    I had more than plumbing come out by my home warranty company. Based on the reviews I was pretty worried if the issue we had with the tub was going to g to be fixed or not. But to my surprise we had the please of Connor come out to our home and did an amazing job! Professional efficient and quick.

    More Than Plumbing was assigned to me by AHS. The online service request was quick, easy and took an a week for a text to come w my appt date. Arrival 8-4 on a particular day. I texted back to confirm I was able to take the day off short notice but was concerned ab PTO. Next day they texted arrival time 8-12. Yay!I received a text the morning of with a tracker (like Dominos). Connor came in, was professional AND down to earth. Fixed it and explained, showed me each step he took and gave me information in case replacement was needed. Eventually I learned replacement was needed and Connor responded within a couple hours to get the replacement process started. He had already confirmed me of what was and was not covered with replacement. I appreciated that bc expectations are big for a single senior citizen. Looking forward to having hot water and grateful that Connor will be handling the work.

    More than plumbing was assigned to us by AHS. Connor was very professional in explaining the problem with our water heater, which needed to be replaced. He was upfront with how much of the work may be out of pocket and was dead on with his estimate. He also arrived to do the replacement and did an excellent job.

    Great service from Connor with my plumbing issue. There are many numbers to call for the service, which makes a little confusing. Only one actually gets you to a real person. Just be persistent because the service was within all parameters of time and quality.

    More Than Plumbing was the business selected by American Home Shield (AHS) to replace our Hot Water Heater when our existing unit broke down.AHS got us an appointment booked with More Than Plumbing within a day of filing our claim. We were initially concerned by the very low Google review, but this is who AHS picked so we had to roll with it. That existing 2.1 star rating is NOT at all representative of our experience. Our transaction was excellent.Frank is the technician who arrived on time exactly within the appointment window, he assessed our situation and gave us all the recommendations/info needed to make an informed decision.The way AHS works - the plumber has to order the new hot water heater that AHS approves, so thats where the delay came into play. Going a week without hot water is no fun, but thats the process so it is what it is.We got an email from AHS within a few days that the new hot water heater arrived to the plumbers shop and we confirmed our install appointment all through the automated AHS messages.Frank and another gentlemen arrived at the early end of the install appointment window, got the old unit removed and the new unit installed within a few hours. They cleaned up the area they worked in superbly and left my basement as neat as when they arrived. Frank made sure we tested all our faucets and got the air out of the water lines & that everything was working perfectly before they wrapped up and left. The new hot water unit was installed very professionally and looks like it too.We had some extra out-of-pocket expenses due to code changes and incorrect piping from the prior hot water heater install that Frank was transparent about. The cost seemed fair for the work completed.Overall - we had a great experience with More Than Plumbing and for the most part AHS as well. Id highly recommend this business.

    Connor was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable! Thankful we found the problem with our water pressure! I do not understand the low reviews! This place was great and honest!

    To preface - I was a little apprehensive at first when seeing the stars and some of the google reviews.The team at More than Plumbing was assigned to my location through my AHS home warranty. I will say that they did an exceptional job in replacing my water heater. Frank (plumber) was very knowledgeable and professional, and very upfront about any cost out of pocket that AHS home warranty may not cover. Courtney (scheduler) was very transparent as well about the possible lead time to get a water heater that AHS would replace my old one with. Overall, I would say that the team did an excellent job in communicating, scheduling, and executing the replacement of our water heater.

    They did a great job for me. I had Frank do some work, he did a number of items, installed facet, install water line to fridge, set up slop sink for washer dryer, and most of all fixed a prior plumbing screw up and he re did the piping for one of our bathrooms. Ask for Frank to take care of you.

    I needed a water heater replaced and Troy explained everything, including contacting AHS to accept the charges, which I did. The following week Troy texted me that the service was still pending at AHS, then he fixed the issue and two days later he was installing the water heater. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, kept on working while talking with us.

