Had an appointment today. Nick showed up, checked our gas meter and pipes for leaks. Very polite and responsive to all the questions that I had to ask him. Had the job done in good time. My water heater was on its last legs and Kirk Butcher Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule on short notice. Not only were they on time it only took them a little over an hour to do the replacement. They were up front about what the cost could be an with a bit of prep work on my part they gave me a very fair end cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.I was drawn to them because a few months ago I was in need of getting some work done and I was not able to get anyone to call me back. I was referred to them by someone else. The work I needed complete they did not do but they took the time to talk with me and give me a recommendation for a company to contact. I found this a breath of fresh air as many places will just say we dont do that and leave it at that. Their extra effort when it did not directly get them business got me to take notice and I intend to use them as much as I can moving forward.
