The team at CRM consistently exceeds our expectations.Amanda is incredibly communicative and ensures that important details are addressed and followed through. Dan, one of their carpenters, works with unmatched precision and cleanliness—his attention to detail sets a standard we haven’t seen from other vendors. At the end of each day, the worksite is spotless, and everything is put back so seamlessly that it’s hard to tell they were ever there.Shawn, who supervises the projects, is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every aspect of the work. We recently used CRM to complete two projects in our Condo in NMB. The biggest project was conversion of the master bath tub into a walk-in shower. The three people most involved were Mike Doepel (project manager), Sean Keener (construction), and Will Lilly (plumbing). The job had some fairly major complications which could have increased the cost substantially but they solved the issues and the conversion was completed in less than two weeks for less than $2000 more. It is gorgeous and much safer with a seat and grab bars. It was far beyond our expectations!There were a couple other workers who helped too - unfortunately didnt get their names. All the workers were very pleasant and cleaned up daily before leaving.Sean and another worker (Zack?) also installed some shelving in a closet to be used as a pantry. Took less than a day. Looks great and is MUCH more functional than it originally was.Definitely would utilize this company again.

As a Community Manager I called CRM for an issue when I had raw sewage leaking down the street. Not only did they repair my leak, but they moved and put all the landscaping stones back AND pressure washed the entire area. Most plumbers dont dig and no plumbers will put your landscaping back! They did it all without my even having to ask! I recommend them highly, especially for plumbing, hvac and electrical work!

I had repetitive issues with my HVAC freezing up since we bought our house new. After having the same guy fill it up once a year for 3 years, CRM was able to diagnose, repair, and prevent the issue from recurring. It would have been easy for them to tell me my unit needs to be replaced, but they save me big bucks by going the extra mile and being honest. Steve & DJ rock!
