    KEVIN came for our dual furnace tuneup and thoroughly explained what he did and what I need to watch for. He also quoted me for air duct cleaning. He did not try to force me into any other costs, just explained to me things I could do and also gave me the costs for them. I appreciate this business and their fairness. He also came on time and was tidy.

    We have no AC for 2 weeks. Insurance sent 4 contractors and all failed to fix the unit. Finally, insurance found your company and you sent Dan to check it. He was polite and professional. He took his time to figure out what the problem is and was able to FIX it. Dan will get it done and he is highly recommended!

    Dan came to my house for a clean and check of my two furnaces. He spotted many problems that my prior HVAC guy left for me but didnt talk about with me. Dan is very professional and courteous. He did great work and got my systems up and running.

    Mike and his team came and inspected the unit within a day to confirm the issue with the unit. The serviceman took less than 10 minutes to identify the problem, which to me shows his level of knowledge. We called to schedule the unit to be replaced and the team was able to fit us in within 72 hours. The team brought in blankets to protect the surfaces they walked on while working and swept the floor after they were done. The team was personable and kind, taking the time to explain what they were doing and how the unit works. Thank you for the great service!

    I got connected with Kwik Serv Plumbing Heating and Cooling through my home warranty with American Home Shield. I got a Pre-Season Tune Up and Kevin showed up to do the work. Kevin arrived during the scheduled appointment time. I showed him the error message on my Ecobee and he fixed my problem in about an hour. Kevin answered all of my questions and explained what was happening. I am very happy to have my furnace running at the temperature that I like.

    We had a furnace that was original to the house and an a/c that was barely keeping up with one room. These guys recommended a furnace for us, with a matching a/c, gave us a great deal, and have been prompt and professional when we need service. We asked if we needed a bigger a/c unit, and they told us that it wasnt working due to age, not size. They easily could have sold us something much more expensive, but they didnt. I appreciated the honesty a lot, and 3 years later, we still love our system. Thank you!

    I own a small business, one of the furnaces went down, I made a call and I was told as soon as a a tech was available they would be out.Not only did they fix my current issue but during the 15 min wait to confirm the furnace was cycling properly they found another (the same) issue on my second unit. Both units were fixed and back up and running in a hour.No complaints, only praise.

    North Shore Heating & Cooling has been taking care of our furnace and A/C since we bought our house in 1987. Some years ago they replaced the furnace, which was probably 40 years old at that point. We have always had great (and fairly priced) service from them and now, from the businesses with which which they are associated. The service people have always been very competent as well as pleasant and always leave the furnace and surrounding area clean and tidy. I recommend this business and I thank the young man who performed the annual furnace maintenance today.
