I was referred to HBP from AO Smith (my water heater manufacturer).Amanda was very helpful in setting up a service call for me and Aaron came to the rescue! After being advised by 2 other plumbing services just to replace the whole unit, Aaron was able to replace 2 parts for me and with the service charge included; the bill was right around $500. Aaron even made a quick trip back to my house to clear the pipe on the kitchen sink as a piece of sediment got in there during the repair and water was not coming out. I am making sure to keep their contact info for future issues. Thank you Aaron!

The easiest way to get your part for your water heater. Experienced, knowledgeable staff to get you in and out, and gives you instructions on how to do it yourself and save money. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! They came highly recommended by my brother in law when he found out what my needs were for a water heater replacement part.Tara Benson

A few months ago we bought a house and noticed that the water heater was starting to make a whistling sound. We called to see what technicians in the area could service our heater and were referred to HBP. They were on time, friendly, and we havent had any problems with our heater since! Thank you :)

Showed up and figured out what was wrong in 2 minutes. Swapped out the part while we talked about sports, shook my hand and was on his way. I highly reccommend them. Worked great for me!

I HAD BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS, DEALING WITH MANY OTHER LOCAL PLUMBING COMPANIES FROM A TO Z. IT WAS OBVIOUS, THEY WERE OUT TO RIP ME OFF TERRIBLY!! HBP AND THE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT TO MY HOME WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, AND HOT FRESH WATER, THAT I HADNT HAD THE LUXURY TO ENJOY IN MANY WEEKS. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING FROM I NEEDED A NEW HOTWATER HEATER TO A TOTAL NEW SYSTEM OF PLUMBING LINES PUT IN MY HOME. THE PREVIOUS COMPANY WANTED TO EMPTY ALL 40 GALLONS OF WATER JUST TO REPLACE A PART. MIND YOU, MY HOTWATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED 7 MONTHS AGO, BRAND NEW. I UNDERSTAMD THAT PARTS CAN GO BAD, OR JUST COME FROM A MANUFACTURER DEFECTED. HOWEVER, THE NUMBER OF PLUMBING COMPANIES OUT HERE THAT ARE COMPLETE CROOKS IS UNBELIEVABLE, THERE ARE FAR MORE BAD ONES THAN GOOD. I WAS QUOTED FROM $599 TO $3000 FOR WHAT THEY ALL WANTED TO DO. THE TECH FROM HBP GOT THE BOX OF MY NEW PARTS, I SWEAR HE TOOK OFF OLD PARTS IN LIKE 2 MINUTES, PUT NEW PARTS ON, EMPTIED LESS THAN ONE GALLON OF WATER IN A SMALL BUCKET, AND WAS ON HIS WAY. THANK YOU HBP FOR GIVING MY FAMILY OUR LIVES BACK, NO MORE BOILING WATER IN POTS. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK HIM LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, WHEREAS I WAS TOLD BY OTHER COMPANIES, IT WAS A 3-4 HOURS JOB. SHAME ON THEM. ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WILL BE WITH HBP.
