    I am a woman alone and leary of unfamiliar companies. I took a chance on NRC, and Im so glad I did. The day my insurance company came to inspect my property for storm damage, NRC was here. They fought for every possible claim and my insurance company paid above and beyond what I expected to receive. Today, Jerry Broaddus came to my house and walked me through the process to start my house transformation. He worked so hard to get me everything I wanted. He even walked down the street with me to show me different types of siding on my neighbors houses so that I could make informed decisions. The work on my home is now complete. I couldnt be happier with my new roof and siding. my rep, Josh, did an amazing job keeping in touch with me, and Luis, from the office, was a delight and so helpful on the phone.     Niko and his staff were very professional and recommended the proper repairs I needed after a storm damaged the exterior of my home. As a service member I was very impressed in how the process of getting these repairs went while I was deployed. NRC managed the claims with my insurance worry-free and kept me and wife informed throughout. Upon my return, their crew began working on my house and they did a great job informing me of the stages of work. These guys busted their butt off in the cold weather and did a great job replacing my siding and gutters! based on the professionalism, work ethic and quality of work, I highly recommend.

    Restoration Builders are top quality. They replaced my roof and the decking. The job was accurate according to our contract and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were quick, yet efficient and everyone was very professional Mike did a great job working with myself and my insurance company. He was always available for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them. I Cant wait for them to come back and install my new gutters!!

    I absolutely love NRC. A few months ago my roof started leaking and I had no idea I could get it covered by insurance. Then Ev came by and gave me a free inspection. Evā€™s been nothing but honest from the beginning and will answer your call at anytime for anything. My roof was finished in the same day. The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up well after themselves. I climbed the roof after they were done to inspect it and it looks great! If you have any issues with your roof then you should give them a call. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

    Everyone has been polite and helpful at NRC. Edgar was one of the guys installing my roof and he was very helpful as well. He moved some of my outside furniture for me. I am very happy with the color choice and how it all turned out. I even received some compliments on it from my neighbors. I have recommended two neighbors so far. One has been completed and one is still waiting on approval.

    I had a man by the name of Josh come and inspect my roof after a terrible storm! He was great, incredibly thorough upon inspection and walked us through each and every step between my family and our insurance. He kept in touch throughout the process of getting a new roof and answered any questions we had! The quality done by the roofers was excellent, incredibly fast, and done well. They were a little messy with nails left around the yard, but they did excellent work! Would highly recommend!

    Bryan Camarillo came to our house after a recent storm. He was genuine and honest in his approach and was obviously very knowledgeable about his business. He took great care in assessing our situation and dealt with the insurance company for us. He communicated every step of the entire process. Phone calls, text messages, email. There were no surprises in the entire process.Jerry Broaddus came out to our house with Bryan to explain the repair and replace process. They covered every line of the itemized settlement from our insurance company. He advised us on our options and guided us to make the best choices in the process. Jerry is very experienced and explains every part of the process from his knowledge and experience in the industry.I highly recommend this company to anyone that has storm damage and needs help to repair their home. Very professional and courteous.

    Ev Lara and his team did a great job repairing our hail damaged roof. They got the job done well and it was completed in a timely manner.     NRC did my siding and gutters. Although it took a little while for me to be scheduled, Im really happy with the crew that came out. There was only 4 guys and they got my whole house done it just a day and a half!!! I dont have a small house either, so they were working really hard. They did an amazing job too! I did have one issue, but Genessa Ramirez was all over it! She called and followed up with me everyday until it was resolved. Even after work hours. Shes been the main person Ive been working with since I signed my work order, and shes just an absolute gem. Shes a great asset to this company and Im glad to have the pleasure of dealing with her.     I contacted NRC about weather damage on my roof. They worked closely with the insurance company. NRC replaced my roof in 2017. They did an exceptional job. The roof was completed in a timely and professional manner. I recommended NRC to replace my mothers roof. They replaced her roof in June 2018. We both had a great customer service experience. The ladies we spoke with in the office were courteous and professional .

