I recently had vinyl siding and hardy plank done on my house. I have to say the whole experience from beginning to end was extremely satisfying.Chad Davis as the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to provide five jobs they had done locally I could walk to from my house in Cherry Grove to look at.I can’t say enough about Mike and Omar that did the work, they were meticulous, and put in long days to complete the job.Brooks the supervisor was at the job site often and readily available when I called or texted.I needed some specialty roof deck work, and they brought in a special team to accomplish that. That team led by Mike was excellent as well.Eugenia and the office staff were wonderful as well as Jason who explained the warranty process.There were some extras that were expected, but they were explained to me in detail.Overall this is the best contractor experience I have had in my six years here in North Myrtle Beach. I would not hesitate to use Contract Exteriors again, and highly recommend them. There level of customer service was outstanding.

We couldnt be happier with contract exteriors and the job they did. Our beach house looks brand new with the new Hardie board and white trim. EVERYONE was friendly, well mannered, professional, and was always ready to answer any questions that we had. Miguel and his crew did an excellent job. Brooks the project manager was wonderful, and also Chad who helped us from the very beginning, also the girls in the office. We would not hesitate to use them again.

First time hiring a contractor for a major project and everything went smoother than I thought it could. I needed my deck and siding replaced. Everyone at contract exteriors were helpful and informative. Kevin met with me 3 times for go over the project and contract (while putting up with my 3 dogs). Lucas showing up every day during my project to check out the progress and helped answer all my constant questions about what happens next. Eugenia was just so nice and was always there when I didn’t know who to call with a question. And finally, Jason helped go over all the warranty info (even brought me a little cake). I’m not sure how it could have gone better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking up upgrade/update their house.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with everyone at Contract Exteriors. Randy came out to assess our project needs and did an excellent job of listening to everything we were looking for and provided great knowledge to answer any questions we had. He returned with a very detailed proposal including recommendations to repair structural items and provided a construction proposal that was exactly what we were looking forward to. He clearly was listening carefully to everything we said. After that, Jay took over a project manager and was fantastic in setting up the timing and logistics of the project and provided excellent communication during the entire process and was present on the job site everyday and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction until the job was done and kept us abreast of any changes that needed to made along the way. As you can see from the pictures, the carpenter, Dana, did a magnificent job crafting a beautiful deck that exceeded our expectations. He worked hard every day and even worked on Saturday to try and finish the job as soon as possible. We were fortunate to have him assigned to our project ! In the end, I can see we are really happy with job the Contract Exteriors team did for us. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a great experience from start to finish with my replacement windows. Chad was my salesman and he was fantastic. He was able to give me exactly what I needed and didnt try to sell me any more than that. Things were delayed because of a great deal of rain, which is to be expected and they were updating me constantly which I appreciated. Dana was the installer and he did phenomenal work. I do have to say Eugenia in the office was Extremely helpful throughout this process. Just wanted to give her a shout out. Jason came by after the install explained the warranty in great detail. I am very pleased I highly recommend them.

These guys were AMAZING! From the 1st initial sit down meeting (cant remember his name but he was wonderful)...all the way through the final check, the guys went above and beyond! Wow, this company goes above and beyond. From the very first reach out to the very last interaction once the job was completed. Everything was done first class. The quality of work, the constant communication and level of service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced with any contractor. We could not be happier with the beautiful eyebrow pergola just installed over the garage door! CE was great to work with every step of the way. My wife and I researched a long list of contractors to replace failing vinyl siding on our 32 year old home on the south end of the Grand Strand. During several meetings with Contract Exteriors of Murrells Inlet, Troy Jolly provided the information we required to make a decision to proceed based upon process, product and service. He tweaked the digital visuals to our liking. The Project Manager, Brooks Boswell, met with us prior to mobilization and frequently throughout the project. Brooks was excellent with his knowledge and communication skills, and with helping us with our particular design changes. The Office Project Coordinator, Eugenia Marshall, was courteous and efficient with contract administration and answering our questions. We rated the skill and professionalism of the installation crew of Mike, Omar and Leo as absolutely outstanding. We could not have asked for better installers. Their quality of work validates our choice of Contract Exteriors. Each one of our neighbors and friends have commented on how much they like the new look of our home.

