    I want to take a few moments to show some true appreciation to Erick, his wife and their crew at Rescue Plumbing. We have used Rescue Plumbing for a couple years now, every single time they have always provided the best customer service and helped us resolve the plumbing issues. On 12/20 my son called me while I was out of the country and was needing his main line freed. I contacted Letty and Erick, and they squeezed my son in without hesitation that same day!! Without the service my son and his wife and baby would have had to stay elsewhere over the weekend since things were backed up. They are truly THE BEST!! Pricing is always fair, and repairs are always completed within a very timely manner. Forever our go to for all of our needs!!Melissa

    I’ve used Erick and the team at my home a few times for both major and minor repairs. Most recently, they assisted with major renovation of my bathroom and did a fantastic job. I’ve always found them to be very responsive, polite and reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

    They came out during a freeze when no one else is available and had to dig from the front yard all the way to the back to lay new pipes in frozen ground. They did stellar work in awful conditions and went far beyond anything expected. They have a customer for life! Erick really made sure I was always aware of what is going on throughout the process, during a very stressful time and was caring and understanding job well done guys.

    This review is long overdue but Terry from Rescue Plumbing was so great to work with. We moved into our 1958 home in May and somehow over the course of the decades nobody had ever installed a dishwasher or garbage disposal. The pipes were needing a good cleaning, and we learned that we werent supposed to be using Drano, even when it says that its safe for all pipes. We were waiting on the electrician to do some wiring for the disposal and dishwasher, so Terry got us all set up and explained how to connect the dishwasher to the disposal once we were able to get everything into place. He was even driving through the neighborhood on another job later and saw us outside the house and checked back in, asking if we got everything finished and if we had any other trouble. All in all, we felt that we were helped by a very knowledgeable plumber and we appreciated the time he took with us explaining everything. If we need more plumbing help well be calling these guys again.

    Top quality work in my master bathroom. Erick Sr. is super knowledgeable, and Erick Jr has got to be the nicest plumber I have ever met. Terry, Carmen, and the rest of the crew were great as well. Hire this company if you want professionals who treat their customers well.

    Considering they were the second plumbing company to come out to our property in two days, Rescue Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! From their responsiveness stemming from a 4pm phone call, their communication and guidance. I cannot say enough good things about them that would justify how grateful and appreciative I am to have came across them. The technicians Eric and Edgar were very professional and knowledgeable regarding our circumstances. If anybody is looking for a reliable plumbing company who cares and can be trusted, give them a call.

    I loved how the plumbers were right on time, they did the job pretty fast and the price was very affordable. I had a hard time finding a company that would work on a manufactured home at a reasonable price. The operator and plumbers were friendly and courteous. I will definitely be calling this company again for any plumbing issues.

    I cant say enough good things about Rescue Plumbing. We were remodeling my husbands rental house when I suspected a leak under the bathtub. My husband called several plumbers and this company was the first to actually answer the phone. He was able to arrange a service call for the following day. Eric Jr and his helper arrived the following morning earlier than the estimated time given to us. Besides finding and fixing the leak, Eric asked if there were any other concerns. I pointed out several other things I was hoping to get replaced or fixed with other plumbing matters. They took care of all my needs that very day. Three weeks later we had another leak. (42 yr. old house) We were already scheduled for a service call to re-install the toilet after the new flooring was in. Again, Eric Jr. did a great job. I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbing.

    Called Rescue Plumbing on Memorial Day and they were open and ready to assist. The tech called me within 30 minutes, arrived at my home and fixed the problem asap! Terry was very knowledgeable and helped answer our questions. Will definitely use this company again! Thank you for your services.

    Of course the major plumbing emergencies happen on a Sunday evening, with a house full of people!I was panicking and called Rescue Plumbing. I reached a message center and received a phone call back from the owner quickly. She was very kind and helpful. She had someone come out right away.The plumber called to let me know when he would arrive and when he got to the house, he was wearing a mask and very professional.He knew what was wrong and fixed the clog in the main sewer pipe quickly. He double checked that everything was working, then cleaned up and answered some questions we had.I will definitely call again for plumbing services. Thank you so much!

    I had a sewer backup problem. It was the weekend, but I had no problem reaching them or scheduling. Erick was able to come out in just a couple hours, and did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The estimate they gave me on the phone was right on point, and was less than I expected for Sunday work. Highly recommend them.

    If you Live in ML area, this is the business to call for your emergency needs!Terry is the MAN of MEN and was so promptly here, I was shocked!They took care of my after hours issue and Im draining after tree roots plugged my line up!Thank you Rescue Plumbing for taking care of my issue and having a friendly professional on scene with in minutes who was absolutely knowledgeable in the situation at hand and was ready to tackle this issue!I reccomend this business over roto router, as they are LOCAL and able to get here POST HASTE !If you are like me and like to support local business, THIS IS THE ONLY LOCAL PLUMBING COMPANY THAT DESERVES your business!Be safe!I hope this helps other people in making their decision to hire a local business .I will reccomend to all my neighbors!Thanks Terry!     Called on Fathers Day, got a very professional answering service, then a call from company to lock in an appointment early the next morning (all in minutes). Terry showed up on time, in a great mood, personable, and repaired a blown hot water line in the crawlspace in an hour. He even took the time to show me what went wrong and gave some advice on prolonging the life of my water tank. GREAT COMPANY and STAFF.
