We had been trying to get a few plumbing issues fixed through our warranty company for a month and a half. They kept selecting companies that didn’t service our area and who didn’t answer phone calls. The leak in our water heater got so bad it shorted the breaker and we were without hot water for a week before finally giving up on our warranty company.We called Thorpe and they were at our house within two days. Replaced our water heater for us and got a few other plumbing problems fixed for us all within an hour and a half.Very much appreciated and recommended!

Our heat stopped working Saturday morning my husband Phil called the office & spoke to a very nice lady who took his information we had a return call from Butch Thorpe within 15-20 minutes & a technician was at our home within 30 minutes, our heat was fixed within the hour. The technician was very polite, professional and very informative, he took his time to make sure we were satisfied with everything he did to fix it. We have used no one except Thorpe Sheet Metal for all our issues! We would recommend them to everyone!

Central air went out the night before so I called first thing at 8:30 in the morning. I told them my central unit fan was not turning, and told me they would be out with in the day. Three hours later, I receive a phone call with them heading out to our house. Within 15-20 minutes from arriving, Garrett had checked, replaced the part that was bad, and started my central air conditioner back. He even checked my Freon, and got the leaves out of our unit. Definitely using this company again.

Our central a/c quit blowing cold with temperatures getting over 100 degrees. We called them on Sunday morning, and within an hour they had someone out here to work on it and had it back blowing cold. Could not have asked for any better service.
