These people are the best we have ever dealt with. I am pretty wary since I hear horror stories all the time about bad contractors in the area. I’ve had some bad experiences myself. Allfix Has exceeded our expectations in every category. Just doing a good job would have been enough to impress us, but they are reasonably priced, have tremendous customer service, and do good work that they genuinely support by fixing issues, often at their own cost.

I have all used AllFix a few times now for help with projects in our new home. The house didnt have a doorbell when we moved in so they installed a new one for us and it works and looks great. We also needed an induction cooktop replaced with an electric cooktop, so they were able to swap them out and also cut a custom wood frame for the new one since it was slightly too small to fit in the hole from the previous cooktop. Excellent high quality work.

Some of the lights in our house just suddenly quit working, and changing the breaker out didnt fix it. AllFix was able to come on the same day we called them and fix the problem. They also adjusted their hourly rate to make the cost more reasonable when the problem took longer than expected to fix, without us even asking.

I had them do a Remodel of my bathroom a couple years ago. Had a problem with cracking of the shower pan. Called them up to come take a look and see what they said. To my surprise they committed to fixing it,no cost to me, no questions asked. I was expecting some push back but they stood behind their work and materials. I couldnt place a better recommendation on these guys for the quality and workmanship they preformed. I will definitely call them again to handle any projects I might have.

My home received heavy damage from a vehicle hitting it, and destroying a couple living room walls. ALLFix LLC. was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting an estimate, and doing all the required work.The house now looks brand new, as if the damage never happened. Their painting inside and outside the house looks amazing. All of the employees I interacted with were very professional, and friendly! They worked with me creating a plan that allowed them to get their work done and me to continue my work from home. I HIGHLY recommend ALLFix Property Maintenance & Repair! We wanted to add more cement to our back patio. We called so many contractors, some would not return a call, some would come but never reply with a quote or if they gave a quote, they couldn’t give us a date for service. ALLFix was working a job at my work location so I asked them to come look at the job and give me a quote. Vitaly came by and by that afternoon I had a quote. It was a small job which might not have been worth their time because they seem to be a very busy company. They were very professional, had great work ethic, paid attention to details, communicated effectively and I was very impressed with Vitaly as he was the last one on the job making sure everything was just right. We called ALLFix about a 400 sq. ft. deck that we wanted to remove paint from then restain. ALLFix was amazing, the owner offered to drop off a new product they were trying to see if it would help us as we didnt want to pay an arm and a leg to have the work done. The owner came by later in the day to check on the product and with his help and guidance determined stripping the paint off would not be a good solution. He then quoted the job to clean, sand and repaint with a high quality deck and dock paint. His bid was within our budget so we hired them. The job took a day and half (12 hrs) but turned out beautiful. The crew doing the work were friendly and efficient. It turned out they had to hand paint the entire deck which was not what they had thought they were bidding, but the owner stood behind his bid and we couldnt have been happier.We highly recommend ALLFix LLC. You wont be disappointed in their work.
