    My boyfriend and I needed a handful of repairs done to our Ocean Grove home that was built in 1902. Mike responded quickly and walked through the home to give us an itemized estimate of the repairs. This really helped us budget and prioritize what to have repaired first. On top of this he told us what to purchase at the hardware store. The plumber, handyman, electrician all came at the same day to do the repairs. The electrician went above and beyond to help me decide what side of the fan blades match the flooring better. Everyone at MM Home Service has been nothing but professional with exceptional service. All repairs were done in a timely fashion and finished in one day. At the fault of no one but himself, Rigatoni (our cat) escaped the house for a few hours. The MM Home Repair team were nice enough to help us look for him and even asked about him during the repairs. Our cat is now back at home and our house has never looked better. The best part was that the estimate was slightly higher than the actual bill. After this experience, MM Home Repairs will be our first call every time we need something fixed.     Excellent first experience. We had some outlets stop working. The guys asked a bunch of questions while checking through a bunch of potential issues. They found the issue relatively quickly and finished up cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them for small service calls if needed.

    Nick was a good electrician. He did diligent work on putting up my new exhaust fan in the master bath and his assistant Grady cleaned up afterward too!Keith, another electrician with the team noticed something unusual while passing by my Air Handling unit and asked me to bring it to the attention of my HVAC Company. Very diligent and it’s what I call going above and beyond for your customers. I don’t get proactive service like this all the time but it’s worth mentioning and giving Keith the applause

    Mike from MM HS called me back 6 minutes after I made the request for help. He arrived at my home first thing the following morning with his teammate. He repaired a problematic faucet and diverter valve and also gave me some solid recommendations on other items that need to be repaired or replaced. Treated me very fairly in terms of the invoice to complete the repair. Scale of 1-10 they get a 10.MM Home Service did an outstanding job.     We had a basement ceiling leak for well over a year. We were told it was just condensation. Finally, after replacing the ceiling panels 3 times, In come Keith and Vincent from MMS. After investigating for a while they discovered the leak was coming from the refrigerator above. They shut down the water, changed the valve and the problem is finally solved. I had used MMS in the past and recommended them to my neighbors. Thanks for everything.

MMH was awesome from beginning to end and post-service follow-up...From Alyssa answering calls, Mike coming out with a same day quote, quote was reasonable, easy to schedule, showed up on time, crew did excellent work, very friendly, professional and courteous.I had a bit done with replacement of multiple GFI outlets indoor and outdoor in the pool box, installation of bathroom fan, bedroom ceiling fan, outdoor motion sensor lights and installation of new outlets in master bathroom.I would highly recommend and use them again. If you are in the Jersey Shore area and especially in Monmouth County - but even if you are not they will travel far as well.Top Notch!

    Very responsive. First step was to get an estimate and an estimator was over very quickly the next day; earlier than expected so even better.Two technicians came for the scheduled appointment. I needed two ceiling fans removed - one was replaced by a flush mount light and the other was capped and new pendants were installed. It was initially estimated that the ceiling needed to be cut and sheet rocked but the technicians did such a great job, they were able to install without any patchwork needed! I was thrilled!I also was dreading making the decision on the location of the pendants but the lead technician had already measured, centered it with my dining table and set it at a standard length. It looks amazing.Very please with the work and I feel the price was reasonable for the job.Highly recommend MM Home Service and I look forward to doing more in the future with them!

    This is my first experience owning a Generac home generator and therefore my first experience with signing up for a maintenance contract. I found MM Home Service online and trusted their high ratings. The ratings were SPOT-ON! Keith and his partner showed up on-time, they were very professional, pleasant, and very informative in answering my questions. The price for my two year contract, two visits per year, is less expensive than many of their competitors who charge more for only one visit per year.     I did whole may basement remodeling through MM Home Service company this year. During the work ,the manager Brian was always the best. He gave to me very comfortable feeling about their job from beginning to end. They finished this project on time as the schedule and very nice finished, they helped to get final CO of my basement.All their steff were hard work and great , especially this morning Will and Bill came for checking for sump pump and all plumbing about that. They are very kind and hard worker and tried to help me about the matters .     We have used MM electric many times over the years. Back in 2007-2008, we renovated our home and the owner Mike and his crew did all the electrical work. They also just recently installed a full home generator as well. I highly recommend MM electric. They are very responsive, on time and very courteous and professional. Great company!

    I had a plumber (will) come look at And issue that a previous plumber completely dismissed. Luckily we was able to find out the problem and was so polite and helpful. He also took notes on other issues in the house that I need help with so he could go back to the office and see who would be able to fix the issues.     MM Plumbing took care of replacing an old leaky outdoor spigot and removed a baseboard heater in the basement for me this past week. The plumbers were professional and cordial, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The company uses a modern online booking and invoicing system. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing service, and will consider working with them next time I need electrical work done.

    Needed my hose bib replaced on my outside water spicket. Two young plumbers/plumber assistant assessed the work. They took pictures and spoke with someone in their office and gave me a verbal quote. I accepted but they did not have the exact replacement spicket on their truck. They left for less than a half hour to get the part and came back to perform the work. It took less than a half hour. They were very neat and professional and the spicket works great. I would definitely consider using them again.

