    Rivo just finished installing a new walk in shower and new toilet. They removed our tub shower and installed new onyx walk in shower. They definitely kept everything cleaned up as they worked.I want to give a shout out to Bob and Jake. These two guys did an exceptional job, and both were very professional.     We had a plumbing emergency the day after Thanksgiving. Alex arrived, identified the issue, and corrected very quickly. Alex was kind enough to answer all my questions while he was working. And when my wife came down and started asking all of the same questions again, Alex answered them too!I was not previously a RIVO customer. I usually went with another company, but due to the emergency I went with the first company to call me back. Alex is specifically the reason why I will call RIVO first in the future.

    Decided to install a water softener system in my laundry room and reached out to Rivo for recommendations. I dealt with Jake and he was so helpful. He did a fabulous job installing the equipment and copper tubing required for the project. I wanted to be able to water plants and flowers with regular tap water so he installed bypass valves to avoid the softening agents. Jake was a joy to work with! Highly recommend!

    I had an issue with my kitchen sink leaking at the screw that connects two pipes. Rivo set up an appointment the same day. The technician who came to the house was very pleasant, and helpful; his name is Garrett. He explained why my issue happens and had it fixed very quickly. He verified that there was no more leaks, thanked me for calling them to help fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Revo and Garrett for future repairs.

    I live in an older home that has copper piping. From time-to-time the copper pipe will develop cracks along the bottom and pen hole leaks. Rivo, Inc. was selected by my home warranty provider to do the repairs. I received excellent service for Rivo Inc. The job required two days to complete.The two plumbers they sent was Garrett and Zach. They did an excellent job replacing the copper with PVC. The job was challenging due to low ceiling clearance, existing piping, electrical and other obstacles. I would recommend Rivo Inc. to anyone with plumbing issues.

    We had an underground water leak resulting in a small lake in our backyard. Called on Monday morning and Alex and Darren were there within a couple hours and started digging. 90 degree heat and humidity, lots of tree roots cut out, and a 4ft hole later, the two pipe breaches were located and repaired quickly. Couldn’t be happier with their friendly and fast repair!

    Big shoutout to RIVO and MPW for assisting on literally diving headfirst into fixing multiple water leaks on one of our main lines leaving our pump house into the housing addition. This was a challenge as our water line drawings are hard to follow and we’ll have some shut off valves to fix in the future so between Darren, Garret and Jake they were able to excavate to where multiple leaks were located. RIVO was very prompt to respond and had the line locates completed within a short time along with working with MPW to secure some hardware that was only available in the Quad Cities to make the repairs while the water was still flowing. The job was completed quickly, professionally and safely using the proper procedure and tools to keep their workers protected. First time using RIVO and wont be the last for the housing addition or home use. Great job and we appreciate the work that was completed.

    I had a large goldfish tank, but the wife said I was giving them to much attention, and she felt that they were coming in between us in our relationship. Ended up going to marriage counseling and our therapist told me I should get rid of the goldfish. Like most people would, I decided to throw them down the toilet drain. This however was not a good idea, and the fish accidently clogged my sewer line. Thankfully, I reached out to RIVO Inc! They were able to quickly cleanout the sewer line and did so at an amazingly affordable price. The plumber that helped me was named Jake and he is just an awesome dude. He told me about how he had been practicing the game UNO and claimed he was better than anyone on southside of Muscatine. Did not believe him so I challenged him to a match. Apparently, the workload was light that day and he said yes! He ended up destroying me in UNO! After hanging out for a bit he invited the other plumbers over and we had a ball. Played more uno together (jake kept winning), had a few matches of ping pong, and watched a documentary about Roman Empire. By the way, John can bake a mean gooseberry pie. Overall, I had an amazing time and was not only able to get my sewer line fixed but made some amazing friends along the way. I 100% recommend using RIVO Inc. for all your plumbing needs.

    Accidently ate to much egg salad at my nephews bar mitsvah and clogged the toilet really badly. I tried using drain-o which unclogged my toilet but caused my pipes to corrode and start leaking. Luckly for me, I called RIVO Inc! This plumbing company offered spectacular service and was able to quickly replace my pipes. The plumber who assisted me, Alex, was also very entertaining. He is a talented accordion player and showed me his amazing polka skills by playing me the Plumbers Polka.
