My plumbing had completely failed from the sink in the bathroom. I called J-Goods and the next they came. Jason investigated the situation and started with the solution. He replaced the galvanized pipes in the house and did it in exceptional time.My recommendation is to call J-Goods when you need a plumber. The staff is very accommodating and Jason was very polite and respectful.Thank you J-Goods for a job well done

J-Goods recently serviced my boiler after a long winter. The tech was very friendlyand professional. He showed me exactly what he cleaned and explained his process. He went around my house and showed me how to bleed radiators on request. He asked if I had any questions or anything else before leaving. They also took care of 4 other friends of mine. All solid 5 star reviews. Ill be returning to them for service work.

The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the K-9 greeters are the most friendly pups around town. The fireplace show room is a beauty itself. I wish I could give this place an even higher rating!

Thank you JGoods! They did everything they could in a timely minor to fix our furnace. We called, they got someone there the same day and ordered the part we needed. As soon as the part came in they sent someone over to fix it right away. Great pricing, quality work, and amazing costumer service! Highly recommend!

I had the outdoor faucet replaced last spring by an employee from J-Goods and had extreme leaking in the stairwell from the connection when I turned the water on this week. I called J-Goods and received prompt attention and today Jim very pleasantly corrected the work done by the former employee last spring. I am so appreciative and will be happy to use their services in the future.

Had JGoods over to install a gas line for a new stove, they did a great job, came un under the quoted amount and were tidy. Couldnt have asked for anything more. A couple hours later, our pilot went out on our gas water heater and I called them, after 430 on a friday afternoon, they had someone here and had it fixed within an hour. Absolutely thrilled with their service. Will be using them for future needs.

Never showed up. Unacceptable behavior.*Update*Owner called and corrected issue. Discount given for the inconvenience of having 2 days of waiting around and having no one show up. They came out first thing in the morning, were courteous, and fixed our problem.

Amazing customer service and helped get a new furnace in our house when our old one died. They were very quick and understanding since our old furnace died in the middle of winter. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having issues with any plumbing or heating problems.
