    I am delayed in this review but I cannot say how much I appreciate Heartlands service and their flexibility! They squeezed in a visit to inspect the furnace in my new-to-me house, found a ginormous problem, and came back to solve it even though I was out of town. The repair involved building a huge custom duct fitting and creating a new filter access point. They also installed a new thermostat, cleaned up old wiring silliness, and installed a cutoff and proper conduit for the A/C unit. Everything was done flawlessly and I will not hesitate to call them again when I need service!

    Ben came out to give us an estimate and really took the time to get to know us and our needs. A tech followed up with us and got our baseboards running. I look forward to working more with them!Follow up! Heartland came out and installed 3 mini splits. The crew was fantastic! Shout out to Josh and Branden for their work. Even mopped the floor to clean up after. Ordered cutom line hides so they will look spiffy. So glad I chose Heartland!

    In late August I had need for a plumber and air conditioning within a few days of each other. The pros at Heartland came to the rescue. I discovered water on the floor in my utility/laundry room and called for help. A technician was here within minutes, found the leak in a fitting of the water line to my washer. He gave me the option of placing a temporary fix to get me to the next day as it was close to end of day and to do the repair now would be time and a half on labor. I opted for the temporary fix. Early the next morning, Randy, a plumber arrived and began work. He explained that he needed to cut a hole in the wall and kept me informed throughout the work. He finished the job in a few hours and I had new valves, a repaired water line and new hoses. He even placed a plate over the hole in the dry wall and everything looks and works great.A few days later during a hot day, I realized the AC was not working. I called Heartland and someone came out that day to assess the problem. The system had no coolant so there was a leak somewhere. He gave me the option of a repair but said that the test to find the leak would be $500. After realizing that the system was 19 years old, we opted to get a new system. Ben came out the next day to assess the system and our needs and presented us with options. We made decisions and Josh and Brandon showed up the next day and began the work of taking out the old and replacing with new. By the next day, we had a new Carrier system. The new thermostat is easy to use and great technology. Thank you Heartland for taking care of our many needs in a timely way. Heartland offers payment options. I highly recommend them. -Nancy M.

    Heartland Heating was there to help us when our Air Conditioning unit died during a 95 degree heat wave. A new unit was on order the same day, it was delivered 2 days later, and it was installed the following day. I dont think there could have been faster service than that.The day of the installation, Heartland Heating showed up exactly on time (8:30 am) and had the unit installed by by 3 pm. They gave me updates as the day progressed to let me know when the smoke alarm might go off; why and what they were drilling, etc. Its comforting to be able to anticipate unusually circumstances, and they were very good with information. I appreciated that.Finally, when they were finished, the place was clean! I wouldnt have known they had been there--except that I had a new unit and my home was again cool.

    I had a steam humidifier installed on my heat pump system. Rowdy made a competitive bid after thoroughly examining my heating system. A date was set for installation and Jake from Heartland came out and did an excellent job of installing my steam humidifier. All in all it was a great experience. Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable people who did the work they said they would, when they said they would, for the price theysaid .I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

    Heartland has been taking care of our HVAC for many years. For the last 3 years theyve been warning me that my almost 20 year old furnace/AC unit was nearing the end of its life. During their spring maintenance visit they gave me the bad news. The unit needed to be replaced.Ben the installation estimator came out several days later. Did a complete inspection of our unit. Checked out the attic & the crawlspace. He made several recommendations, provided options.One week later Josh & Brandon and another crew member came out, early. They surveyed the situation and got right to work. Ripped out the old and started putting in the new. I thought we might have to spend the night in a hotel, it was a hot day. They said they never leave customers without heat or AC if at all possible. Had the new unit up by noon.Came back another day to finish ductwork, as scheduled.All of the guys were a pleasure to be around. Competent and professional. Kept us informed about their progress. Explained things to us.Highly recommend!

    Dec 23 when all services were buried with My pipes are frozen! calls...Heartland added my plea for help with my frozen pipes to their already overextended list of callers. While I waited I obtained a heater to put under the house, turned up my heat, did anything I could think of to remedy the situation...but it just didnt help. The young ladies stayed in contact with me (I think Crissy and Jaclyn were names...forgive my spelling!) I was absolutely ecstatic when serviceman John actually rang my doorbell...the fact that he quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue was impressive and eased my worry which had piqued as the hours passed! My pipes werent frozen....BUT the citys water meter WAS! John did not leave me hanging! While we waited for city water dept to remedy the meter situation.... he closed up my crawl space and physically carried my heater to my garage! We shared conversation and he checked everything to ensure me that my stressful situation was over! I cannot thank John and the young ladies at Heartland enough...truly top of the line in a world where good, knowledgeable, competent and caring service is very difficult to find! Heartland....keep it up, your are a brightly shining star in the service world and I will sing praises about you to All people I encounter!

It was nice to be able to have a clear and honest conversation about the repair. He explained the issue, the way to repair it, and what the cost would be. In and out in under an hour and Im WARM!     We love heartland! Rowdy came out to inspect our 30+ furnaces. Found small traces of CO2 leaking in our upstairs furnace and condemned it. Ben came out gave us an estimate and the install team came a few days later for the install. They were all awesome.

    Marc, Lincoln and Dave at Heartland were awesome. From first contact to last day on the finished job + follow up calls to see if I had any problems or questions, they were professional, efficient and friendly. Plus they observed safety protocols and wore face masks when they came inside the house. I have an older home and the job took a bit longer than expected but Marc kept me posted. I have nothing but good things to say! My new AC worked perfectly and I love the wireless thermostat. Can’t wait to try out the new furnace once it gets cold enough. Thanks Marc and crew!!

    I had trouble finding anyone who could do my install in a timely manner right before Christmas. Heartland was able to squeeze me in. They called two hours ahead, and asked if they could come early (kudos both on the early and the call to see if it was OK). They completed the task quickly, efficiently, and for the agreed upon price - using modern industry best practices that many technicians skip. They will be my first call next time.

    Our sump pump went out and flooded our basement. Called Heartland and within 30 mins they were at the door! Sump pump replaced and basement free of water within 1 1/2 hours. Very fast response and very professional from lady that answered the phone to guy that did the repairs. Will definitely use again if needed!!!

    I have two recent experiences with Heartland. A few weeks ago, my central air conditioning unit was under-performing. Within a couple hours after reaching out to Heartland, Rowdy Z. had identified the problem (a small snake in the capacitor!) and made the repair. Today, Rowdy performed the annual maintenance check on my gas furnace. He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and took care to explain what he was doing and what needed attention.I highly recommend Heartland and Rowdy in particular!

    I can not sing their praises enough. In the middle of sub zero temperatures, I woke up to my house 50 degrees and declining. I called these guys immediately. Within 30 minutes they were here. Shortly after my heat was blowing hot air again. I cannot even describe how appreciative I am. Extremely professional and the customer service was top notch!     I have been working with Ryan at Heartland for a few months on my mothers house, she is 94 and her house needed several things. I consulted several AC companies, but Heartland was the one that followed through above and beyond all the others. Ryan was extremely professional and helpful in getting my mother a grant from Ameren to help pay for some of the things her home needed. I could not have done it without him. I will never use any other Heating and Air company. So many people are just out to make a buck, but Heartland went that extra mile for us. i highly recommend them! Thank you!

    They came out within 30 mins our call to check out the issue and first thing the next morning J.W. and his crew were here in the freezing cold and snow to fix our issue. They were extremely professional and punctual and did a fantastic job fixing our clogged drain that was flooding our basement. HIGHLY recommend these guys for any of your issues.
