Great experience from start to finish. We used Heisner Ceilings on my mother in laws basement remodel. He tore out a partially done ceiling that was a disaster from another contractor that we had to kick off the project. Roy and his crew came in and knocked it out of the park on the whole basement. Wish we found him first! Cant thank them enough and would definitely use again.

I had problems getting my ceiling done because of where I live. I called contractor after contractor and no one would call me. One contractor hung up on me when I told him where I lived. I had become very frustrated. But, I refused to give up. I went on Google one last time and came across Heisner company. Roy and his wife are nice, courteous, and professional. If I could give them a 5+, I would.

Mr Heisner came out to help me with a DYI from the prior owner gone wrong. He was able to come and give me a quote in short time - the work was scheduled shortly there after and completed in less than half a day. He dramatically improved the fit and finish from the prior work, and went above and beyond to help relocate lights and improve the overall efficiency of the space. He helped me move large furniture back and forth and the end result is fantastic!

I contacted Roy for a quote and he responded very quickly. He and his wife came out and provided a very reasonable quote.We hired them to do a drop ceiling for the back add on addition and redo our basement drop ceiling. They contacted us right away with their availability of when they would be able to come out. They arrived on time, are very professional, work efficiently and most importantly their work is high quality. They even cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. Overall they did an excellent job. Very kind people. They exceeded my husband and I’s expectations. Especially since we’ve experience terrible service with some of these other companies. We are so happy with their work. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future needs.

I have never written a review in the past, I was just so proud of the job Roy and his wife Darlene did, I felt the need to highly recommend Heisner Ceiling to anyone looking for a drop ceiling install. Roy work is impeccable, when Roy starts your job you can be assured he does not waste any time , very hard worker and cares deeply in his work, also more than reasonably priced compared to other companies quoted. Roy and his wife came out for the initial estimate for a drop ceiling tear out and new drop ceiling install. They were lovely and on time. The quote was great on price. He was able to start the job the next week. Roy and another kind gentleman showed up to do work promptly at 7 AM and were finished by the end of day. There was no mess left behind and the work looks amazing. It’s clean and fresh and made an amazing improvement. Thanks Roy!

I used Heisner Ceilings on my custom basement project. Roy is very knowledgeable about the different products that are available on the market. He took the time to go over some of my concerns. He cleaned up the job site daily and barely knew he was even in the basement performing his task. He is definitely a class act and his work is outstanding. Anyone that is looking to get a ceiling done, I could not recommend any other company but Heisner Ceilings.

If you need a drop ceiling, dont waste your time calling anyone else! Roy just finished the ceiling in my basement and his work is impeccable. He was here on time, finished quickly, efficiently and quietly. He cleaned when he left and it was like he was never here, except for the beautiful new ceiling! If I, or anyone I know need anything like this done, I wouldnt waste time calling anyone but Heisner Ceilings.

I contacted Mr. Heisner on a Friday, he reviewed the job on Saturday, which is when I received his affordable estimate. He started and finished the job on the following Wednesday. He is professional, kind, informative and a perfectionist. I have a very high level of satisfaction on this job very well done. It is beautiful!I have been waiting to get this ceiling done since my husband did some renovation in the basement before he passed 2 years ago. Roy installed a drop ceiling in our churchs mechanical and storage closets. He was very responsive and communicated throughout the process from the initial quote request to job completion. His quote was significantly less than others, and it was accurate once the invoice came in. The quality of the work was excellent. There was a tricky attic hatch in which he implemented a creative solution installing an angled panel that provided clearance.
