    Its not usually a good start to your day when you need to call a plumber but I can tell you from experience that calling Shackleton Plumbing will change that. Robs honest, experienced and goes above and beyond to do the job right. Ive refereed him to several friends over the years who have used him and later wound up thanking me for referring him to them. If you want quality work by someone who takes pride in what he does then this is who I recommend you call.

    I have been using Rob for all my plumbing needs for more than 10 years.He rushed over to unclog the toilet after my daughter learned to flush her toys down. He has replumbed my entire house after water damage destroyed it. He even has done work for me while I was at work: calling and telling me it was all fixed since he was in that part of town anyway.Fast and inexpensive, highly recommended; even several co-workers use him for their needs as it is hard to find a good affordable plumber.

    I have had a lot of plumbing problems over the years because of calling the wrong people to fix them. After calling Rob out he pointed out what the other guys did incorrectly and fixed the problems quickly and for less than I had thought. Hes a really great plumber and I would recommend him to everyone.

    I was recommended to Mr. Shackleton to homeowners and builders; for repairs or fresh installations. A pvc pipe broke in my home. After contacting him and sending one picture at 9 pm, he showed up the next day. The work was efficient and clean, and the quality of work was absolutely excellent.A blue collar tradesman myself; Ive seen a lot of plumbing jobs in showers, this fella can sweat copper pipes and make it look amazing. I will definitely give him more business in the future.

    I’m an old man and I can’t handle hard labor anymore. This young feller, Mr. Shackleton came over and fixed all of my plumbing for me. I don’t trust anyone so I called a couple of other plumbers and he beat their prices. I will recommend him to all of my friends on bingo night. Thanks again Mr. Shackleton. Your an honest young man.

    I was in a very bad spot with a busted water line. Rob showed up very quickly. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem just as fast. This is the second time I have used him, and it will not be the last!!! His work is top notch and is matched by his professionalism, if you have a problem or need work done don’t hesitate to call him!

    We have had Rob do several jobs for us over a number of years.One job involved the removal and replacement of the entire water and sewer system in a house I was remodeling. This included installing the bathroom tub & sink, kitchen sink, water heater and all of the associated valves, faucets, and fixtures. This work included the replacement of all of the gas lines and shutoff valves for the water heater, furnace and kitchen range.He has performed several other jobs including faucet replacements, garbage disposer installation, sewer line cleaning, and water and drain line replacement during a major kitchen remodel effort.Robs has always performed top quality work and I have never had to call him back to fix something not properly done the first time. He is fast, clean and does all of this at a very good price. Best plumber in the area.

    This guy and his team came and took care of an emergency for me in my basement. I thought this was gonna be a huge bill but they showed me and took care of the problem that was simple compared to what i though . Could have raked me for cash but were honest, fast, and a clean pro job. A plus review this company and i dont review much.

    Yo any fuggin time i need my pipes plumbed, i call this mfer. Works fast af, shows up on time, never has his @ss cracl hangin out when hes workin on the toilet and hes clean. A lot of plumbas dont take showers and this man does. I love the guy. I try to go out with beers with him all the time but hes always busyHopefully soon.

    All these bad reviews because a bunch of patriotic Americans bought over $2000 worth of Christmas gifts for less fortunate inner-city kids. Talk about fascism. Rob has done plenty of work for me and done a great job. Highly recommend his services.

    After melting snow and two days of rain, the drains started to back up in my basement. I thought to myself, Good luck getting someone to come out on the weekend. But a friend recommended Rob and he came out that Saturday. I messed up and got my own drain snake caught in the drain 5 years ago, and it came back to haunt me that day. Rob was able to get the drain cleared just in time for the hard rain that night. He also was able to scope it, and found we can easily fix my mess up for a reasonable cost, at a later date. Five Stars.
