    Seth quickly showed up on a Saturday morning and got our old heating unit back on. He answered several questions we had about new units and even a new layout plan for our house. He was very nice and professional. Knowing we had an elderly disabled person in the house, he gave us a follow-up call to make sure we still had heat. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new unit or that just had questions about their existing one. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain.

    Mr. Stan and his assistant did a excellent job . It was quite the emergency, they came not on time but much earlier than expected!     Seth came out to visit me and my mom today to address an issue we’ve been having with the duct work under the house. Seth immediately came in and greeted me and my mother and treated us as if we were family. He made a thorough inspection and stayed longer than usual to explain the best options for us. I definitely recommend using Natchez and heating cooling for any of our heating and cooling issues moving forward

    I called Natchez Heating & Cooling this morning to inquire about replacing one of the a/c units in our house. Tristan phoned not long afterward to let me know he was on his way. Tristan evaluated our equipment as well as the capacity needed to cool the third floor attic space and recommended replacing the system with a 2.5 ton Trane. He also carefully explained four price options and the pros and cons of each as well as warranties, cash discount, and maintenance services. Tristan was well informed, well spoken and professional throughout his visit.

    Mr Davidson and his helper identified my plumbing problems quickly and provided accurate estimates.He repaired the problems with needed items on his truck without requiring multiple trips to secure additional items .They were professional , punctual and friendly .     Excellent service! Arrived on time; explained in detail what was wrong; and quickly fixed the plumbing problem. We were very impressed that we received a picture ID prior to the workers arrival as well as the courteousness of the workers. There is no comparison to the last plumber we used who charged us but didnt repair the problem. Highly recommend Natchez Heating & Cooling!!!

    Seth was out to my house within a few minutes of my calling the office. My yard man had cut the Freon line to my main Air conditioner to the house. He said Freon was spewing out. I was at the beauty shop getting my hair cut. I rushed home and saw the damage. Seth told me it was really expensive to replace the Freon. I told him to go ahead and repair the line and put the Freon in. I would pay. Seth did a fast efficient job and was very business like at all times. I recommend all my friends to use Natchez Heating and cooling for they do excellent work and know how to repair or fix any thing you have that goes wrong at your house.

    I had several workers come to my home over 2 days for work and estimates. Brian installed several outlets and was very efficient and professional. His work is great! Tristan provided an estimate for mini splits and was also very professional. Both did a thorough job of considering all possible expenses for the job, which I really appreciated. Both called before they arrived and quickly afterwards with an estimate. Would definitely hire this company again, although their prices are high.

    Seth Eidt was a pleasure to meet and talk to about our air conditioning problems. Great personality, sincere, caring and a true professional. I told Seth that he was the most knowledgeable person I had ever talked to about air conditioning. He discovered several problems with existing unit and made recommendations to solve the problems and gave different options to choose from. Before Seth arrived at our home we were going to get old unit repaired but after Seth explained our situation we decided to go ahead with a new system and not waste money on a repair and save money on utility costs and have a system that will cool and heat our home more efficiently. I was impressed and very satisfied with our experience with Seth and if anyone has air conditioning problems to give Seth a call at Natchez Heating & Cooling.

He explained the cost benefits of the membership and saved is money on the work.We would recommend Natchez Heating and Cooling, and found them to be cost effective and not over priced at all. We had been using a Heating and Cooling company out of Mendenhal, MS because we were told Natchez Heating and Cooling was overpriced, but had problem after problem with them; and could have saved a great deal of heartache and frustration had we gone to then in the first place.The other thing we appreciated was the continuity of service. Tristan was the technician through the entire process.

    Drew arrived on time, checked inside for filters & carbon monoxide, then went under the house checked unit, cleaned a carbon buildup, And was on his way. Efficient and thorough. Thank y’all for fall & winter peace of mind.Tristan arrived Sat afternoon, found the inside unit under the house, diagnosed a clogged drain pan, cleaned it out, and had our AC back running in less than an hour. Well done by a friendly , courteous young man.Drew was professional, friendly and efficient. Would be glad to have him return.Seth was friendly & professional.     Caleb was wonderful! He completed the plumbing repair the same day I called. Caleb was friendly and professional, explaining the process in detail. He had to cut through the bathroom wall in two places to replace a broken pipe. He was able cut the tiles without breaking them and put them back temporarily, allowing me time to arrange for the wall repair. Thanks, Caleb!

    Caleb Holland, Tech 3…Received excellent, professional service to repair leaking hot water heater that Natchez Heating & Air had installed 3 years ago. I appreciated that Caleb explained exactly what he had to do to complete repair and gave me a definitive price before he started the work.Caleb went back to check his work. The initial fitting was still leaking. He got new fittings and made sure everything was perfect before he left.I highly recommend Natchez Heating and Air; even though they are expensive, Caleb and their other technicians do an excellent job.

The roofers that replaced my house with new shingles put 2 holes in my line that provided the coolantto run from one place to the other.     My furnace blower failed. NH&C promptly sent Tristan Weatherly, who diagnosed an electrical problem secondary to the line voltage being 135 volts. He personally monitored when I called Entergy Louisiana to report the high voltage. I think this was way above and beyond the usual service requirements.While Entergy corrected the line voltage, Tristan returned with a replacement motor, this time accompanied by Drew Brown (also, a NH&C employee). Mr. Brown was very helpful and was an able assistant to Tristan. After installing the new motor, but before the Entergy repair was complete, Tristan voluntarily gave me his personal phone number to provide him follow-up after I reopened the electrical circuit. N.B., this was the end of the day and end of the week!Alas, after power was restored, I flipped the circuit breaker, but the motor did not start. I called Tristan (after duty hours) and he analyzed the possibilities over the phone, reminding me of two additional circuit breakers inside the furnace cabinet.
