problem. Phenomenal customer service and he fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.The price was a bit high, but I was very willing to pay that price for the speedy arrival and wonderful service. I am now able to use my sink in my bathroom again without it getting backed up & not draining at all nor have leaking pipes which drip all over inside cabinet.All in all, I am a happy customer!

    Hunter and Mark were the field technicians that worked on unblocking my sewer line. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Price was given on the service at the start. It was a bit pricey but I was just glad to get the issue resolved quickly. They had the necessary equipment to resolve the issue and a impressive camera that could go into the pipes to inspect after the work was complete. They cleaned up and returned everything back to normal before they left. I would probably call them again if I need to have work done professionally.

    I was beyond impressed with this Pipes and plugs. I had a very complicated problem with the pipe in my toilet. They had to dig until they reached the footing to replace and repair the pipe. They were professional yet at the same time personable.They educated me on everything that would need to be done and gave me a price before they started the job. I think that their price was fair for the amount of work they had to do.Stephen also fixed a issue with my tub. I had been told it would be a very expensive fix, as it turns out it was only a kinked hose.I highly recommend Pipes and Plugs for all your plumbing or electrical needs.Before they left they completely cleaned the area they worked in.     Our day started on a high note as your office personnel called to say she had an opening, today instead of Thursday. Nathan showed up with Blake at the door with a very informative introduction. He explained at first we were going to use a new water heater we had bought already and those charges! Then he explained the benefits of using the water heater you guys recommended.     After calling almost every plumber in the yellow pages of the directory I called Pipes and Plugs LLC and they were quickly ready to come and help me with my propane tank issue. I recommend anyone who need a plumber to call Hunter and Malik, two great guys that did all they could to let me know what part was needed and that everything else was working properly. The office staff was great also. Good customer service is lacking today but not with Pipes and Plugs LLC, and they were available the very next day after I called. I am now a regular customer of Pipes and Plugs LLC.

    I contracted Pipes and Plugs to run a natural gas line into my home and install gas service and a burner kit in my fireplace. The installation encountered multiple unique challenges that required extra skills and knowledge to overcome. The Service Techs, Kevin and Brody, were excellent.     We love Pipes and Plugs! This is not the first time we have used them, and they are always very fast, efficient and professional. Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain on Tuesday night, so I called and was put on the schedule for Wednesday. I received a call from Seth and Nathan bright and early to let me know they were on their way, and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes of their arrival time. They also noticed that my water pressure to the sink was very low, so they took an extra 5 minutes and cleaned out the tap and fixed that problem as well, free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and plan to use them again if necessary in the future.

They were informative, polite, and, most importantly successfully completed the work, in under an hour, that two other local plumbers did not even attempt after taking a quick look. After waiting at home for those two earlier service calls, and feeling disgruntled at not getting the job done, I was especially pleased with Pipes and Plugs for an easy and complete job well done.     Nathan and Blake came out to fix a broken water pipe after a freeze. I scheduled for a same day service and they were able to take my appointment 2 hours earlier which was fantastic. As a first time customer they also let me know that they offer other services such as electrical.     We called and had them come out for a seriously clogged toilet. The men arrived an hour earlier than our appointment (they called first to make sure it was ok). They were very polite, even put shoe coverings on before they came inside my house. Once I showed them the offending toilet, they went right to work inspecting the problem. After about 10 minutes they explained in detail the next step to try to remedy the clog, even outlining what would be done if step 1 didnt work. They had prices clearly listed for each step (if necessary) luckily the gentleman were able to remove the clog on the first try. From start to finish it only took about 20 minutes. I was highly satisfied and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone needing a plumber.Edited to add a thank you to Hunter and Maverick for the great work today.

    Great job! I had a major sewage line blockage causing all bathrooms to stop draining. With my house on a slab and without a visible cleanout drain outside, it was not an easy fix. Nathan and Zach worked diligently until the problem was resolved. They cleaned up extremely well and left no sign of having to remove and reinstall the toilets. I am extremely pleased with the work performed. I only have one disappointment and that is , I called the night before as they still advertise 24 hour service and was told that they no longer take after hour callouts. I hope they add that service again.

