    Great company to work with. Have a Hansgrohe shower system so needed a specialized plumber that could get the parts. Called day 1, Austin was here is 3 hours. Great young man, knew what we needed and returned in 24 hours to complete the repair with the needed part. Highly recommend All Star plumbing if you need a Hansgrohe specialist

    Thank you to Melissa, Tracy, and Anthony at All Star Plumbing! I suddenly had no hot water, and with one call to All Star Plumbing my problem was solved. Melissa checked the schedule at this always busy company, and Anthony arrived at my house within three hours! After discussing options together, we decided that a new water heater was necessary. He was able to install the new water heater that very day!All Star Plumbing has done consistently excellent and timely work for me, and I will continue to be long-time and satisfied customer.

    Martin & Melissa and STELLAR!! 5 stars should be 100.It starts off 9 pm New Years night, a sewage backup on a house that just closed escrow. Nothing to fear, I have a home warranty. It’s an emergency, they say. No call back from them and after 4 calls from me 16 hours later and no response I call 1 company who is open 24/7 according the their webpage. They aren’t working that day. Next call, All Star Plumbing. Melissa answers the phone ever so kindly, like an old friend. She nicely explains that she doesn’t deal with home warranty companies but will send me the receipt and I can ask for reimbursement. Also, they can come within 2 - 3 hours. I’m so upset about the 16 hours before I can’t recall if I thanked her. Well, exactly 1 hour and 3 minutes later I get a call, Martin from All Star Plumbing calling to say he is on his way and will be there shortly. Within 5 minutes he is knocking at the door. I show him around, he explains the anatomy of the plumbing in detail, got to work and seemed to solve the problem. Let me just be extra sure it’s okay… it wasn’t. He went back to work. I hear a loud noise and “woah!” I go to look and it was a huge mass of branches at the end of his snake. He then went back to work clearing out the rest and explains all in detail. He took his time with us, answered everything we asked, gave instructions and did his job as he should. I feel he went above and beyond where others have done a partial job to get more business later from us. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are. Ever so grateful and thankful, Dionne

    The staff at All Star Plumbing is amazing! We made a point of getting three bids for replacing our corroded cast-iron pipe that collects grey and black water from all bathrooms, the laundry drain, and the toilets to convey the water to the city sewer lines for treatment and (hopefully) re-use. All Stars bid was consistent with the other two, plus or minus a few dollars, but what caused us to choose them for the major, three-day job, was the fact that they planned the removal and replacement of the old cast-iron pipe to still have use of sinks, showers, and toilets when they were not working on that section of the plumbing system. The front office is well-organized, curteous, and patient. The technicians and plumbers are well-informed, communicate well, and were always on time. When our upstairs bathroom shower took a while to drain the pan, a plumber came over within 36 hours and made sure it was cleaned out without extra charge.I highly recommend All Star Plumbing to anyone.
