    The most professional and reliable electrical service company I have come across! Ive called about 10 different electrical services companies in the past five months trying to get estimates on repair work, most of which never got back to me or told me they would come do an evaluation and then never show up. Not only did the owner message me right away after I put up a post on Facebook looking for referrals, but he also responded to my message right away and got me on the schedule the very same week!Our technician, Dylan, showed up on time and took time to explain what needed to be fixed. He gave us a detailed estimate and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I really cant say enough good things about our experience! Im so impressed that Im referring him out to friends and family.

    We had Noah and Colby come to our house for several electrical issues we were having. They were on time for the appointment, very professional and friendly. After listening to our concerns they did a general inspection and evaluated the things we were having problems with. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were given a detailed written price for the work that needed to be done, as well as options for other work that we could choose to do. Everything was completed that afternoon and we were very happy as the work done was exactly what we wanted and what we agreed upon. We will be moving soon and are happy to hear that they also service that area. We plan on using this company again for our new home. I would definitely recommend Superior Service Electric and was very happy with the technicians sent to us

    I had quite a bit that needed to be done, so Dylan and Colby were here for three days. They not only have transformed my basement, they were super friendly and patient with my son asking a million questions. Today, Superior sent two extra guys, Noah and Seth, to help finish the last leg so I could have power back on. Even though they had a lot of stuff to maneuver around they were all very careful not to damage anything. From what I’ve seen that is rare with construction and renovation crews, but greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using them again, and I will highly recommend Superior to anyone else.

    Based on some great reviews, we called Superior Service Electric. Our technician, Dylan, was professional, conscientious, & knowledgeable. He was able to identify and show us some potential safety issues with our 50-year-old electrical service quickly. After his inspection, he thoroughly explained his findings from the 11-point evaluation. He then provided a very fair set of estimates - we opted to have his crew do all the work suggested, including replacing the old sservice panels. The work was completed on schedule as outlined. The site was left cleaner than he found it.Trust this company. We’ve lived in a lot of houses in five states over the decades, and this is one of the best electrical contractor companies we’ve encountered. Shout out to Colby, Dylan’s assistant, on all 3 days. Great teamwork!

    Called Saturday. Man told me $99 fan installation M-F and $109 after hours. Did NOT say the $99 was a service call. Prices were outrageous. I am changing my rating to 5 ⭐️ because after lengthy conversations with the owner, it is quite apparent that he truly cares about his customers. It was a learning experience for both of us and I’m sure some changes will be made. However, I caution any prospective customers to speak directly with a business employee and not the answering service for information.

    Tony Fields was our tech and he came in and was very polite about it did everything very professionally. Did an amazing inspection and found a fire hazard where the receptacle at some point it caught fire. He checked every single receptacle that he needed to and got us the power on and running within 2 hours and did it safely.

    This company was great to work with! They had a electrician out to our house within an hour and a half of my call, without us having to request emergency service. They texted me with a picture of the electrician with a short bio when he was on his way, so I knew exactly who was coming to my house. They were extremely thorough in determining the problem, explaining my options, and reiterated that our safety was their #1 priority. They offered financing, and the electrician wore a mask throughout his visit. Would definitely use again.

It all begins when speaking with Carissa to set up the date, time and details needed. She is always pleasant and well organized, insuring the visit will be successful. The lead technician, Dylan, is knowable and always helpful, explaining details in a way non-electricians (like me) can easily understand. The second technician, Colby, was very helpful and also worked independently to help finish the service call quickly and correctly. He and his apprentice, were courteous & respectful while completing the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. Although the cost of all needed repairs far exceeded my finances they did give me the option of financing the total amount, which I declined. I will be using them in the future for my electrical contracting needs. Highly recommended 👌

    Superior has been my go-to electricians for about 4 years for many remodel jobs and other miscellaneous improvements to my house. They have always been very professional and courteous from the ladies setting the appointments to the technicians doing the work. Dylan came out on an annual service call today and on other jobs previously. He did a very thorough inspection and provided good information about the status of my electrical system. I highly recommend this company.
