    I cannot say enough about this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. I had them install a new hot water heater by Chad. He was prompt, professional and personable! Matt and Richie installed a mini split and were so great and knew I was a little leary of how it would look in my sunroom. They did fabulous and both of the ladies that helped me with scheduling (Theresa was one of them) and follow up were kind and very friendly too! Its so hard to find good companies that are on time and courteous anymore. I would recommend Paradise Home Repairs to anyone! Thank you ALL so very much! And sorry if I spelled names wrong. You are a great group of hard working people! I will be seeing you again for sure.

    I believe I have used this company twice now and they are amazing! I do have to say that the techs are honest. The first time I used them my initial quote was around 3,000 to fix a leak in the attic from the ac but once the techs came out and inspected it further they let me know that it was only condensation from a lack of insulation around the ventilation shafts and reduced my price by more than half. Most companies would have just ran with the original quote! I can honestly say that I will use them from here on out! Definitely exceptional

    Chris was great. He evaluated the job and gave an immediate estimate and could start the job right which was a God send since my house water was off for 2 days. I appreciated their willingness to come out for an on-site estimate. He finished fast and it looked totally Professional. I would highly recommend him and Paradise home services.

    First off, as a Homeschooling Mom home alone with our son most days, our family LOVES the text service provided by Paradise Homes. A picture is sent via text before the technicians arrival, so we know who is coming to the house. We love this peace of mind. THANK YOU!Paradise Homes has helped our family in 3 crisis now. Coming out to our home SAME DAY as our issues occurred we couldnt be happier with their ability to work you in. We have also noticed we get the same technician and we couldnt be happier with Justus. He is a hard worker and does his best to find the right options within your budget. He has been so sweet to our son and even let my son pretend to help him fix things. Seriously you dont get that kindness anywhere these days. Helping us with our main waterline rupture, hot water heater and now a leak in the wall all with copper piping.     Adam with PARADISE PLUMBING HOME SERVICES did an excellent job servicing my grinder pump and educating me how to take care of this pump ongoing. He was prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We have had a lot of issues in my neighborhood with these pumps and Adam was very helpful in reassuring me all was good. I highly recommend him and the company. It was easy to get an appt. Not like other companies that don’t return calls or texts etc. Overall great job!

    Had a great experience with Paradise Home Services today. They were hired to clean our air ducts after a remodel we had done upstairs. We had them clean both ACs up and down. The two people who handled the job were efficient and thorough. They worked hand in hand as they moved cleaning our air ducts and adding microbial spray thereafter. They vacuumed behind themselves as they went and really got the job behind them. They were just two nice fellows that systematically handled the job at hand. Great personalities and super nice. Will look to this company with this type of staff for any other services needed

    So heres my story - my family and I had noticed that our drains, sinks, and toilets were all gurgling and starting to backup. We called Paradise and they sent out a team to investigate. They found that our sewer drain lines had bellied and that we needed to replace all the drain piping.Our hearts sank cuz I know how expensive that can be! But they were very kind and promised to work with us. Later they quoted us about $7800 after all kinds of discounts. This was a great price compared to others, but it was still outside our range of capability. Eventually though, God provided $7000 for us to do this and we contacted them to ask if we could work out a way to pay the remainder via financing or some other ways. Again, they went above and beyond, and after a few hours they contacted us to let us know they would do the project for $7000. This was a huge blessing! And we were so excited for them to get started.They camenout and were very professional, courteous, and timely. They started trenching and getting everything ready when they suddenly came upon a hiccup both from our house and from the sewer line. It seems code back in 1971 when our house was built didnt match the necessary code of today, and all of the sudden we were faced with the potential of having to purchase a pump that coud have been an addition of several thousand dollars.Again our hearts sank cuz we did not know what we were gonna do, but Paradise never gave up on us or pushed us aside for other easier projects. They sent a supervisor out named Chris and he showed up and reexamined everything meticulously. He spent several hours studying and grading and leveling and then came to tell us that they were gonna completely restart the project and that he was 98% positive they could manage to do this project for us without the need of a pump.He and his awesome crew came out and worked tirelessly to do what we had begun to fear was impossible. They then set up the time for the inspection and it passed!! PTL!Then a different crew came out and re-leveled and filled in the trench. And honestly this is maybe the only slightly negative review I have. The crew worked hard but this is the only part that i was not as pleased with as both the neighbors yards on both sides of the house had gotten a bit torn up and the leveling actually wasnt completed perfectly leaving us to fill a lot of mountains and trenches and us fixing the neighbors yards as well, but I cant complain too loudly because my experiences with Paradise was such a breath of fresh air as they really seemed to care about us as people and not as a project, and they really went out of their way to work with us and make a way for us understanding both our financial situation and our plumbing needs. This company earned a 5-star review from me and my family and we are forever grateful to them.And Id love to give a special shoutout to the people that went above and betynd for us at Paradise - Chris (He is awesome!!), Taylor, Scott, Kimberly, and Caleb. Along with Stacy and Teresa who assisted us in the Paradise offices! Thank you Paradise for all you guys you did!(((The photos are of Chris and Taylor and the miracle they accomplished)))

