    Called Bob Rohl Plumbing on a Monday morning after our water heater went out over the weekend, he returned our call within minutes and gave us a good quote to replace it. Bob was able to replace our water heater that day! He was friendly, professional and we were so happy to have that same day service - highly recommend.

    My hot water heater broke down on the morning of New Years Eve and I wasnt sure that I would be able to get it replaced before the holiday weekend. After calling a few other plumbers without finding a solution...thankfully Bob answered the phone and worked some magic to assess my need and replace my unit within 4 hours. He was knowledgable, communicative, and straight forward about the job.Its New Years Eve and nearly all specialty equipment supply companys shut down early. Somehow Bob picked up a new water heater and got the job moving.Cannot recommend enough and will save his number for any future plumbing needs.

    I called Bob about some exterior faucets that were dripping. While trying to replace one of my exterior faucets on my own, the entire fixture began to un-screw from behind the brick. I immediately found a local Master Plumber (someone who knows the area & local builders). The owner answered the phone (Bob) and made me an appointment the following day. Upon arriving he explained his entire repair process and was done within an hour. Bob is a World Class Plumber and very professional along with his assistant Scott. Thanks Bob & Scott

    Found Bobs company on Google. I’m a roofing contractor and we had a pipe burst on my customers home. Bob went out there very fast and fixed the problem with ease. My homeowner was pleased with his work and his price was very reasonable. Would recommend him to anybody professionally.

    This was no easy faucet installation! I wanted to have a sink installed in my garage where there was no previous water connections. Bob was able to execute my vision perfectly! He was able to get started on this project immediately and had it finished within two days. He was able to overcome the challenges my house threw at him and installed the water lines from the laundry room to the garage. In one case, my condo association in Navarre had an unsolved problem in the building for several months. Mr. Ruhl was able to diagnose and complete repairs in one day.

    Bob saved the day! I called him at 3 on a Friday and he was able to get the parts for the repair before the plumbing supply house closed and arrive to my house in a timely fashion. I was extremely appreciative he was able to assist as another company said they would call me back and didn’t and another said they wouldn’t be able to get to me until Tuesday.     I have used Bob twice now and both times he has been fantastic.I had him install a garbage disposal June 2022 and he did a great job and was timely and ensures he moves at the best pace possible to not overcharge you like some that do that operate on time pay. I liked him so much he was the first man I thought to call when I was replacing my fridge and saw my pipe that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser was broken and spilled water everywhere. He came out within in an hour spent an hour in the job and came with the right supplies necessary after I sent him a picture of what was happening. Super nice guy too!! One of the few guys around that I trust

    Bob replaced a 50 gallon electric hot water heater in my vacation home in Navarre FL today. When my wife was calling around to get estimates, Bob was the only one that answered the phone himself instead of us having to leave a message and hopefully getting a call back. He provided an accurate quote over the phone based on our description of the job and came out to complete the job the very next day. He arrived on time and finished the work in a very timely manner.     I cannot say enough about Bob Ruhl! I am new to the area, overwhelmed with all that comes with an out of state relocation and new job, purchasing a new home and dealing with everything that needs to be fixed. The water heater was a surprise. The water heater itself was replaced by the manufacturer under warranty, but I had to find a plumber to pick it up, install and return the bad one. I called Bob. He took care of everything! I mean EVERYTHING!!!!! From the emergency permit pull to coordinating with the warehouse for the waher heater exchange! The System was installed beautifully and up to code!!! And did I mention I did not have to do anything??? Bob is AWESOME!!!! You get Quality!!

    Bob answered his phone. I know that sounds trivial. Like what business owner wouldnt answer? Believe me, a lot of them. Anyway, he answered and was willing to get to my service call as soon as he could after a guest staying in our vacation home was having a plumbing issue. I connected him with the guest and he took it from there. After he was done, he texted me photos of the completed job and called me to confirm. Paying by VENMO was super easy. He explained what he needed to accomplish and recommendations on the repair. He not only repaired the broken water line and installed new water shut-off valves. He we above and beyond to facilitate the repair and also added a new line and two additional shut-off valves for the hot water side. His work is very professional and cleaned up after the work was finished. I highly recommend his services.
