    Weve had New Hope Plumbers out for a few issues, small (clogged sink, leaky heating pipe) and big (replacing our entire 70 year-old cast iron outflow pipe) and all of our experiences have been great. The pricing is reasonable and the service is prompt. Zaza (the technician) was professional and he took the time to explain things. Hes also delightful, my then 2 year old daughter started hugging him when he would come in.Knowing we have a good, reliable plumber provides a certain peace of mind. When something springs up, we dont have to go looking, we know who to call!

    Wow! I was incredibly impressed as a first time customer. My call was answered very quickly, Alex helped schedule everything, was very kind, patient & got me a quote for all the work needed very fast (needed a new gas line and gas valve leading up to a propane stove). I love that I got an email & then a text confirming my up coming appointment AND got a text the day of (the appointment) telling me when the technician was on the way (with a photo of him). I was very impressed by the efficiency in how every detail was handled from the very first phone call.Zaza (the technician) came out to give me an estimate & came back next morning to perform the work. What an incredible person!! Zaza was professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a delightful person to be around. I was thoroughly impressed with his work and greatly appreciate all his efforts in making sure everything was done right & safe.I ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys --can not recommend them more highly!! Very impressed, will be a repeat customer. Thank you SO much Zaza!!

    Water Heater started to leak. Its life span was done. I called New Hope Plumbers and Vasyl was here in 30 minutes. The next morning both he and Zaza were here on time and replaced the unit in two hours, as promised. They cleaned up meticulously, laid down runners to protect my wood floors, and were extremely careful in protecting my home. The price was competitive and both guys answered all my questions and went beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent job! I’ve used them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.     These guys are the best. They know how to show up in an urgent situation but greet you with professionalism and respect. They provide real-time, reasonable, solutions, and stay until the right solution is delivered. They have installed a tankless water heater and repaired a gas furnace induction motor. I have been extremely pleased with both instances and would highly recommend this team.

    We had a great experience with New Hope Plumbers. We called them in the morning, and they were out in the afternoon to install the new thermostat. They were professional and courteous and charged a reasonable amount for the services they provided.

    Woke up Christmas morning to no heat and it was in the single digits outside. They sent someone out within a couple of hours, who got us up and running again. Part stores were closed until the following Tuesday, so the tech just removed the safety switch temporarily so wed have heat in the interim. He came back Tuesday morning and installed the switch, just as he said he would.Only thing I wasnt a huge fan of is that the owner is not the one who does the actual work (he has service techs for each service). I typically like to use tradesmen I pay directly (owner/operators), but I cant deny they were quick to respond, courteous and efficient (on a holiday nonetheless).I plan on trying them for some plumbing work as well in the spring.

    Absolutely exceptional! Your first and only call needed. I simply can’t say enough positive things about New Hope Plumbers.i’ll begin with: they saved me $2200! Prior to learning of Eugene and his team I was prepared to sign a contract with a plumber who recommended that he not change out is $65 pressure valve, but instead replace the entire 5 year/old system in his professional opinion. An upsell that started out at $7000 and then ended up at $2500 to change out the existing 40 gallon water tank.At the recommendation of a friend that the pricing hihg, I contacted and spoke with Eugene and his team members. They were absolutely phenomenal. Not only were they responsive, confirmed their appointments with me via text message and email, they were also willing to show up early to the appointment.While I was busy offering a deposit assuming that the system needed to be replaced, Eugene told me to hold off until after the inspection because it might just be a part that is needed.That was indeed the case! The fact that they would be so honest and forthright, knowing full well that I was prepared to pay to replace the tank based on the previous plumber’s suggestions I can’t believe how fortunate I was to call them and trust them, and feel confident that if you are reading this review, you should as well!In addition, their entire system is automated where they send you the estimate for approval, simply fantastic!
