These folks are outstanding. After Irma my house sustained damage and needed a new roof. They stayed with me for a year while we fought with insurance. They installed a beautiful new roof with no leaks even around our 2 Sola Tubes.. After 2 more hurricanes we sustained only minor tile damage. Under my 5 year warranty they came over the very next day and replaced the 2 damaged tiles.These guys have been exceptional and I highly recommend them!

From the very beginning with our tile arriving early and them staying on schedule to the end they were great! Communication is responded to quickly and respectfully. Unheard of in this industry! On top of all that we got a nail in our tire from the roofing and they immediately accepted full responsibility and are paying our expense for the new tire plus coming back to re- sweep our lawn! Logan was great to work with and entire crew as well. Highly recommend them

Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is a historic house museum in Fort Lauderdale. We chose Eco Roof and Solar for replacing wood shake shingles on most all the historic structures. One unconventional aspect of the project was a covered walkway where the shakes needed to be visible from below to maintain historic accuracy. Eco worked diligently to find the solution that worked. Their field management team is great.

I was referred to Eco Roofing in 2022 after Hurricane Ian by my neighbor who had just re-roofed his home with them. I contacted my representative, Mark Lease who came out to give me a quote. I was particularly impressed with Mark because of his “no pressure” approach. I did get 5 other bids and knew I had to be very careful in choosing a roofing contractor because of all the fly-by-night roofers that had swooped into Florida after the hurricane. I did get cheaper bids and higher bids, and Eco Roofing was right in the middle. As it turned out, I made the right decision.Mark kept me updated on the status of their crew every step of the way until the project was completed. Then came back for a final inspection when it was done.Then came Hurricane Debby this year in 2024. We had 70 mph winds with about 1-2 feet of rain. The metal roof held up great, but, because of the wind speed and direction, and the heavy rain, I did get some rain that blew into the air vents. I called Mark again on a Sunday and he forwarded my call to the office. Spencer called me first thing Monday morning and was out that afternoon to inspect. We had to have an additional damper installed on the vent to prevent the wind from pushing rainwater in again. Problem fixed – no charge.Anyone thinking about finding a reliable roofing company in the Cape Coral area, I would highly recommend Eco Roofing!

I had the pleasure of working with ECO Roof and Solar, in particular Andrea Murillo & Chris Little, for a roof replacement on a plaza we manage in SWFL. I found ECO to be professional, accommodating, detailed and forthright. Their crews were exact in their work, speedy and very attentive to the existing tenants directly below their work area. I had no call backs, no issues and the entire job came out great. I can say with great confidence you will not regret using ECO Roof for your roofing needs.

I highly recommend Eco Roof and Solar to do your roof. The crew installed my roof efficiently in a day and a half and it is beautiful. I have received many compliments on it. I met with a handful of other roofing company reps but when I met with Caleb Derby (National Project Manager) for the first time, I knew immediately that he was a person of high principles. I felt that he had my best interest at heart and that he was not here just to sell me a roof. I was not wrong! He is extremely knowledgeable . He gave me a clear understanding of the insurance companies estimate for my damages and was with me every step of the way through the entire installation and insurance process, as was Amber (Billing Specialist) the angel working behind the scenes at the main office, who had my back like a loyal guard dog. She made certain my needs were met with the insurance claim adjusters long after the roof was completed. Both Caleb and Amber went over and above anything I expected. Eco Roof and Solars commitment and dedication to me and to installing a quality roof far surpasses any other contractor I have ever dealt with. Caleb made certain that not one nail or piece of debris was left in my pool. He helped me to understand the importance of proper ventilation as well. He saw to it that the crew performed their job with high standards. Thank you so much to Eco Roof and Solar and the crew for my beautiful roof. Special thanks to Caleb and Amber. John Heilbrun was not only responsive but extremely persistent in working with the insurance company, which was being difficult in approving a full-roof replacement. It took several months from filing the claim to getting the insurance approval. Without Johns can do attitude Id be sitting on pins and needles during every severe storm that blows through SW Florida.