    Me and my wife are very happy and thankful for this company. They completed our roof in 1 day, and not only that but it was a windy day! The crew did a very professional job as well. They were basically in and out with a great clean up. Iā€™m glad We choose Josh and this company to help us. Especially considering weā€™ve only been here less then a year.     I highly recommended this company to others. My home looks completely transformed. The contractors couldnā€™t had worked any harder. They did a fantastic job. Brett was my representative working with me he was very good with updating me with details on my account every step of the way. Angie in the office is always so nice and perky. Dave Fialka was great too, he came to my house a few times to check on the work being done. I have sent a few people in my neighborhood to them since.

    We had the roof of our two flat replaced this past year, and we used NRC. Constantin Luca was absolutely amazing. He came out the first day I asked and handled every step with our insurance agents. He was very responsive over the phone and even came to our house on several occasions when we had questions about the process or the end result. Genessa was also very available and helpful. The company they used for the roof did a good job, and NRC guarantees the roof as well in case anything goes wrong. Constantin Luca even helped to make sure we got high quality insulation and a silver coating on the roof. The only issue we had was with the aesthetics of the roof where it meets decorative brick crown in the front of the building (the roofing can be seen over the edge of the moulding and looks a little sloppy). When we asked about this we were told that they had to come up on top the trim of the rooftop to guarantee successful adhesion; they offered to fix it, but since it wasnā€™t what was recommended, they wouldnā€™t guarantee the roof if it no longer adhered so we let it be (though I donā€™t see many crowned roofs that look the same). All in all, I would recommend NRC and especially - hands down on this part, Constantin Luca- to others looking for roof repair. We decided not to do all the repairs we qualified for, so we were able to use some of the allotted insurance money to cover the deductible- so we didnā€™t pay out of pocket for anything! We even got a little back to do some indoor repairs from the leak we had! Once again, Constantin Luca was so responsive, honest, hard working, and helpful. I would seek him out specifically if you believe you qualify for an insurance claim from weather damage!

    We were very pleased at our options. The adjuster, Jim Mendoza, was extremely knowledgeable. We called him out to inspect a supposed leak, but realized our siding needed replacement. He worked with our insurance company and we are excited for the job to be completed.

    Great company that helped me get my storm damaged roof & gutters replaced. Everyone was great from Sean to Chad to Lily and all the teams members and crews who helped me out. Because of them I found out I had storm damage and received a NEW roof & Gutters for just the cost of my insurance deductible. They even helped me save money and took on a late change of gutter color at the last minute for me!

    Ive had several roofing companies inspect my roof over the past 3 months. Its interesting how none except NRC believed I had a claim worth filing. Steve Spadoni and Jerry Broaddus believed otherwise. They are experienced roofers (35 years for Jerry) and it showed. After they inspected my roof, they told me they wouldnt waste my time if they felt a full replacement wouldnt get approved. They were spot on. The insurance company approved a full replacement plus extra items I didnt consider. This is the value of experience and I recommend NRC.

    Great workmanship that NRC provided us. The siding company did a very good job getting my house done, good clean up. They even notice a few areas of the corners that needed more attention and they fixed it for us. The color options that I picked out and the style, I couldnt be happier with.     I really appreciate the service I received from NRC. The roofing crew did a excellent job. Very, very clean. No mess left behind. I even had another roofing crew that was not with NRC stop by and compliment the work that was done. Steve my Public Adjuster was very helpful and kept me updated along the way.     After Josh with NAI got me approved for my roof, a lady came out to help me choose a new color for my roof. After this I was scheduled within 2 weeks. The leader of the roofing crew, Edgar, came and let me know he was going to get started. I really appreciated this. I was really happy that the crew tarped all of our bushes & plants too. Once they were finished, they cleaned up fast and then left the same day. Thank you NRC for an Amazing job!