    Paradise Plumbing was amazing. Adam was here between the times slotted for the job. Surprised it was only him, but he got the job done within an hour and showed me the work done. Adam installed a new Senior Tall toilet in my half bath for my ailing father. I asked if they did Handicapped Hand rails and said, sorry they didnt. All good. Adam.was friendly and prompt.FYI, the estimate was cheaper than the $90 more than Home Depot quoted me. I guess its H.D. service fee to hire outside contractors.Just deal with Paradise Plumbing directly, it saves you in the long run.Friendly, Courteous and on Time.Best Plumbers in the Navarre, Gulf Breeze area.Great Job Team and Thank You so much Adam.SincerelySteven W.

    We just bought our first home and realized our water heater needed to be replaced ASAP. We reached out to Paradise Plumbing and they were super fast about getting someone out to look at it and give us a quote. Adam showed up to do this and was very professional and explained everything. When we asked him how fast they could install a new one he said “how about later today”? Scott and another gentleman showed up a few hours later and did an amazing job installing our new heater. They were very proficient and explained everything to us. This company has amazing customer service and we will use them again in a heartbeat for any future needs. Thank you for your great work!

    We contacted multiple companies to provide a quote on examining our sewer pipes to determine what was causing a gurgling in our bathroom. Paradise Home Services were professional and provided details about the process along with a quote, so we chose them for the process.When Paradise Homes came to inspect our pipes, they were professional and friendly. They complete the job quickly, provided me with an explanation of the problem, showed me pictures and a video of the problem, and explained the steps to solve the problem. They also emailed a copy of the findings to my husband, as he was out of town, and provide both a verbal and written quote. We are having them complete the next phase, which is cleaning the pipes.

    I called on Paradise Home Services again today for help finding and fixing a leak between my water meter and my house. They sent Justus, a very personable man who set things in motion to locate the invisible leak from a nearly 200 foot water line buried 18 inches below ground, half of which was under my driveway. After Justus arrived on scene, things happened fast. Justus called out a leak detection specialist who managed to locate the leak to within a few inches. Unfortunately, it was under my brick drive. But with the can-do attitude of first rate professionals, they removed a few bricks and dug down by hand to find the faulty joint that was leaking over 400 gallons a day. Lying on his stomach Justus worked at arms length in the dying light of the day. By dusk, he was done and the leak repaired. I had water again the same day I called. Now thats service thats hard to beat. Thank you Paradise Home Services, Justus, and Trey - the man who found the leak.I discovered yesterday late that I had a water pipe leaking inside my living room wall. I called Paradise Home Services and they offered to send someone out that evening, but I had already turned the water to house off and requested a morning schedule if they had one. They sent Thomas first thing in the morning.They dont come any better than Thomas. He was eager to do the job right with the least damage to the walls. His meticulous tracing of the leak finally identified it ten feet up and nearly three feet back in from the access wall. He cut the smallest possible piece out of the sheet rock that would give him access to the leak and worked almost two hours atop a step ladder replacing a three-foot section he could barely reach.Needless to say, Thomas exceeded my expectations by a hundred percent -- at least.

    Office staff we spoke with, Teresa & Stacy were very friendly and professional and got our estimate scheduled quickly for our water leak. The guys Taylyr and caleb came out checked our home and exterior thoroughly and recommended that we get a sonar done. They sent our referral out quick. Once that was done we called taylyr to come back out and fix the water leak that was in the ground. He got it done promptly and was very professional. We highly recommend them if you want an issue like this fixed fast and accurately!

    Had a work order for our shower with an arrival time between 8a-12p. Justus was our tech and had called 10-15 minutes before arriving (~7:45a), which I had missed due to being asleep like a rock. I jumped out bed when I heard the knock and ran to open the door, because I didn’t how long he was waiting. I was kind of expecting to be greeted with some irritation for not being prompt myself, but Justus was smiling and polite. I showed him the shower and he evaluated it and gave me the rundown before starting any work, so there were no surprises. He completed the job very quickly and showed me what the issue was and the shower works like new!He was very personable and informative on the work he did. 12/10 for Justus!