    I was living in CA while trying to purchase a house in New Iberia and some locals recommended Pipes & Plugs so I gave them a call and ended up speaking with Kevin.Kevin was very professional and friendly. I wanted him to run a camera through the main sewer line to make sure there were no expensive plumbing repairs. He quoted me a price that was slightly higher than other plumbers but his price was a flat fee whereas the other plumbers were charging a per-foot fee in addition to the price they quoted, making Pipes & Plugs a much better bargain.In addition to running the camera through the line Kevin also did a very thorough inspection of all 4 bathrooms as well as the pipes under the house. He took pictures and wrote a detailed list of all the problems he saw, and sent video of the camera he ran through the sewer line.I was very impressed with Kevins professionalism and thoroughness, and payment was easy too! I really appreciate the great job he did for me and I ended up buying the house and hiring Pipes & Plugs to do more work for me.Thank you, Kevin, for doing such a great job!

    We experienced a surge problem after our power was restored yesterday (post Hurricane Laura). Unsure of if it was an issue with our home wiring or with our neighborhood power lines we called Pipes & Plugs for help. They informed us that they would be here between 10 am and 12 noon. They arrived before 10 am and quickly realized that the issue was not with our home but with the power line near our home. During our conversation we learned that all three guys including Kevin were here on their day off. We were very thankful for their quick response to our call and will definitely call them if/when the need arises.

    I have used Pipes and Plugs for both plumbing and electrical work. As a new homeowner, my home had an electrical fire two weeks after we closed on the house and then we had blockage in our pipes. All of the office staff and the service technicians have been beyond helpful in giving us prompt and super friendly service. There was a bad leak. My house is 66 yrs old and back then clay pipe used for sewage line. That had to be replaced.What took time was insurance companies.There is a 2 ft clearing under the house.Andrew started under the house and got things going. He did an awesome job. Then the real work started.I had about 147 ft sewage line to be replaced. The guys got started digging and breaking up the cement, laying out the new line then filling it back in after the Inspector came and gave the ok. Mike and Andrew did an awesome job considering all they had to do, working with the clay in the dirt.Total job lasted a week. We had running water but no drainage for 2/3 days. When all was in place I decided to test the work and all was great. I was so happy to have a working drain line and a toilet that was useable.Andrew and Mike were awesome. They constantly worked and got the job done. Mike answered all our questions and explained step by step procedure. Got to know them pretty well on a working view. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable.I would recommend Pipes and Plugs for any job that they handle.GREAT JOB GUYS.!!

    If there was an option for 6 stars, Nathan and Pat would surely get it! These guys showed up on time (which is worthy itself of 5 stars), took extra pre cautions not to track mud in the house and made all the necessary repairs, which included removing part of our inside wall.     Arrived on time well dressed with help in a fully stocked truck. Isolated a leak in our main water valve on my business. Instead of replacing the valve at a cost and labor due to location they bypassed the valve and gave me access to another valve only 15 feet away. Great idea... also same month installed a new home standby generator at my home and they are licensed to do the electrical and plumbing for gas. So one contractor did all the work. After install had a problem with a breaker and they returned within 48 hrs and fixed it right away. Did not even know they were there. Left work area clean also.

    I cant thank Pipes and Plugs enough. Nathan and Blake was a life saver. I HAD been dealing with a very difficult blockage in my bathroom for a while that another plumber made several unsuccessful attempts to unclog. Nathan throughly explained what action he would take and the cost, no hidden cost. It was a miracle! My drained was uncloged.My other issue was a broken outside water shut off valve handle with a leak. Nathan gave me the choice of repairing valve only or replacing the entire line. He explained the benefits of changing the entire line as opposed to the valve only. He did not pressure me. The old 50 year old pipe had so much disgusting buildup. I was so happy I changed the pipe plus the new pipe is larger so my water pressure is 10 times better. Thank you guys. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know that needs plumbing service.

    Through word of mouth referrals, I called 3 different plumbers. 2 didnt answer the phone and 1 told me he wasnt taking anymore work at this time. So, I called Pipes and Plugs. Grant and Sam came out and met me earlier than expected. They had the problems diagnosed and repaired in no time at all.. What happened next shocked me a little... Id rather keep that part of the story between Grant, Sam, and myself.. but lets just say that these guys are not just plumbers, they are fine young men with huge hearts.The repairs needed were done at one of the local Alcoholics Anonymous meeting sites. Grant and Sam thanked the group for helping a small percentage of the community get and stay sober. I thanked them for being exceptional human beings.     During the freeze on February 18th 2021 we had water back up from our drain line in the slab. Stephen came and jetted and ran a camera in our drain line. No obvious breaks were found in the line, but considerably grease buildup was removed. We still have some waste line degeneration somewhere, but with the line clear it is draining without backing up. We also has a small water line leak repaired. Stephen and David were professional, courteous, clean, and informative. I would highly recommend Pipes and Plugs.