    Ev Lara was the project manager for my roof which had been damaged in the Spring 2020 hailstorm. A friend of mine recommended him. He was very responsive to my phone calls and his team dealt directly with my insurance company (State Farm) to initiate the claim and payment. All I had to do was watch the mail for the checks. My house and garage have new roofs. I also have five new skylights. My neighbor also used NRC for their roof. You couldnt ask for nicer folks to work with. Thanks, Ev!

    NRC...The company has been very transparent in explaining the process of restoring my home. The process of repairing my home was completed in a timely manner despite weather issues that could not be foretold. My public adjuster Efrain Mercado came to my door with warmth and honesty. I could call Efrain with my questions and concerns and he resolved them.The various crews worked expeditiously once the weather cooperated. One concern was the removal of the gutters and downspouts right before a two day rainstorm. Again, my questions and concerns were responded to after I notified the office. My garage door lock was broken and NRC replaced without any hesitancy.In negotiating with my insurance company, NRC was able to get additional work approved that was not in the plan but was definitely needed to be done . Overall everything went well and all concerns were resolved and my house and garage look beautiful and most importantly are well protected.

Very polite men, they cleaned up all the loose debris that had falling on my grass. The Project coordinator came by and walked my house with my, he was very friendly.     I would like to express my thanks to Mark and Jerry at NRC. When I first met Mark, he displayed a level of professionalism and customer service that was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about his craft as an adjuster. He walked me through the process with my roof and indicated all the damage only a trained eye could notice.     NRC did my roof and gutters on my house. Prior to them coming I had a horrible leak in 2 areas of my roof that was caused by the Rockford storm last year. I have honestly never seen someone work as hard as I seen the contractors on my roof. The amount of ripping everything off and disposing of it, then adding everything new and it being so hot out. It looks absolutely beautiful and no more leaks. Very happy with this company. Great service I just say.

    Our home had hail damage and RBI reached out to our insurance to fully cover the siding and gutters. Our 1960s home was just brought into the 21st century. We used James Hardie siding and it turned out great. Tim, Mike, & Robert were a pleasure to deal with and oversaw the project from start to finish. Highly recommend.

    Restoration Builders did an excellent job working to put a new roof on our historic home. Jeremy and the team brought new technology to the job that preserved the look of our 136-year-old dwelling, but greatly improved the overall benefits provided by our roof, including improved ventilation, insulation, and air circulation within our attic.The job had many complexities to it that the team was able to manage, and maintained consistent communication about how to resolve any problems that came up. The team is clearly committed to customer service in a way that is atypical of the construction industry (and very refreshing to me as a customer).

