    Brain was amazing. Made sure that I was aware of everything going on and made sure I was ok with it. He did an amazing job and I couldn’t ask for anything more of him.     My original heater system went down. Called Legendary and Sean came quite quickly to the rescue. Very happy as I called another company prior who wouldnt get back and was putting me off. Legendary is the BEST of the BEST. They were very detailed at explaining problems and honesty gave different options and best case scenarios.They replaced full HVAC unit/heat pump System at reasonable cost. Worked so good I had to call cause I was freezing...as my last system in summer was set same but nowhere close in comparison. Also...very responsive...as immediately. On a 5 star scale they get 10!!! Beyond EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

    Brian and Frank did a great job clearing a clog on my main line. Brian walked me through the whole process from initial evaluation to the major unclogging and flushing and explained everything to me in easy terms without making me feel dumb. They did their best to be respectful of property, family members working and even pets. They were prompt and polite. The work was expensive, but Brian did his best to be fair. I would hire them again.

    We had a leak in the galvanized pipe in our utility room, Frank and an associate came out to refit the pipes the pipes with copper. They were professional and quick. And when the upstairs pressure wasnt right after the work they spent some extra time fixing it without charging us extra. We will continue to work with Legendary service.

    I scheduled an appointment online without needing to call (much easier that way) and on the day of the appointment they called asking if it was okay to come earlier (which worked out perfectly). They were able to fix my leaky faucet, which I had attempted and failed to do, within about 30 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up everything when they finished. I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan for my heating, cooling, and plumbing, too, since I havent had that done in a while... Id definitely recommend them!

    The service my mom received was exceptional! Frank is very pleasant and my mom felt at ease with him doing work at the house.     Legendary went above and beyond this morning. We had an issue with our tankless water heater. I called and they sent someone out right away. They solved the problem within minutes and got our water heater up and running again as well as showed us how to maintain our system if it happens again. The technician also noticed a few issues and fixed them without being asked. I highly recommend them!!!

My house is a old house with a lot of HVAC traps and have been working with the technicians for some time. They really know their stuff and would recommend them for any size project.     All of the techs were very professional, friendly and well trained. I was very pleased with their work. Legendary installed a a furnace for me in January. They did a great job with that so I went back to them for may AC installation and a difficult plumbing problem.     Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a HVAC contractor. My furnace died and I opted to install a new unit. Sean was amazing. I was his last stop of the day. When he determined he wouldn’t be able to ‘band-aid’ my 16 year old unit to get the heat going he was quickly able to secure a new unit after hours (I had requested the new unit vs replacing the part). He called me at 8pm and told me his team would be back at 9am to do my install which floored me. I was expecting to have no heat for a day or two more. Before Sean left my house he left a space heater to help keep us warm. Sean’s team came the next day and was very respectful of my house and worked non-stop.I highly recommend Legendary. I was impressed with Sean’s sense of urgency to ensure my family’s comfort. It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work like Legendary. I was so impressed that they will now become my go to plumber.

    Had an emergency on a Saturday. Drain backup in tub and laundry area. Called Legendary, talked with Sean, he assessed what had to be done..was there under an hours time. That was impressive! Clean, friendly and very respectful of your home. He carefully explained what he had to do and got right on it. Power rodded out my drain pipes till everything flowed clean. Took about an hour and a half. Explained to me clearly on how to prevent this from happening again. Cleaned up any mess he made..which was very minimal.     Wonderful experience. The gentlemen who completed the service (Sean and his helper) were very professional, knowledgable and honest. And of course they did great work. This was a routine servicing and unfortunately there were some small issues that needed to be addressed. They were very thorough in the explanation of the issues and the quote for the price of the necessary work was reasonable. I did not feel at all like i was being swindled. This company also offers service agreements that you can pay for annually or monthly. I actually signed up for their silver service because it makes a-lot of sense. I would recommend Legendary. Great experience overall.
