    Ferris did an incredible job with maintenance tune up servicing for the two units in my home. The units had not been serviced in over a year and Ferris patiently walked me through all of the diagnostic testing and results and helped me understand the best way to resolve issues as they were revealed. Would highly recommend asking for Ferris when you book your bi-annual maintenance!

    Ty from Peachtree Service Experts came out to our home today to complete our annual service. He was amazing! He took the time to fully assess our HVAC systems, cleaned the coils on our air compressors, and unclogged both condensation lines that I didnt realize were clogged. Ty took the time to walk me through what he inspected, what services he provided and what steps I could take to care for my systems. I was throughly impressed by Ty the the service he provided.

    PT Experts and Terrance were absolutely wonderful. I called T the last minute as I was having issues with my homeowners insurance policy. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. Terrance did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC line, the exterior and interior of my home. He was able to determine it was not a HVAC line problem. Thank you Terrance for the thorough inspection and explaining things to me every step of the way!

    Ty and Minh are my rescuers and saved the day for me! Back story, I have had this HVAC system for 14 years, Ty has been my wonderful and very knowledgeable Technician and Installer for all that time. I am in the Maintenance Program and get my spring and fall check ups. A delight always to see Ty and know I am in his very capable hands. Last evening, after 8:30 pm, I got home to a very hot house, I called the emergency line and spoke with a nice young man that listed me on the repair service today. Ty and Minh stayed in touch via phone calls and emails as they worked their way to my rescue! After Ty got here, he diagnosed the problem, left to get the part and returned and installed it. Cold air is back and flowing in my home! I feel so very Blessed to know that I have Ty looking out for me, Ty’s skill set is outstanding and it is just great to know that I can call and get help that fast!     I am super happy for the service. That Tamiko and Mitchell provided. Not only did Mitchell did the tune up but he did what a professional was suppose to do. Tamiko provided excellent information about services which once I am able I will be purchasing. Not only did she understand my situation but also let me know once I am able I can get it. My past experience with HVAC was not the best experience at all by then unhooking and cutting my ducts scared me. Your team restated my trust in HVAC companies. I see why you all still in business of 70 years. I will now use your company from now on. Trust when I say I already told my neighbor about you guys.

    I want to not only value this company as literally I called them because my heat had went out, but they told me it could be 2-4 hours for a tech to get to come out that very same day. I was honestly surprised at that. I called them in the afternoon past 2pm. I was expecting the next day or maybe 3 days later for an appointment. I’ve been in the construction business so I understand last second phone calls. Literally this company had a tech out from 30 minutes of my phone call. Not only that he was 100% real and honest about what needed to be done to my unit. My unit is a very expensive unit and the blower motor went out, the previous home owner replace 75% of the guts but the blower motor wasn’t. I was told that I will need a new furnace unit but expressed how I literally just dropped 38k on a down payment for the house. Mitchell Majette was honest with me and let me know that this fix being made may solve my problems for now but to save as I need to prepare for a a new furnace unit in the future. I respect that 100%. Now I know to have extra money set to the side but for the time being my heat is running. He went above and beyond and it genuinely shows the person he is as well as the company. They could’ve have simply said hey, this is going to cost $4500 to replace and not repair. But he understood my situation and bought me time to save back up. Thank you Mitchell for all you did and prolonging a 21 year unit. Your the champ

    Mitchell was absolutely amazing, informative and very thorough. He alleviated concerns regarding carbon monoxide leak from HVAC into the home, which was actually caused by a faulty alarm. He never pushes us to buy things we don’t need , but is very good at suggesting and installing upgrades that have been excellent additions, like ultra-violet lights to kill viruses.     Hoyt and Chris came out to quote a new system and were marvelous in dealing with my 81 yea old disable Dad. CHRIS had already been here on Wednesday to service the systems, and we realized one system in the house was in bad shape. CHRIS recommend that we look at the costs of repairing the secondary HVAC system vs replacement. He scheduled a meeting with Hoyt for today. They arrived, were extremely amiable, and very knowledgeable. I am honored to have this team working with our family, and I plan to have them do some work on my own house soon. For service, we will always ask for Chris, and to quote my own house, Hoyt will be who I ask for.

    I have been a customer for almost 2 years, and this company has not failed me. I am notified when it is time for routine maintenance, and the price is beyond reasonable! The company is consistent, and that means a ton. I have had 3 technicians, and they were all great, but the most recent, Ferris, stood out. He reached out an hour before his appointment window to give me an update, and kept me updated up until he made it to my place. He did his thing, made recommendations, AND provided quotes for the work. This company has a great team.

    My initial contact with a representative from Peachtree Service Experts was very professional. She took my information and provided me a detailed explanation of the initial cost of the service fee. The technician, Tari, arrived within the time frame that I was given and he did a thorough job in getting my system up and running. I was struck by his professionalism and the time he took to explain the work he did on my system. In my opinion he is an asset to the company. Needed to call a second time because the AC again stopped working. This time James came out and determined that the system was low on coolant. So far the system is still running and I am thankful that James correctly diagnosed the issue.

    Teri was an absolute sweetheart. I had had such an awful day at work and was suffering from a horrid case of the Mondays. As I pulled into my driveway, I was stressed to see he had made it to my home before me. I didnt have time to prepare! Im not used to service providers actually arriving at the time they say they will! As SOON as he got out of the van, he warmly greeted me and waited patiently as I moved things to grant him access to our unit. He was so understanding that I was going through things from my move from South Carolina. Afterwards, he immediately got back to work and was so professional and efficient the whole time. As he finished, he reviewed everything he observed while doing the maintenance. I had never had someone deliver so much information in such a welcoming manner. Service providers in the past have explained things in a very condescending way. Not Teri. He seemed genuinely invested in making sure I was in the know about my house. As we parted ways, he had me laughing and grateful I got to experience his personality. Thanks Teri, for helping me end my Monday on a high note. :)

This week, when we needed service again, I absolutely called them first.A couple good things happened next: first, technicians arrived quickly who were polite and generally capable but had not seen our unusual system before. While weve all probably seen other companies techs pretend to know what theyre doing and end up making things worse, these two were unafraid to call Ty, the companys expert, for advice. The next day, he arrived and saw right through the complexity and solved the problem for a reasonable charge. He seems to have a sixth sense!     With spring rapidly approaching, the last thing we needed was for our A/C to go out! But a Peachtree repair person was here the day after I called them! Mitch was very professional, on time, and only took about a half hour to find the problem. He did not have the parts he needed to do the repair at that time, but was here the next morning at 10AM and had the repair done in 30 minutes. I have been a customer of Peachtree for over 20 years and will not EVER entertain the idea of changing to a different for my heating and A/C maintenance!!!

    Mr. Tari first came on 10/26/2022 to perform the heating maintenance on our system. He noted that 2 bulbs in the UVC oxidizer system needed to be replaced. He ordered the bulbs and returned the next day. He further noted that the ballast needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and returned on 11/3 to do so. All throughout this time, Mr. Tari kept us updated. His thoroughness in making sure our system is operating optimally is commendable and exceptional. We are extremely pleased with Mr. Tari’s respectful attitude, hard work, and patience in addressing all our questions. Thank you for a job well done!