    Lawrence was the adjuster who assisted us in getting a new roof thru NRC. He advised us there was an inspection free of charge from their Company. The Insurance Co sent a check for less than $1000.00. NRc appealed the decision & won. The crew that came out were wonderful and were even here a little early. They worked neatly & efficiently. They finished in the afternoon. Everything happened just as Lawrence said it would. They picked up the excess material from our drive way as promised.     NRC did my motherā€™s roofing, siding and gutters. This is the first time weā€™ve got work done on the home, and we cannot express how great of a job they did!! When the crews first got here, they said hello and explained how things would be. After that, we hardly noticed they were here. They were here for a couple of days, but when they were finished it looked as if they hadnā€™t been at all. Except the fact that our home looked brand new.     This is my 2nd time owning a home and my my 2nd time having to file a claim. With the the knowledge from NRC on the storm damage process I decided to use them and allow NRC to deal with my insurance company. The first time filing a claim was a nightmare doing it with no help. NRC walked my wife and I seamlessly through the process. From inspecting my house and not only letting us know we had storm damage but showing us pictures of the damaged roof and gutters to walking the inside of our house and finding water damage on a couple ceilings we didnā€™t even notice. They were able to get the insurance company to restore our property to include new roof, gutters, and interior work.Any questions we had were promptly answered by our customer account specialist. Lilly was assigned to our claim and she was a pleasure to work with. If she didnā€™t have the exact answer at her finger tips she always followed back up with us in a timely manner. Her communication was top notch.When it can time for the work to be completed they sent a Guy by the name of Jerry to the house to go over everything that was going to be repaired. I believe he was a true restoration specialist. He methodically walked us through the entire process. He spent extra time showing us samples of shingles and educating us on how amazing the GAF shingle was we would be having put on our property was. From our research itā€™s one of the best shingles on the market so we were ecstatic to know we would be having this Brand on our property for years to come. He was very knowledgeable about the entire restoration process.When the workers arrived they were very nice and polite. Nothing was damaged when the tear off or rebuild happened. The workers were clean, neat, and worked swiftly.When it was all said and done Lilly reached out to us to make sure we were happy. We couldnā€™t have Been more happy to not have to deal with the insurance company and to give our trust to NRC and allow them to handle everything for us. When it was all said and done we only had to pay our deductible and the insurance company paid for everything else. We decided since the insurance company was paying for all the damages now was the time to upgrade and go back with some extras for our property. We were able to upgrade our #1 asset for years to come not only by NRCā€™s labor warranty but as well as the GAF manufacturer shingle warranty.

He returned calls immediately and kept us informed in spite of a busy roofing season and some delays in scheduling.     Definitely recommend. Everything went exactly how Sean explained it would. I got a new roof and gutters entirely paid for by insurance! I didnā€™t even know it was something I qualified for. Iā€™m so happy because my roof was leaking before I started working with Restoration Builders and I wouldnā€™t have been able to afford a new roof and gutters without their help.

    My experience was with the Commercial Division out of the Chicago office. Essentially it was raining inside of my nearly 100 year old building, and I needed help fast! The team that came out (headed by Jeremy G) was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem. They took core samples, photos and video and came up with a solid solution with several options for us to move forward. Communication was terrific! The proposal was very reasonable, and the supporting documentation allowed me to move the project forward with my board of directors and the building owners. Prompt and professional with great follow up.

    Worked with Mike Mueller for a roofing claim this summer and fall. He is a consummate professional from start to finish.     My roof was in such bad shape that i didnā€™t think it would be possible to get it covered under our insurance. Mark Marzano from NRC was more than helpful getting this problem taken care of. He got our insurance to cover and Iā€™m happy to say we will be getting a new roof! I highly recommended this company. They were super helpful!

    Mark Marzano is just fantastic. He has been great to work with from the very start-- responsive, lowkey, reliable. What he says he will do, you can consider it done. Too frequently, people tend to over-promise and under-deliver. Mark has been on time for every appointment, and followed through on everything we have ever discussed. I had gotten a number of estimates for ridge cap repair prior to getting the work done. While other estimates were within the range, I didnt feel that I could trust that the work would be completed as discussed, the way that I could with Mark. Some companies have great salespeople but lack follow through once you commit; others can do the work but lack good communication. Mark is a nice person who is trustworthy and will get done what he promises, at a high standard of quality and at a fair price. What more could you ask for?Marcos Molina and Mark Marzano repaired our roof today, and were just an absolute joy to work with. It was the most low-stress repair experience Ive ever had. We will continue to sing their praises to anyone who will listen, and are reassured that should we (or anyone we know) need roof repair in the future, we have found our guys!

    Jerry and Bobby C. Arrived to inspect the roof and siding. Both the roof and siding needed replacing. Worked with Bobby in the beginning. He took the bull by the horns, setup a meeting with my insurance company to show them the damage. After completing that, he came back with Jerry and looked over the house. Jerry stepped in and worked with my wife helping her with designing the look. They explained everything we we asked. They make a good team. I was left completely satisfied with them as doing the job.     Yesterday 2 members of NRC came to my house to investigate a leak that was making its way into one of my bed rooms, it turned out that my bathroom fan had a hole and the water was marking its way into one of my bedrooms Dave and Carl when out of their way to help me even took a trip, to home depot and brought me a new lid , not only that but they also installed it. All i can say is thank you NRC for having such a great persons working for you.

