    Jarod came out early in the morning to ensure I got to work at a decent time. I had been fighting a breaker all weekend. He showed up, introduced himself and got straight to work. It took him maybe 5 minutes to correct my issue and get us back up and going. He explained everything very well. Very humble person and trust worthy. None of that sales stuff at all, just a man here to fix my problem! I will be calling them in the future. I trust him completely.Thanks Jarod!

    This company is WONDERFUL!! If you ever have a solar connection problem they can fix it so quickly!!!!😊😊😊please give them a call …if your solar company has left you stranded like ours did..which was Excell Home Solar from Bethalto!!     I had a problem with a tripped breaker in my garage yesterday (10 degrees above zero, burr). Jared responded within an hour to inspect the panel. It turns out, in a panic I forget to reset the breaker, a senior moment for me. Note Jared did not charge for the visit. Now that is customer service folks!

    I had the owner out to look at a small issue with a couple indoor outlets today. He was very professional and perfectly prompt. After quickly addressing the issue and correcting, he had time look at slightly bigger issue with our detached garage. Im actually looking forward to receiving the bid for that work and getting it fixed too. Highly recommend!

    Jared takes his business seriously and provides great value. We had some items come up that werent written into the scope of work but Jared tackled them and made sure we were taken care of. He installed a full rough in, new 200amp service, barn sub panel feed, relocated meter, and even did the final trim out for us.Has some fun stories about wiring famous peoples houses in Hollywood even lol.Give this guy your business, you wont regret it. I got 4 bids on my job and he was the best quality and brought up so many things that none of the other electricians mentioned.

    Ive used this company 3 times. Jared is very responsive and he and his technician worked hard to perform the work and obtain a permit in record time. They were polite, professional, and available really quickly which was great. The pricing was reasonable and I would use them again.

    Recently, I purchased several electrical items that needed direct attention, installation and by a qualified professional. I elected the the referral of a reliable source and made the telephonic contact for an appointment. The electrician, namely Jared appeared in my residence and after listening to my concerns, he initiated his services. I must state, Jared’s quality in the projects was highly professional. He completed my request without any complications. His demeanor and craftsmanship are exemplary of his company’s customer service. I am very satisfied and will use this company and hopefully Jared in future service request confidently.

    We needed a new sub panel installed for a workshop. After getting a few quotes we went with Jared, who was both responsive and fast. He also paid attention to the historic details of our property, and routed the cables through our basement carefully. Really happy with the work, and we will certainly be using them in the future.

    We just had Remer Electric put in a new meter pedestal at our house after a tree fell during a storm. Jared was easy to work with and coordinated the shut down and re-connection with the power company. He was responsive when I had questions and completed the work when scheduled. Jared will be my first call when I have electrical issues. I would highly recommend this company.
