    I recently bought a house and needed a plumber to replace the 25+ year old water heater. Tom was incredibly responsive and scheduled me quickly. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. After finishing the job, he gave me a thorough overview of what he did, which was very reassuring. As a homeowner coordinating multiple projects, his reliability was a huge relief.     Tom was awesome! He followed up to schedule a time to do the work, arrived promptly as promised, and fixed our drain. There are no extra hidden fees or trying to sell us more than we needed (like other companies). He handled the scheduling and came to do the work. No runaround. We’ve worked with plenty of other plumbing companies, and he is by far the best plumber we’ve worked with in Jax!

    Reached out to Tom Plumb and they were super responsive. Had an appointment set a day later. They were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to help fix the issues in my sink and shower drains. Will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend to anyone!

    Extremely satisfied and impressed with Tom Plumb ! I am not a previous customer yet he responded almost immediately to my text message on a Sunday regarding a leak problem at my meter caused by tree roots . He arrived promptly at 730am and worked diligently in the tropical storm downpour . He patiently , thoroughly and professionally explained the problem , the repair and the potential future challenges with tree roots . Highly recommend !

    Tom was wonderful! I was concerned about a leaky pipe and he was able to stop by the same day and take a look. Come to find out the leak was not a result of the pipe. It was coming from damaged wood under our roof. However, Tom took the time to explain the problem and even took photos. He is so knowledgeable! I was away during his visit, and Tom treated my wife with upmost respect. Although we couldn’t use him this time, we will definitely use him in the future!

    Tom was great! I would say the easiest Plumber I have ever scheduled. And the most responsive and available!!! Most plumbers I call make me feel like I have to jump thru hoops to have come out. Tom was so easy to communicate with, available when I needed help, very friendly and fixed our issue so quickly! Best Plumber in Jax Beach by far!
