    We’ve had Dierolf plumbing and water treatment return to add an extra level of water security and peace of mind to our home. Brian L. Professionally installed our “Leak Defender” emergency shut off system. Brian arrived on time, had expert knowledge, and was really just an all around professional. He was also very personable and engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed having him over to do the install and I even learned a few things from him while he was here.We hope we never need our Leak defender, but it gives us great peace of mind having it and knowing it was professionally installed.

    We are very thankful to Mark for responding to our service call quickly on a Saturday. He was extremely knowledgeable in regards to our well pump issue (no water). He diagnosed and resolved the problem in a very timely manner. He was friendly, courteous, and reasonably priced. We will definitely call him for future plumbing concerns.

    Ernie did a super job for us, He accurately diagnosed a challenging issue, on a property, and then fixed and corrected it, and improved it as he said he would. Not only did Ernie do a super job, Lydia in the office was very efficient and kind. This is a super company that gives very high quality service with fair and reasonable pricing.

    Working with dierolf plumbing was a breeze. I initially called very early Saturday morning due to a leak and the owner called me back within 15 minutes and arrived at my home within an hour. He promptly resolved my plumbing issue and pointed out a couple additional items I should have looked at. On Monday his office called and I had a follow up appointment set for a week later.For that appointment the technician Jon was very courteous and took the time to answer our many questions.Very professional employees and business!!!

    I want to thank Jon for coming out and fixing an issue we have been dealing with for awhile . He took the time to explain what was going wrong and what needed to be fixed .Jon also made some suggestions for future things with the softer that will need to be checked in the Spring .Its nice to deal with service people like Jon that want to do a good job , and are not just going through the motions .We are completely satisfied with todays visit and would recommend calling Dierolf for any of your water treatment needs .
