    Armando and the team are some of the best in the business. Hes fixed everything from our hot water heater, faucets, toilets and dishwasher install. They show up quickly for emergency fixes and even have great availability when things arent an emergency.They are prompt, kind, fairly priced, honest and a pleasure to work with every time.

    This was the only place that would work on my drains since I didn’t have a clean out. Meaning they had to snake through the roof. They sent 2 guys right away, they were here within an hour and had it cleared in 30 mins. Nice and professional. I would use them again.

    After accidentally running a kitchen sponge through the garbage disposal we werent sure if we got all the pieces of sponge out, as both sink drains and the dishwasher drain was backing up. A & S Plumbing came out the same day that we called them and discovered a problem beyond the sponge event. The drain had a serious build up of grease from years of not being cleaned out. Armando had us back on track in less than an hour in a very professional manner.

    Today, A & S came out and helped my sink run with flowing water again as well as they ignited my water heater, which I was having trouble igniting. They didnt charge anything, although they did leave a quote for replacing my sink, which might need to be done in the future. I appreciate their honesty, their help, no matter how big or small the issue is, and recommend them to anybody who needs a trustful and reliable plumbing service.

    A pipe burst in my well house and I was desperate to get somebody to fix it asap because the well house was getting flooded. I called a few local plumbers but only A&S Plumbing was able to send someone over in 10 minutes! They had a plumber working on another project in my neighborhood and because I had an emergency, the very nice dispatcher send him over to my place and he fixed the pipe on the spot, and even removed the water from the floor with a shop vac. Amazing service, reasonable price and I really appreciate that they’re willing to respond on a moment’s notice. Overall, this is the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in Napa, I’ll always use them for all plumbing jobs.

    I was out of town when I got the 6:55am call from the tenant that the handle broke off the hot water in the shower and she couldnt turn off the water. I contacted Armando and within 15 minutes I had a response and service. He even went to get the part in Walnut Creek so it could be fixed the same day.     Good work but overpriced. He replaced the valve in the shower and was done in 40 minutes. The cost was $340 (the part was $70 of that). I should have asked when I called what the minimum charge was so that was my mistake but $270 is steep.

    After trying to get several plumbers just to show up for an estimate, I got lucky and saw the companys truck in my town and called the number on the van. The office called me back promptly and within 15 minutes, Armando followed me to my house to estimate my job. Within two days it was scheduled, but since it was to rain on that Saturday, Maria offered to send a guy out on Sunday. Easter Sunday!     05.25.24 Saturday Morning 9:00 am call for service .I had a clogged toilet in my one bathroom house that plunging did not fix.I called for service at 9:00 while leaving a voicemail I got a call back. Very professional, polite and kind on the phone .Service was at my house in less than a 1/2 hour . The two service techs were professional , polite , and very efficient .
