    I ran into a jam with my two outside electrical box’s. I explained the situation when I called Sampson and they had two guys at my house within 2 hours. Outstanding customer service and the two electricians who did the job were very professional and friendly. I haven’t received this kind of service in years. I will only use Sampson going forward for any electrical work that I may need in the future.

    Sampson Electric did an excellent and fairly priced job of installing an EV charging receptacle on a new dedicated breaker, including a rather tricky wiring run. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work, the ease of scheduling the estimate and the installation, and the promptness of their estimator and their crew. They also were exemplary in how they handled one small initial issue that arose from a minor internal miscommunication, which they then resolved perfectly and quickly at no additional charge. Based on this great first experience with the firm, we have already engaged them for a second job.

    Sampson Electric did an outstanding job updating our electrical service. Not only was their work meticulous, the lead up and follow through interactions were perfect. Prior to any work being done, Kevin met with Eversource to ensure the placement of our meter was going to be our liking, as we were under renovation. Not all companies that gave us estimates were as understanding of the process we were requesting. The crew was on time as scheduled, clean, organized, and knowledgeable. We couldnt be happier with the work. Great job by all!! Highly Recommend!!

    We needed an electrical outlet added in the basement and called around for quotes. Sampson Electric was quick to respond and fairly priced. We ended up requesting lighting to be installed as well. Sampson Electric did great work and we would definitely use them again for future projects.

    Mike and his entire team were phenomenal and very efficient. I had a pool install, which wasnt a cakewalk, and the team worked very diligently to complete it and came for inspection also to make sure it passed building permit. They ran the wire, dug the trench and made sure I had all plugs for my filter, timer, lights and future heater. I would be more than happy to use them again in the future for all my electrical needs and highly recommend Mike and all his team.

    Sampson was unbelievable in their addressing our electrical issues. We woke one day to flickering lights and a crackling electrical box, Sampson was there same day to address the issue and to safely get us the power that they could. They returned the next day with a new fuse box and completed work within six hours. They had us up and running quickly and made sure everything worked before they left the job! Kevin was extremely responsive and his crew was extremely professional and kind. Would absolutely work with Sampson again, they are fabulous!

    Great professionals! I had an electrical panel that needed to be replaced, they arrived early and did a great job.     I had 2 items that needed fixing and I wanted a ceiling fan installed. Their crew was on time and quickly fixed my issues and installed the fan.     I had a number of electrical issues in my older home that needed attention and a good friend recommended Sampson.     My neighbors recommended these guys and I can see why. Kevin and Mike came by my house and walked around noting all the work that needed to get done around the house. Once the quote was provided, the technicians were scheduled to come the next week. The technicians did their work in a professional manner and answered any questions I had while the work was being completed. As the techs were working, they found various miss wires that needed addressing and had my needs addressed. Kevin the owner, answered all my phone calls and was very nice and professional.     Outstanding customer service! I called Sampson Electric on Wednesday and Kevin (the owner) and Mike were able to assess my project on Friday. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Kevin and Mike took the time to understand my needs. My project was two part. It included trenching and electrical work. Sampson offers both services.I received the estimate on the same day of their visit. Sampson’s electrical portion of the estimate was extremely competitive. They were within the same range as the other electrical companies I sourced and I’m sure they would have provided the same level of expertise. It came down to the trenching. I was able to find a trenching company that gave me better pricing so I had to use another electrician.Although I did not select Sampson for my project, I think it’s still worth writing this positive review because I experienced top notch customer service from both Kevin and Mike, and if I have a need for future electrical work, I will call Sampson Electric to get a competitive bid.

    From the first person I spoke with, our experience with Sampson Electric dealing with a radiant floor heating issue was terrific. They were quick to respond to my questions and we had someone out to look at it the same day, which was amazing! Luckily for us, it was a fix quickly identified, they ran out to get the parts and were back and had the job done within hours of my initial phone call!     The entire crew and process at Sampson Electric is top notch. They’re absolutely correct. No job too big or small. I had an outlet and one other piece that I wasn’t quite sure about. They fix the outlet in minutes with a new GFI and the other they diagnosed and, picked up the product and came back and finished the job all in very short order.     Recently, we had a fan in our bathroom that needed to be replaced. Mike provided the estimates cost to replace it. He was prompt and worked with us to find a model we liked. Dan, the electrician, did a great job replacing the fan and thoroughly cleaned the area when his work was completed. Overall Sampson provided outstanding customer service and terrific work.     The description on the website is absolutely correct. They answer your calls. Respond and give you great detailed estimates and explanation of the work to be done. The crew I had were early to arrive. They were polite, professional, neat, respectful of home/property. They were just all around 2 great guys. They even took shoes off.     Sampson Electric is an excellent company to do business with. I called with a wiring issue connecting to my dishwasher (apparently something that had been done incorrectly/possibly dangerously 5 years ago during a remodel with a contractor,) and the office was courteous and professional and quickly set up an appointment for us. The two employees who came to work on the wiring were professional and excellent communicators all through the service. They were also both very courteous. In no time, our wiring was fixed and we were able to move forward and install our dishwasher. Thank you Sampson Electric! This was not our first work with you, and it won’t be the last - you already get the job done right and quickly!

    I did a DIY on a light fixture. The old wiring is cloth wrapped wires, not color coded, which messed up everything. It worked for a few weeks them blew the circuit. They came out quickly, fixed it right away and repaired a few other items. They explained everything and reviewed it all with me. Extremely polite and professional.