    I was very impressed with the work. The employees worked very hard and all day. You really get a sense of pride in there work. Good enough is not acceptable. The most impressive aspect was Brian Flavin the public adjuster. He was there for every step of the process he also made himself available for me 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He made it feel like family members where doing the work. I live in a city devastated by hail and wind damage there are hundreds of houses they are working on but i never felt neglected. It was like i was the only one getting work done and i feel it was because of Brian. 5 stars and would suggest them to anyone needing work done.

    My roof was done on a Saturday which was surprising because we didnt think that the crew would work on a weekend. However Im glad they did because my husband and I came home from a trip and the roof was done. We left Friday and came back Sunday & when we seen the roof, we were very pleased. It looks great! Im glad Mark M. was able to help us out with this. We couldnt be any happier having someone else do all the work for us.

The contact person, Genessa, has always done a great job in scheduling things and also in communicating any changes or follow ups. Genessa was unfailingly courteous in every communication, and she follows through. I also had a recent discussion with one of their billing specialists, Ella, who also was totally professional and courteous in her communication.     NRC replaced our church roof after it was damaged by winds. It took forever for the insurance to agree to cover the damage, but after arbitration, the adjusters prevailed. Within 2 weeks, the entire roof was replaced. Work was exceptional and the crew was in and out in 2 days (and were talking about a STEEP large roof!). They left no trace behind! NRC gets our highest recommendation.

    Hello,Victor Gutierrez came out and did a FREE roof assessment and explained the damage a storm can do to your roof over the years.     We had a summer hailstorm that damaged our roof and siding. Ev Lara from NRC just happened to stop by while I was waiting for another contractor to come take a look. After speaking with him for a short time I knew this was the company I had to go with. We had different crews for the roof and siding. Both did excellent work and were very professional. Iā€™d go so far as to say they went above and beyond. We did have one little issue with the drip edge on the roof but once I brought it to Evā€™s attention, he had the roofing crew back out in a matter of days to correct it. At first they had everything laid out all over my yard but after seeing I had my grandchild and dog they made sure to have everything more cleaned and organized.     After a hail storm Josh and the NRC team worked with our insurance for a full replacement of our roof. Josh and Cynthia made the whole process very smooth and easy when it came time to choose what we wanted. The roofing crew did a great job with cleanup, but didnā€™t have a correct size vent pipe in stock which resulted in a leak. The NRC crew came back with the proper size and made sure everything was waterproof(and no more leaks since the fix). Knowing that the NRC team has my back if we have any issues in the future gives me peace of mind.

    First off let me start by saying i never give reviews for companies, but i have to for these guys because they saved me from a new homeowner nightmare. Long story short i brought a home and less then 5 weeks after i moved in i had leaking in multiple areas (yes i had an inspectionā€¦.thatā€™s a whole other issue). Luca Constantin came over in less than 48 hours, inspected everything and immediately got to work on getting things approved with my insurance. He was so thorough! Once i got a scheduled appraisal date he made sure to be there with me so nothing was missed and to support me with any questions they may ask. Now originally my insurance did not want to cover the whole roof replacement on the house, and this is where Mike came in. He called my insurance company everyday and even obtained documents from my city to fight my case, and in about 3 weeks he got $20k MORE than what they offered me at first! Needless to say i owe so much to these guys. Jim also came out and helped me pick out colors and explained the entire replacement process with me so Iā€™d know what to expect. He broke down EVERY dime so i knew where my insurance money was going and i appreciated that so much. Overall i had a great experience with this company and Iā€™d for sure use them again.
