I have used professor plumb for a total home re-pipe. The job was done neatly, and in a timely manner. Now I call on Professor Plumb for all my commercial and residential plumbing needs. The phone is always answered by a real person. Ernies crew show up ready to work with all the tools and supplies they need to do the job right the first time. They can give you a real estimate at the time they arrive. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Professor Plumb.

I love this company. Always so professional and the worker is a sweetheart. Donnie changed my disposal and got it done quickly. Definitely will use them again if I ever need a plumber.

I had an emergency water leak at my house and water was going all over the place. I called Professor Plumb and they told me how to stop the leak over the phone until they could get here. Within 30 minutes they were at the door. Ernie and his crew were very professional and organized and was able to fix the issue and save me from a lot of water damage. I am very pleased with Professor Plumb and have told everyone I know about my experience. They are the plumber for me!!

We recently had a major hot water leak under the slab at our house. Andy from Professor Plumb was here first thing in the morning and brought in a leak detection specialist who was able to quickly diagnose the problem even though there was no visual evidence of the leak. Andy immediately started excavation to uncover the broken pipe and was able to get it replaced very quickly. What could have been a big problem turned out to be a temporary inconvenience. I highly recommend Professor Plumb.

Ernie and his crew were so awesome! Were renovating a home and discovered some issues that needed immediate attention, and also needed a drain line and water lines completely moved. From first meeting and estimate, he was knowledgeable, friendly and honest providing solid info and reasonable pricing. The crew was back the very next day to start the work and they were the absolute best Ive seen. They were quick, professional, and left all areas tidy, neat and clean. Very impressed! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs, yall should too!

We had Professor Plumb rip out our old cast iron plumbing and replumb our 2 story, added a full bath from a half bath. They had to trench our foundation, tear out walls and replumb the laundry room as well.Overall EXTREMELY satisfied. Ernie was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and extremely fair. Price was online with the extent of work that needed to be done. Andy the master plumber was a beast, and did just an amazing job. Very punctual, as clean as a plumber can be with the demo that needed to be done, and very professional. The tile guy was GOOD, but maybe slightly less for fit and finish with trim work. I would give an A+ for plumbing by Andy and a A for tile and B for fit and finish of trim work. Overall that is still an A!! I would highly recycle big or small projects from something as simple as a clogged sink drain (which is where ours started) to a major bathroom renovation which ours ended up being. Thanks Ernie we couldn’t be happier!
