    Well Jason Downs called me about an hour before my appointment to let me know he was on his way and would be at my home in 45 minutes and he did arrive on time. After looking at the scope of work I needed he gave me a quote that was less than the price quoted when I booked the appointment. I also wanted Jason to quote the cost to replace one of my outside faucets, he reviewed what I needed and gave me a fair quote to do the work. Jason them got to work replacing our dead sump pump and then removing our frost free outside faucet (which had frozen during the winter). He was very knowledgeablewith the work he performed paying closeattention to the details. I would say that he performed the jobs as I would have if I had the experience, and you could tell he took pride in his workmanship. He explained all steps he was doing so I was on base with everything he was doing and after he was done with both jobs he cleaned up both locations thoroughly and then sat down with us to go over everything and then answered all our questions. Jason was very hardworking and paid attention to all the details of his job. I would not hesitate to contact Frost & Kretsch (Jason) if we need additional plumbing work. This work was 5 star and the prices were not cheap but in my opinion fair.

    Thank you Frost & Kretsch for another great service call! I was given a same-day appointment. Anthony Cosio was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem. Smart, too - he snaked the line with water in the tub, which cleared the gunk quickly as the tub drained. He cleaned up any mess left behind and made sure all my questions and concerns had been addressed. Great job!!

    I have used Frost & Kretsch Plumbing Inc for at least eight years. They consistently do a fabulous job for a reasonable price. Employee Scott Percha is courteous, knowledgeable and provides excellent services. He double checks his work before leaving and answers all questions. I highly recommend Frost & Kretsch Plumbing!

    Although I wasn’t home for the service, Drew completed the job in a surprisingly short amount of time. Drew’s repair took care of the leak, and he ended up charging me half of what i was originally quoted, which I’m extremely grateful for. I will be using Frost and Kretsch for any future plumbing needs.

    After being left without water for three days, and two previous plumbers cancelling, we were recommended Frost and Fretsch. In hindsight, we should have called them on day one! From the initial call to the technician leaving, the customer service was exceptional. The service was timely, and communication was clear throughout the entire process.

    They do great work, this was the second time we called them out. This time we had Anthony Cosio out to re-do some work under our sink that the previous homeowner fixed himself and he also replaced a faucet and some shut off valves. He was super fast and knowledgeable and the price was well under another chain plumbing service. Last time they snaked out a drain in the basement that was backing up on a Sunday, came right away! Will definitely be calling again

    Called first thing in the morning because of slow running drains and an occasional back up. They were able to schedule service the same day. Waste main needed to snaked and roots cleared. Jake, the lead tech, and his apprentice were both friendly and professional.

    I’ve heard all the tropes about plumbers taking forever to respond, not turning up when they say they were, etcThese guys are the opposite of everything you’ve ever encountered.We started with my wife losing her engagement ring down one of our toilets. She was horrified and we all thought it was gone forever. I called Frost & Kretsch and they said someone would be there next day. Now that’s not the emergency time frame, that’s how they respond. Lo and behold, the ring was found (and washed) within an hour. Once it was located, there was nothing stopping its retrieval.We’ve had construction and some typical plumbing issues and these are my go-to guys. Top quality work regardless of whomever is taking on the job.Response time; excellent. Expertise of person doing the work; top notch. Quality of work; above and beyond. Communication; more than I expect. Cost; less than I expect.

    Steve L. was professional, curteous, thorough, and even took time to explain things and show me the burst pipe he removed and fixed. He left things clean as well. Although it was late, and evident hed had a long day, he took time to answer all my questions and even give an estimate on the spot for additional work needing done at a later time. He never made me feel like he just wanted to hurry up and get home after a long day. Very polite, professional, personable, and quality work. Very satisfied customer!     I have used Frost and Kretsch twice now. First time was to install a valve into a PEX line for water and ice maker for fridge. Second time was today for garbage disposal install, remove old and replace with a larger one and correct leak on other side of sink. Both times we were lucky to have Steven Little as the plumber on site. He is professional and a great person. He completed both jobs in a short time frame and both were done correctly the first time. Yes plumbing services are expensive, but some things are better left up to the professionals. Thank you Steven for a job well done!

    Saw their truck and looked them up on Google. Found a TON of great reviews. Found out that when I called I was speaking tot he owner who was totally helpful and promised our first experience would be great.Josh came out to our house for a blocked floor drain in the basement. We have used a lot of plumbers over the 20 years weve been in this house, and none were as professional as Frost & Kretsch. Wish we would have known about them a long time ago! They are courteous and professional, cleaned up after their work, and even had booties on the wheels of the snake machine he brought in (thats the first time I ever saw that). All this and about a 20 minute wait from when I called them to when they arrived. Pricing was affordable and they left me with piece of mind after. Highly recommend Frost & Kretsch.

    I almost tried to do it myself, but one look and I knew I was in way over my head. I was so hesitant to call because Ive had bad experiences in the past. Let me tell you though... In one visit, our plumber (Jeff) gave us a very reasonable quote, installed a bathroom faucet and a kitchen faucet, fixed a broken pipe, and ran a new line to our refrigerators ice maker. The service was fast, friendly, clean, professional, and Im very happy with the results. No more leaky faucets, and no more buying bags of ice at the gas station!     This is a great company. Very professional, very reasonable, and communicate with their customers very well. The technician (Steve) they sent out to fix our problem is very personable and great at his job. He went above and beyond what he had to do to fix our problem. If the rest of their employees are like Steve then this is the best company you can hire

    I called for a plumber this morning and Kevin was out in a few hours. He was very polite, prompt, and informative. He let me know every step of the way what was going on. He made sure I was satisfied before presenting me with a bill, which he told me in advance what the cost would be. I will be calling this company again...and asking for Kevin!!