5 years ago I called Contract exteriors to have my family’s 3rd floor condo deck completely redone along with front door and storm door replacement. I was very concerned about all the steps and expense that would come with this work. I did quite a bit of research and narrowed my decision down to Contract Exteriors. I can not begin to describe how good this decision was. Contract exteriors was professional and timely with inspections and estimates. They helped me with information for HOA approval and their employees who did the work were professional and professional. The job they did 5 years ago still looks perfect. Every year I check in to check up on the 20 year warranty that came with their work and they are always incredibly wonderful. The first contact I had at Contract Exteriors was Eugenia. I must say her professionalism and help was my first impression of their company. Eugenia was wonderful. She monitored my satisfaction throughout the remodeling process and she continues to check on my overall satisfaction. Thank you Eugenia. I’ll be calling Contract exteriors soon to have new sliding glass doors replaced. I highly recommend them for any work. Ask for Eugenia.

Contract Exteriors did a great job installing James Hardie siding on our house. From the initial sales meeting to completion of the project, we were kept inform of the progress and any delays or issues that arose during installation. As issues arose, we were always consulted about the problem and solution to insure we got the quality we desired of the end project. We have received many positive comments from friends and neighbors about how nice our house looks. It does look like a very different house, which is a huge positive that we are very happy with.

We hired Contract Exteriors to replace the roof, siding, and windows on our beach front house at Pawleys Island. From start to finish they did an exceptional job. Their Remodeling Consultant, Jackie Langlois, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in guiding our decision making. Bill Krebs, Production Manager, was technically competent and an exceptional communicator. Bill informed us on the progress and addressed the inevitable issues that come up during construction in a concise manner. His management exceeded our expectations in every respect. The house was occupied during construction and the work crew was always courteous and minimized disruption as much as possible. They picked up daily and kept the jobsite as free from hazards and debris as physically possible. We were astonished that a large, complicated project could be managed so well with no friction and a perfect result. We are delighted with the outcome and feel the price was fair. UPDATE:Eugenia contacted us after seeing this review and sent their General Manager Bill out to look over the issues. He said it was unfortunate the issues we ran into and how the job was left. He assured us he would personally return and fix the issues. He returned and did satisfactorily make the repairs.We understand in this current economic environment competent employees are hard to come by and Contract Exteriors were no exception in having that hiring issue. Glad they did what they could to make it right.We had used Contract Exteriors for a siding project and for a roof replacement. Both projects went off without a hitch. Fast Forward to requesting a quote for a deck surface replacement, railing/ handrail replacement and new entranced door. We had problems from the start. The gentleman that was sent to so the quote either didnt listen or understand what we were asking for. After a conversation with his supervisor we were able too obtain a quote which was acceptable and decided to move forward. We figured they had successfully completed two large scale projects this couldnt be a problem. I was so wrong, I could write a book about all that went wrong on this project. From stairs and landings being removed without our approval to shoddy finish work. They didnt even install the strike plate for the new door and the door was filthy and marred, photos attached.They did split the cost of the mistaken removal of the entrance stairs and landings but those items never should have been removed, it wasnt in the contract and was their mistake.I am not sure what has happened with this once reliable company but I will think twice before using them again.

They replaced our front outside stairs that had become worn, moldy etc. Although I was not present for part of the time they were on the job, they kept me updated with photos and texts every day. They found and showed me that some of the underpinnings had become rotten and would have been not only unsightly but unsafe. Our steps, handrails and the stringers underneath have all be replaced and look beautiful. Their efforts, in particular Brooke who oversaw this job, and Matt who headed up a prior job were great!

Our current project was installing Hardie Plank siding on our carport. Matt Kuzdrall worked diligently on both projects. Brooke Vaught, project manager on this project, efficiently made sure the project came together in a timely fashion. Both were excellent to work with.
