    We were struggling with a solar/PV-battery system that was configured wrong, resulting in a near-total loss of voltage in the battery and a shutdown of the PV system. Josh at C-Phase Electric arrived onsite, connected with the manufacturer over the phone and expertly troubleshot the problem. He came as planned a few days later to check on the batterys progress and finish the work. I commend Josh for his commitment, timeliness and friendliness. I highly recommend Josh for similar solar/PV-battery projects.

    I called at 8:00am about a wall switch throwing the circuit breaker. A very pleasant and responsive person answered and said Josh could come that same day between 10 and 11:00. He arrived promptly at 10:00, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 11:00am. Everyone was kind, informative, clearly knowledgeable and amazingly responsive. Great work and great service.     Extremely grateful for this company.My husband and I were leaving to go on a trip. The day before at around 4PM, we started smelling something burning. We were having an issue with one of electrical outlets that related to where our refrigerator was plugged in.We called 6 places and everyone was saying they couldn’t get there before we needed to leave for our trip.C-Phase Electric showed sympathy and had someone to our house in 30 minutes even though they were supposed to be off the clock.Thank you so much for saving our trip! I highly recommended them!

    C-Phase installed two whole house surge protectors, a 50 amp emergency generator connector, multiple upgraded USB electrical sockets and 2 GFCi outlets. The work was outstanding and completed within a few hours. The installers Edwin and Derrick were very professional and took the time to explain to me how everything worked. Prior to the job being scheduled, the owner Josh, gave me a free quote for the work. The price was more than fair. I would definitely use C-Phase again and I highly recommend them.

    Josh came to look at a few electrical issues we had on our home inspection. They werent anything complex (backwards wiring, damaged outlet, non-working outlets), but he came to take a look and fixed everything on the spot. He was very professional and did a great job for us. We would highly recommend him to others who need electrical work done.

    Fantastic group of guys to work with. Very loyal to the trade and very professional when dealing with homeowners. All the jobs I have been involved with, Josh and his crew have been great to work with. C-Phase did the wiring in my 1920s shop space they did a great job. No one who uses them will have any regrets after the work is complete.

    Mr. Collier gave me a scheduled time frame of when hed be by, and was very punctual right to the minute. He did a thorough analysis of what the job would cost.     When Hurricane Florence struck New Bern every electrician I called had a wait list longer than the Neuse River Bridge. When I talked to Josh with C Phase I could tell they were very busy but he sent someone immediately to help my aging parents who needed inspection and repair as soon as possible to get their power back on. Over the next couple of days he kept me up to date through text and pushed the inspector to get to the house quick - and all while never meeting me or asking for money up front. His fee was fair and he honestly could have charged much more for all of the extra things he did to help my parents. I highly recommend this company!

    Outstanding experience. Josh and the crew were attentive to the requirement and did everything as described. Met and exceeded all expectations. Great follow-up and follow-through during all phases of the job, which I’ve learned can be very har to find here. Hooked up electrical to a new dock, including boat lift, shore power, multiple outlets, including both 110 and 220, some power constant and some switched. Can’t say enough good things about this team of professionals. They say what they mean, mean what they say, show up on time, execute a pre-approved plan, and do it all very professionally, including and especially leaving the area as good or better than they found it. Awesome, and have my business for future electrical projects!