    With Memorial Day approaching I needed to open my pool for the first time since purchasing the home, and to my surprise I had no water on the exterior of the house. I called M&M Electric and they came out on short-notice and took care of the problem for me. The technician that came out was Will, and he got stuck a little longer on his first job of the day, I was the second visit, and the office called me and notified me that he would be delayed, and Will arrived exactly when he said he would after that. From the moment he arrived to when he left he was nothing short of professional, and attentive to our requests. He took the time to come talk to me about his approach to our problem and then to show me what he did afterwards to show that there were no leaks and everything was running smooth. When I asked him to do something that was not in the original scope of work, he didnt even hesitate in doing so, and it actually ended up causing him to be at this appointment for the rest of the day. More technicians came out to help when he needed and they were all great people, and kept working to solve our problems without ever giving us pause/hesitation that it couldnt be accomplished. These guys were great, and I HIGHLY recommend using them for your home projects, no matter how small or large a project... theyre the right ones!

    They were very quick to respond and they provided high quality work. They’re not cheap but you also get what you pay for, and quality of work was definitely worth the cost. They did a great job upgrading a panel in the garage and restoring power to the garage, including adding multiple quad outlets, wiring for a garage door motor and adding some spot lights. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

    Randy and his helper came and found my issue right away. They restored the power to my back two rooms within 2 hours. They even gave me some extra pointers for the DIYer. I will be calling them again in a few weeks to check over my work and hook up my panel. Great guys, great service, and not a bad thing to say about them. Highly recommend them.

    Not only do I recommend MM Electric, I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for the work they did. These guys are AWESOME. Friendliest most down to earth team. We had a major electrical blow out that was extremely unsettling to us but the crew put our minds at ease and helped turn the whole thing around. Brian came out first and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was very thorough in his review of what work he felt was needed which gave us the confidence to move forward and is the reason we initially chose them. The next morning first thing, Steve and Andy showed up to start working.     Plumbing service. We had a toilet that started flushing slow. We tried fixing it a few times with no success. I called M&M and they came that afternoon. The service people Joe and Evan were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained that they would assess the situation and give an estimate and would proceed if we wanted them to do the work. No obligation on our part. So glad we called. They had to remove the toilet to find the clog. (A wooden puzzle piece) a gift left from my nephew!! Thank you M&M for saving our family Christmas gathering.

    August 2019 M & M Electric replaced our entire electrical panel, to install a generator plug to our house. They exceeded our expectations. They were on time, submitted the permit, clean, considerate, treated each other professionally and friendly. There was no confusion or having to leave for issues. They exhibited expertise and delivered what was promised. They even filmed a how to video with my husband on how to operate the panel switch dedicated to the generator. I’d hire them again for electrical needs. Mike is the owner and is honest and wants to take clients. All calls were followed up and returned. I highly recommend!

    I recently had problems with my electricity . MM home services was recommended by a friend. What a great experience! Two men, Brian( and I think the others name was Brian, too😂) came to fix some things and they were pleasant, respectful of my property, and answered, with patience, my questions. On top of that, they saw an outlet cover which had been removed and need to be replaced, and without my even asking replaced it. Very knowledgeable and polite.     I had an electrician come to add some outlets and he created more problems by adding them to my generator and causing my generator not to work & causing burn wires in my electrical box plus I lost power in several places in my home , I called him back with no luck of getting him back to fix my problem. Than MM Electric was recommended and I called them the owner Mike came over and in no time at all was able to recognize the problem, he replaced the burn wires , disconnected the extra voltage from the generator and got power back where I had lost it. He is quick at recognizing the problem saving you lots of money in hourly work. Indeed a professional at his trade, I highly recommend him and if you use him you will certainly be very happy you did.     Estimate in the morning with a really nice man. He said we’d be scheduled for Friday or Monday. A job finished early that day and they called to see if I could accommodate them today. They were here shortly and got right to work with removing two existing ceiling fans with lights and replaced them with new ones I purchased.After install was completed, one of the installers packed up and the other swept up.Could not have been nicer, efficient and professional. First time user, but they are now my go to for electrical work.

    A breaker tripped in my home and would not reset. The breaker is connected to all of the bedrooms; two of which are for young children. I called NJR Home Services who had to send an email to the electrician who leaves at 4PM, but it was 9PM. There are no emergency or 24 HR services. NJR called back later to say they could schedule an appointment for Tuesday which was 5 days away. What a waste in monthly fees. However, I found MM Electric LLC via a Google search and called to ask for help. Mike answered and asked if I wanted service in the morning, but I explained I have two young children who need to sleep in their beds. He said OK and came right over. He was prepared with his mask (due to COVID) and got right to work. It was a tricky situation that he got to the bottom of and was pleasantly conversing with my Husband the entire time. Mike was amazing, friendly, and provided professional service. We will most definitely call again for any further electrical needs and refer MM Electric LLC to everyone we know. Thank You Mike!!
