    Brian the plumber, outstanding work and explaining the work that needed to be performed detailed. A basement toilet in a vanity sink. He really knows his stuff and very clean as he goes with the old debris. With fair price labor and material. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. It was a pleasure doing business with them as well as Brian the plumber. I just added the stand-up shower kit in my basement the shower came in a kit form. Brian the plumber came out. And explained everything that needed to be done for the shower to be installed now as well as gave me a fair price on labor and material. Once again he did an outstanding job and installing this the basement no frills shower that I ordered in kit form.

    Had one plumber tell me I needed a new hot water heater after just sending pictures. I called Heaney to come take a look at it. All it needed was a new fitting on top of the tank. Thank you for being honest, and saving me a lot of money!

    Sal was our technician, came by Friday to check the problem in our house. Based on the issue, he would have to get the part and come back Monday to install. He was here first thing Monday morning. He installed it and gives my husband a rundown of the boiler system. I asked him a few questions and he showed us what we needed to do to keep our heat working order and some maintenance. Sal was wonderful, super helpful, and a pleasure to have come work on this.     Our furnace went out and Heaney was able to squeeze us in that day for a quote. They diagnosed, quoted us a price and had the unit repaired in less than an hour. Great guys and excellent service. Will definitely use them again!!

    I wish I could give this company and Brian K. a 10 star review. Bryan arrived in a timely manner and got to work immediately. He gave me a full report of what needed to be done with my gas line (dryer). He also noticed a few other issues with my gas lines and gave me a few recommendations to get them fix later. I will definitely get Bryan to help me out with future issues for sure!

    When I tell you that this is the greatest company for anything heating, cooling, and plumbing. My service from them Two furnaces, full duct work,gas pipes, water line, electrical work,hot water heater, and new chimney line.. This Company is responsive and has a very professional staff.. They were on time, attentive, cared about your property, understood they were still in your space and respected your privacy..Knocked and announced themselves before entering Everytime.. Made sure you knew exactly what they were doing.. Properly planned for days ahead once learning the job needed more time... All jobs were done beautifully..There services were absolutely amazing.. 5 star isnt a good enough rating for this company... No worries when you hire them for the job..

    I just want to thank Sal for coming out to my house to try to find my kitten that got into my cool air return, he was friendly professional with a great attitude.I was so grateful to him and he showed up the next day to see if my kitten was okay and for me that meant everything.Thank you Sal!

    I called 7 or 8 places for my office, and only Heaney would come out same day to a commercial building. Not only did the technician, Bob Courtney, come out when he said he would, he was very thorough and professional. He came back the next day with the necessary parts and repaired our roof top heating system! Heaney was very reasonably priced and a great customer service company! I highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again!

    Steffan and his co worker (whose name I forgot, sorry dude) were awesome. Punctual, nice to be around and was always helpful in educating things to look for and what he was doing with his task at hand. Very helpful to someone who isn’t knowledgeable in gas and plumbing. Helps keep me informed and safe. Appreciate it guys!

    Wed had several plumbing companies come out to the house due a backup in our basement. Unfortunately, non of them were able to solve the issue nor properly access the cause of issue. Sterling, the contractor from Heaney Plumbing was by far the best!! He provided a very thorough description of what was going on and offered an extremely informative plan of action. After being told by several different contractors that there was nothing more that they could do to remedy the problem, I was definitely more hopeful after my experience with Heaney Plumbing. We looking for to furthering our business with them.

    I truly COULDNT be happier that I chose Heaney Heating to replace my central air unit. First of all, Everyone in the office was extremely courteous! They got a technician out the next morning for an estimate, and their price beat every other estimate I received. John was who installed the unit, and I cant say enough good things about him! He was EXTREMELY HONEST from the very beginning! Plus, I feel he went above and beyond in making sure everything was working great before he left! He cleaned up after himself, so all I had to do was sit back, and ENJOY the COOL AIR! THANK YOU HEANEY! And THANK YOU JOHN!!! You guys are THE BEST!!!

    I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed to have it repaired. I called Heaney and Steffan and his crew of Chris and Tony came out and saved the day.They were very professional, polite, and patient, answering all our questions.     We bought our house last year and our basement stack had been on and off leaking. It completely stopped so we put off getting it fixed until it started leaking even worse one day all over our basement floor(woops). We called Heaney Plumbing & Heating and they sent out Harvey right away, He was prompt, polite and very professional! The stack looks awesome, what a difference in color from the old one. It was way overdo in being replaced and looks much nicer in our finished basement now. We shouldve called sooner and will be sure to call Heaney next time right away. Absolutely recommend them and their work!!!

    Austin and Harold are fantastic, professional plumbers. We recently moved and needed all kinds of work done, including replacement of toilets, redoing the pipe under the kitchen sink so the garbage disposal and dishwasher would work correctly, fixing the leak from the master shower into the basement, installing new fixtures for sinks and showers through-out the house, etc. We have been fortunate to work with Austin and Harold twice before, and we have had other plumbers from Heaney plumbing as well, and every single time these gentlemen check carefully with you to see what you want done, examine the job, and then do it in a most excellent way. Everything is always cleaned up/replaced and the home is better for them being there.Prices are very fair and the work is excellent. Austin and Harold never try to scam you or oversell - they explain what is needed to be done and then ask you how you want to proceed. I appreciate them so much -- shout out to Liz in the office for all her work with insurance claims! THANK YOU!!!!

    Professional service from the receptionist to the technicians. They replaced a part and fixed some wiring on my central air. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it in a timely manner. And unlike most contractors didnt try to drain my bank account. They did a great job at an honest price. Great dane heating and cooling should try that maybe they would get return customers. Highly recommend would use again.

    Austin and Harold did an amazing job on re-plumbing my entire home. They explained the process every step of the way and answered all of my questions.     I had a gas leak under my house and the gas company didn’t know where it was so they shut off my gas. I had called 4 different companies and they all cancelled or said they don’t have the equipment to pressure test my gas lines and other excuses. Well Heaney came out and actually spent time looking at the lines communicating with his fellow workers to come up with a plan of action. John was the tech that came out to do the diagnosis. Now mind you he is a very big man like 6ft 5in man. He took the time to crawl under my house not just once but three times! He went way above and beyond in my book. If he hadn’t taken the time he wouldn’t have found the 3 leak and my house could of exploded or caught on fire after gas had been turn back on. He even went to the hardware to get new fittings for the gas line for the furnace. I actually cried when he showed me the gas line for furnace. I just want to say Thankyou to you guys at Heaney!!!! Also they waived my deductible and I am so thankful for that because I don’t know how I would of paid them!!! They are a blessing and Thankyou agin!!!!

    Cecil did a great job in repairing my main line . Harvey was spectacular and did all my rough-ins for bathroom, kitchen, and basement — as well as replacing all the old galvanized with copper and upgraded pipes. Regardless of the tight spaces and older-house construction challenges, Harvey did an amazing job. The prices were extremely fair, and the quantity of the work and knowledge and helpfulness of the plumbers is impressive.