    Called late in the day for a copper pipe leak in my Master Bathroom. They said they could come out between 8-12 the next day. Adam were there at 8. Adam had the leak repaired within the hour. Said he may have to remove the toilet to repair, but fixed the leak without having to. Had another plumber the day before give me a quote for over 6 times what Paradise charged. The other plumber said it was a very difficult job which is why it cost so much. Adam had it fixed in 1 hour. The other plumber also gave me a quote to re-plumb my whole house with pex for over $10,000 because the one leak Ive had in 26 years was an indication all the copper in my house was failing. Paradise Home Services was fast, courteous, fair and honest. I would recommend them for plumbing any time.

    This company is amazing! I had a countertop installed and this company was to install the sink, faucet and disposal. There was a slight miscommunication between the countertop installer and this company - Justin came out twice to install and then finish up due to a miscommunication. I LOVE this company will text you and LOVE even more they work with your schedule and so friendly! I would 100% give these folks a call outside of any installation package purchased together.

    This was a prime example of getting in over your head. Our water heater was from 1999 and had finally said Im done. Needless to say there was a lot of updating to do. Not to give my husband a bad review cause he has maintained all our problems for almost 40 years but I think he is going to listen to me now to let the professionals handle it. I got Paradise Home Services through Home Depot where we purchased the water heater. I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and was texting Danny back and forth cause my husband would not surrender. Finally after not being able to stop the leaking I text Danny about 7pm and asked him if he could please come and help that my husband had finally given up. He was so nice and polite and said they would be out tomorrow and could definitely help us. I texted around 1:30pm just to make sure they were still able to come. I got an immediate respond that yes, Justus was finishing up at his current job and would be heading our way. I missed his phone call so I called the office and spoke with Stacey she was super polite and friendly. It was only a few minutes later then Justus pulled up. This young man was so professional and polite. He explained everything to us and did a WONDERFUL job. My husband was so glad everything got updated. We are now up to code, laundry room looks great and I can take a HOT SHOWER. Thank you to everyone from start to finish at Paradise Home Services. Including Kimberly on the payment end she couldnt be nicer.

    I had to replace two hot water heaters. Paradise Home Services sent Eli and Snyder to my home. I ordered new hot water heaters from Home Depot and they were delivered to my home. Eli and Snyder from Paradise Home Services came the next day. They expertly disconnected and removed the old hot water heaters. When we opened the boxes of the new hot water heaters, we discovered they were damaged in shipping. Not to worry. Because Paradise Home Services works with Home Depot, Eli and Snyder took the damaged heaters back to HD and obtained a new pair in mint condition which they installed perfectly. The whole process with exchanging the damaged hot water heaters, made the installation run into the evening. Again, no worries - Eli and Snyder stayed late to assure the job was done properly and that we did not have to go without hot water. Im an engineer and I know when a job is well done and this was done by a professional team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

    Dustin from Paradise Home Services came to meet me at my son’s house to fix his AC unit. Let’s just say Dustin went above and beyond taking care of the unit to get the problem fixed.     I’m very happy with PHS’ installation of our A/C condenser. It went out on July 3rd and I couldn’t get a hold of any other HVAC places. I had to call a couple times but when I finally reached someone at PHS, they hit the ground running to solve our problem. They sent a quote within minutes and promised to be able to install on July 5th. Then they brought over a portable AC that day to hold us over through the holiday. The techs were really friendly and empowered to think outside the box to get everything up and going quickly. The price was kind of steep but well worth it in my opinion.

    John installed a new dishwasher for my mother. It was complicated by copper pipes in the home. A few others refused. He did a good job and the price was inline with what I expected to pay.     A recent lightning storm ran in and knocked out our flow tech system. It was a new experience not only for us but for Paradise Home Services. Even flow tech themselves had not ever seen such happen. But Paradise came out and replaced the unit. There was some trouble shooting that needed done as well to determine if the unit was even working right to begin with. Paradise was working hard to ensure we had our system up and running but was concerned for future issues that could happen with other customers. Their concern was to report back to flow tech their findings. This is a company not only concerned for current customers but also for the possible future customers of this product.     Jake came out 10/09/2023 to inspect the AC system to see what repairs were needed on it. He was respectful and professional. He was very helpful in helping me make the decision on what I needed to have done. He took the time to workup the cost of doing several repairs on the system and then what the cost of a total replacement would be. A real pleasure having him help me.The following day 10/10/2023 two workers (Greg and another young man, whose name I dont remember) from Paradise Home Services came with the new HP and air handler. They were very polite and professional. Got right to work. Made sure to take their time both taking out the air handling and putting in the new one to make sure they didnt damage anything in my laundry room, which was a very tight area for them. They stayed right with their work and after completion they cleaned up all around the area they had been working in. Even made sure to wipe down the doors that they had handled. Greg made sure I had all the paperwork and informed me of the warranty and how their office would help me with it. Kimberly at their office was very helpful with getting the warranty input for me and providing me with the copy of it via email. She was pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