    The water heater went toast, and they were assigned through AHS on 9/7. The customer service was outstanding! Troy was very transparent about what was needed and how long it was going to take. Once the new tank was ordered, both Troy and Jacob came back out on 9/13, made sure everything was safe, installed correctly, and worked. The office staff was great at getting everything scheduled and answered all my questions. No unexpected surprises or bogus upcharges to ensure everything was up to code! Definitely recommend them!

    Not sure how everyone else experience went. Mine was really good. I have a home warranty through AHS. My faucet and garbage disposal were both leaking. The appointment was setup the following day. Troy came out and told me he had to order the parts and would be back in a few days once theyre in. Got an email a few days later telling me they got the parts and scheduled another appointment for install. Total install time took less than hour. Overall time frame was about a week. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews but they were really good for me.

    To be honest I read the reviews and was very nervous about the entire situation. I was connected to them with first American home warranty. Frank was my plumber and he was incredible. He pointed out a couple areas in the basement that would potentially need work down the line he explained everything thoroughly and clearly and he went above and beyond. I thought I just had sump pump issues but it turns out they were more things going on in there and he also reached out to the warranty company and confirmed that they were covered. Unfortunately some of my lines and stuff were damaged and those were not covered but he was extremely clear and I couldnt be happier. I will be requesting Frank anytime I do business with these guys because he was incredible.Thank you Frank and more than plumbing, my socks are dry and I have you to thank.

    I was in a panic when our hot water tank started leaking one night alllll over our basement. Courtney in the office was amazing at getting on the horn to get a new hot water tank for us (thru our home warranty co, AHS) as quickly as possible, knowing especially that we were going out of town for a week. The technician Connor is phenomenal! I am so grateful and appreciative at what More Thank Plumbing did for us. Thank you!

    More Than Plumbing is an excellent company to have your plumbing needs done with! I would like to say how professional and timely my hot water tank installation was completed. Hats off to Courtney who is the gem of the company!!! My plumbers were excellent Connor and Dylan they had much patience in completing my job!!! I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to them all!!!

    Frank came out to my condo. He was nice, knowledgeable, and had the issue diagnosed within minutes. He had a call into my home warranty company with an approval to do the repairs, he then did the repairs and was done within an hour. If I had read the reviews I probably would have been nervous. This just shows that it is not the company, but the people that work for the company. Frank was outstanding and I will use them again and request Frank. (Issue was sump pump-float shut off)

    Cannot say anything bad about More Than Plumbing! The staff was so nice, concerned, knowledgeable, prompt, tidy, friendly, empathetic and reasonable!!  Have had MoreThan Plumbing three times this year, once a leak under the kitchen sink and a running toilet, then, collapsed drain. Troy who came out two times, his first time, with an intern. Troy and the intern fixed the pipe under the sink and fixed the toilet. The second time that Troy came out, he had another intern and they were seeing what More Than Plumbing to fix the collapse drain. Richie, Sebastion and Joe came out to fix the collapsed drain, they worked all day and Richie kept in step by step. They broke up the concrete floor up, carrying the concrete and dirt and mud from the basement and they cleaned up.

    Had a great experience with our tech, Connor. Investigated multiple seized shutoff valves throughout the house, diagnosed, rebuilt some, got others moving without intervention. Provided a lot of useful maintenance advice.

    More Than Plumbing has been assigned to me, on three different occasions, through my home warranty company. Frank knows his stuff. He took time to explain his repairs and did the job without rushing. He installed a new master bathroom sink faucet for me, replaced a Delta faucet cartridge, diagnosed and repaired a kitchen sink leak, installed new kits on 4 of my Kohler toilets so I can get another 20 years of use out of them, and fixed a toilet that was rocking.I had another plumbing company assigned to me last week, due to a different sink link, and the new company compromised the water pressure in my entire house, so much so that our toilets struggled to flush! I kept saying that Frank wouldnt have done poor work like that!