    Taylor and CB arrived promptly on time, and ready to go. They are very easy to talk to and willing to explain everything. I had a mean grease ball stuck in my kitchen drain, and after hours of attempting at it, I had to call it quits for the day. Taylor would have easily stayed all night working it. His perseverance is unmatched and highly appreciated. I work nights and requested them to be back at noon, and noon on the dot was when i heard the trucks pull up. The second day was Taylor and Bradley and they brainstormed ideas on how to attack this grease ball, cleaned up and calibrated their gear, and were ready to go in less than 5 minutes upon arrival. The A team with their new plan of attack had my sink working again in less than 20 minutes. I am happy, impressed, and will be back for future plumbing needs. Taylor, Bradley, CB, and Adam (sorry if i mis remember Adams name) are all great guys, professional, and easy to work with. They are all pet friendly and let my dog sniff them and greet them, and are trustworthy. I literally walked my dog multiple times while leaving the guys to work in my home. Again, Im very happy.     After waiting all day for one company (Apexx) to come take care of a leak in a pipe, and never showed or even called the next day, although multiple times they assured me they were coming by, paradise came in clutch today and within 2 hours or less had fixed the issue.     I cannot say enough about Mr. Heath. Usually the guys that are catching calls on the weekend are grumpy and irritable and upset that they’re working on the weekend. This guy drove up with a smile on his face was very Pleasant. I think we all know that this day and age they are not many tradesmen out there that really know what they’re doing!!! if they do, they seem to have a chip on your shoulder. How refreshing it is to have a company not only return your call but go above and beyond to get the job done. Beto did the demolition job and was so courteous. Kyle came in and completed the drywall work (which was the most professional drywall I have ever had done). He was very professional courteous and explained the install of the water heater gave me my appointment time before he left. Hunter installed my water heater explaining every step to me. We were so pleased with the service from Paradise, that we scheduled a water heater replacement.Stacy, from the office, promptly forwarded the required estimates and provided us with quick & thorough responses to our questions and concerns and worked with us to set up the appointment for the water heater replacement during a time that was convenient to us.On the day of the appointment, we received a phone call that the plumber was on his way, in addition we received an email with the name and photo of the plumber (a nice touch for security reasons). We were pleased to see that Thomas would again be completing the work. We had discovered an issue with the area housing the water heater that Thomas evaluated and solved, and we are pleased with the results.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thomas or Paradise Home Services.

    I would highly recommend Paradise Home Services for any plumbing needs. They were the only company that we could even get in touch with on Christmas Eve. And my husband ended up fixing that problem, but we asked them to reserve some time for us on Monday, the day after Christmas, just in case, pipes froze again. And they did re-freeze and they burst!! And Michael Beck came out after it started getting a little dark and said that was no problem, he would take care of everything and he really did. Very impressed with his work and with how professional the company is!!

    Initially I thought my hot water was leaking as there was water on my garage floor. Turns out I had a fast leak under the slab of the house. Technician Mitch did the initial diagnosis and after the leak detection job was completed, Mitch returned to do the repair. Turned out to be a bigger job than what was expected, but the original price quote was honored. Mitch, and later Taylor who came to assist, did a great job. Although the job would have easier if they went into the dinning room wall to replace the main hot water feed, they worked through the garage wall behind the hot water heater which made a tough job even harder.     Trae was very helpful. We were added on to his schedule at the last minute, but he was gracious and thoroughly checked out the cause for the leak in our kitchen sink. He returned a few days later and replaced the strainer basket and confirmed the leak under the sink was completely fixed. He also gave us quotes on replacing the bathtub and shower fixtures that also leak while in use. He explained what was involved so we understood why it was so expensive and advised how to replace the cartridges to see if that resolves the issue or if we need him again. We will definitely be requesting him if we do need to replace everything all the way to the water valves. He was sweet, professional, knowledgeable and didn’t rush through his explanations and checked the sink multiple times to confirm his work was effective. Awesome service

    Our water heater went out on Friday and started leaking into the laundry room. It was soaking wet! Rainbow services sent a repairman out on Saturday to stop the leak and then he was back first thing Sunday morning to replace the water heater. I cant remember the techs name but he was from Louisiana and he had to be the sweetest guy ever! He was just so kind and compassionate and knowledgeable!
